Die vorliegende Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel, sondern umfasst bzw. erstreckt sich auf alle Varianten und technischen Äquivalente, welche in die Reichweite der nachfolgenden Ansprüche fallen können. Auch sind die in der Beschreibung gewählten Lageangaben, wie z.B. oben, unten, rechts, usw. auf die unmittelbar beschriebene sowie dargestellte Figur bezogen und sind bei einer Lageänderung sinngemäß auf die neue Lage zu übertragen.The present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown, but includes all variants and technical equivalents, which may fall within the scope of the following claims. Claims (15)
- A drive device for a flap (2) of an article of furniture (3) having at least one actuating arm (6) which is or can be acted upon by a spring device (4) for moving the flap(2), and an ejector device (5) by way of which the flap (2) is movable over a first opening angle range (M1) from the closed position in the direction of the open position, characterized in that the spring device (4) exerts substantially no force on the flap (2) in the first opening angle range (M1) and the spring device (4) moves the flap (2) in the opening direction only in a second opening angle range (M2), wherein the second opening angle range (M2) adjoins the first opening angle range (M1) or at most somewhat overlaps therewith.
- The drive device according to claim 1, characterized in that adjoining the second opening angle range (M2) is a third opening angle range (M3) in which the spring device (4) holds the flap (2) in substantially tared relationship.
- The drive device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the first opening angle range (M1) - starting from the completely closed position of the flap (2) - extends between 0° and 10°, preferably between 0° and 5°
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the second opening angle range (M2) is operative up to about 30°, preferably about 10°, in the open position of the flap (2),
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a control cam (13) mounted about an axis of rotation (L) and with an actuating contour (13a) formed or arranged thereon is operative between the spring device (4) and the actuating arm (6), wherein a pressure roller (14) runs against the actuating contour (13a) during the pivotal movement of the actuating arm (6).
- The drive device according to claim 5, characterized in that the curve portion of the actuating contour (13a) which is in engagement with the pressure roller (14) during the first opening angle range (M1) of the flap (2) is at at least approximately the same radial spacing relative to the axis of rotation (L) of the control cam (13).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the spring device (4) and the ejector device (5) are arranged in a common structural unit.
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the spring device (4) and the ejector device (5) are arranged in structural units which are separate from each other.
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the ejector device (5) acts on the flap (2).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the ejector device (5) acts on the actuating arm (6).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the ejector device (5) has at least one, preferably lockable, force storage means, by which an ejector element (5a) can be acted upon for ejection of the flap (2) and/or for ejection of the actuating arm (6).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the flap (2) is held in the closed position by a restraining device (9).
- The drive device according to claim 12, characterized in that the restraining device (9) includes at least two portions (9a, 9b), wherein a first portion (9a) is or can be arranged on the furniture carcass (1) and a second portion (9b) is or can be arranged on the flap (2), wherein the two portions (9a, 9b) exert a magnetic attraction force on each other in the closed position of the flap (2).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the drive device has precisely one spring device (4).
- An article of furniture having a drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 14.
