  • the pivot 9 comprises, in its portion that protrudes from the bolt 7, suitable grip areas 22 for a tool that is suitable for turning the pivot 9 and therefore the shaft 19 jointly connected thereto.
  • the eccentric block 20 exits and reenters the recess 21 provided in the retraction unit 13 as a consequence of rotations of the pivot 9 performed with the tool engaged in the respective grip area 22.
  • the bolt 7 comprises at least one suitable transverse dowel 23, which is accommodated within a respective pocket 27 of the bolt 7 that interferes with the shaft 19 to lock it. It has thus been shown that the invention achieves the proposed aim and objects.
