Claims (15)
- Système destiné à introduire des données d'imagerie médicale dans des essais cliniques ou des soins de santé, les données comprenant des données d'image et des métadonnées associées, le système comprenant un moyen d'entrée agencé pour recevoir des données d'image provenant d'au moins une source, une mémoire ayant, stocké à l'intérieur, des données de cohérence définissant au moins un critère de cohérence, les données de cohérence comportant des données de référence et l'au moins un critère de cohérence comprenant un degré de similitude entre les données d'imagerie et les données de référence, les données de référence comprenant des données d'image de référence et/ou des métadonnées de référence, et un moyen de traitement agencé pour analyser les données d'imagerie pour déterminer si elles respectent le critère de cohérence, dans lequel l'analyse des données d'imagerie comporte la détermination du degré de similitude entre les données d'imagerie et les données de référence au moyen d'une pluralité de propriétés des données, le degré de similitude étant mesuré en utilisant une distance dans un espace de classification multidimensionnel dans lequel chaque dimension correspond à une propriété des données, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de traitement est également agencé, si le degré de similitude est supérieur à une limite prédéterminée, pour corriger les données d'imagerie de telle sorte qu'elles correspondent aux données de référence.
- Système selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les données de cohérence définissent au moins une caractéristique des données d'imagerie et l'au moins un critère de cohérence comporte le fait que les données d'imagerie ont cette caractéristique.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 comprenant en outre une interface utilisateur, le moyen de traitement étant agencé, si le degré de similitude est inférieur à une limite prédéterminée, pour en fournir l'indication par le biais de l'interface utilisateur.
- Système selon la revendication 3 dans lequel, si le degré de similitude est inférieur à une limite prédéterminée, le moyen de traitement est agencé pour afficher les données sur l'interface utilisateur pour vérification par un utilisateur.
- Système selon une quelconque revendication précédente dans lequel les données de cohérence définissent un protocole comportant des ensembles de données d'imagerie de référence relatifs à une pluralité d'images de référence, et dans lequel le moyen de traitement est agencé pour comparer des données d'imagerie reçues avec chacun des ensembles de données d'imagerie de référence et pour identifier lesquelles d'entre elles sont les plus cohérentes avec eux.
- Système selon la revendication 5 dans lequel chacun des ensembles de données d'imagerie de référence comporte au moins un élément parmi : un temps d'acquisition ; une identité de numériseur ; et une identité de patient.
- Système selon une quelconque revendication précédente dans lequel les données de cohérence comportent des données d'image de référence et le moyen de traitement est agencé pour comparer des données d'image à l'intérieur des données d'imagerie reçues avec les données d'image de référence pour déterminer un degré de correspondance entre une partie d'anatomie d'un sujet imagée dans les données d'imagerie reçues et une partie d'anatomie imagée dans les données d'image de référence.
- Système selon une quelconque revendication précédente dans lequel le moyen de traitement est agencé pour comparer des données liées à l'intensité des données d'imagerie reçues avec des données correspondantes des données d'imagerie de référence pour déterminer si la relation entre les deux ensembles de données liées à l'intensité est cohérente avec une utilisation prévue d'agent de contraste.
- Système selon la revendication 8 dans lequel les données d'image de référence proviennent d'une image préalablement collectée issue du même sujet que les données reçues.
- Système selon une quelconque revendication précédente dans lequel les données d'imagerie comportent des données de description de série et le critère de cohérence est lié à l'au moins une cohérence des données de description de série avec les données de référence.
- Système selon une quelconque revendication précédente dans lequel l'au moins un critère de cohérence est lié à une cohérence entre différentes parties des données d'imagerie.
- Système selon la revendication 11 dans lequel l'au moins un critère de cohérence est lié à une cohérence entre les données d'image et les métadonnées.
- Système selon une quelconque revendication précédente dans lequel les données de cohérence comportent un protocole comportant au moins un élément parmi : une identité de sujet, des gammes acceptables de points temporels de numérisation, un type d'appareil d'imagerie, et un type de procédé d'imagerie.
- Système selon la revendication 13 dans lequel le protocole est un protocole d'essai clinique.
- Procédé mis en oeuvre par ordinateur pour introduire des données dans un essai clinique ou des soins de santé, les données comprenant des données d'image et des métadonnées associées pour analyse, le procédé comprenant la définition d'au moins un critère de cohérence défini par des données de cohérence, l'analyse des données d'imagerie pour déterminer si elles respectent l'au moins un critère de cohérence, les données de cohérence comportant des données de référence et le critère de cohérence comportant un degré de similitude entre les données d'imagerie et les données de référence, les données de référence comprenant des données d'image de référence et/ou des métadonnées de référence, l'analyse des données d'imagerie comprenant la détermination d'un degré de similitude entre les données d'imagerie et les données de référence au moyen d'une pluralité de propriétés des données, et l'étape de détermination d'un degré de similitude comprenant la mesure d'une distance dans un espace de classification multidimensionnel dans lequel chaque dimension correspond à une propriété des données, caractérisé par, si le degré de similitude est supérieur à une limite prédéterminée, la correction des données d'imagerie de telle sorte qu'elles correspondent aux données de référence.
