Zum Transport der geschuppten Blattlagen und/oder der Stapel 4 sind ein oder mehrere Förderstrecken auf besonders vorteilhafte Weise gestaltet. Die Förderstrecken werden oder teilweise von ebenen Oberflächen von Tragelementen gebildet, die aus einem porösen Keramikwerkstoff mit offenen Poren gefertigt sind. Die Poren weisen einen mittleren Durchmesser von weniger als 100 µm, bevorzugt weniger als 20 µm, auf. Die Tragelemente sind an ihrer Unterseite an eine Druckluftzufuhr angeschlossen, so dass Druckluft zur Bildung eines Luftpolsters aus der fördernden Oberfläche austritt und so die Reibung mit den Blattlagen und/oder Stapeln 4 auf minimale Werte verringert. Diese Bauweise ermöglicht Förderstrecken mit sehr geringer Bauhöhe im Vergleich zu Förderbändern. So lassen sich quer verstellbare Förderelemente innerhalb des Bereichs der maximalen Fallhöhe der Blattlagen beim Stapeln anordnen. Bevorzugt sind bei der Sammel- und Transportvorrichtung die Auflageelemente 6, der Querförderer 7 und der Einlauf in die Sammelstation 3, insbesondere der Führungstisch 2, aus dem plattenförmigen porösen Keramikwerkstoff mit offenen Poren gefertigt.To transport the scaly sheet layers and / or the

- Apparatus for collecting and transporting stacks formed by sheet layers, having a feed conveyor (1) for the sheet layers,- having a collecting station (3), in which stacks (4) are formed from the sheet layers,- having a removal conveyor (7) for removing the completed stacks (4), and- having a transfer device for moving the stacks (4) from the collecting station (3) to the removal conveyor (7), wherein- the collecting station (3) contains a series of bearing elements (6) and a series of delimiting and shaking elements (8),characterized in that
the transfer device contains a series of sliding elements (10), wherein in each case one sliding element (10) can be adjusted transversely together with a bearing element (6) and a delimiting and shaking element (8). - Collecting and transporting apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the unit made up of a sliding element (10), a bearing element (6) and a delimiting and shaking element (8) can be adjusted transversely by means of a single adjusting element, in particular an adjusting rod (13).
- Collecting and transporting apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a delimiting and shaking element (8) comprises in each case two spaced-apart horizontal carrying parts (8.1) with a delimiting part (8.2) angled vertically downwards, wherein a shaking plate (8.3) is arranged, as shaking element, between the two delimiting parts (8.2), and a sliding element (10) comprises two spaced-apart sliding bars (10.1) arranged laterally alongside a carrying part (8.1) of a delimiting and shaking element (8), and in that a bearing element (6) is arranged between the two carrying parts (8.1) of a delimiting and shaking element (8).
- Collecting and transporting apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 3,
characterized by
one or more conveying paths for the sheet layers and/or stacks (4), these paths being formed by planar surfaces of carrying elements, which- are produced from a porous ceramic material with open pores, wherein the pores have an average diameter of less than 100 µm, preferably less than 20 µm, and- of which the underside is connected to a compressed-air supply. - Collecting and transporting apparatus according to Claim 4, characterized in that the collecting station (3) has a series of bearing elements (6) which extend as far as a removal conveyor, configured in the form of a transverse conveyor (7), and are produced as carrying elements from a porous ceramic material with open pores.
- Collecting and transporting apparatus according to Claim 5, characterized in that the transverse conveyor (7) and/or the carrying bars (10.2), serving as an interim set-down means, are likewise produced from a porous ceramic material.
