Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Regelung des Antriebes von Ballenpressen (1), insbesondere einer Kanalballenpresse zum Verdichten von losem Material und zum Verschnüren des verdichteten Materials zu Ballen, deren Aktuatoren zur Bewegung einer Pressplatte der Ballenpresse (1), zur Betätigung von wenigstens einer Durchschiebeeinheit für die Umreifung-und zur Erzeugung der Drehbewegung für das Verdrillen der Umschnürung von einem elektro-hydraulischen Antrieb angetrieben werden, indem die von einer Steuereinheit (2) der Ballenpresse (1) für die Ansteuerung eines Elektromotors (4) einer Motor-Pumpen-Einheit (4,5) des elektro-hydraulischen Antriebes ausgegebenen Steuersignale zunächst einem mit dem Elektromotor (4) gekoppelten Frequenzumrichter (3) zugeleitet werden, und dass die anschließend für die weitere Steuerung des Elektromotors (4) erzeugten und ausgegebenen Steuersignale die von einem Druckmessumformer (8) erzeugten Signale über den Ist-Zustand eines Hydraulikstranges bezüglich Fördermenge, Förderdruck und dergleichen Parameter berücksichtigen.
