The solution of the problem is achieved by a handle with the features of claim 1.
Under an outer part, which surrounds an inner part circular is to understand an outer part, which surrounds the inner part over an angle of 360 °. In other words, the outer surface of the outer part completely encases the inner part. By the butt side of the handle is meant the side of the handle which is not facing the vacuum cleaner and which may be subject to impact force when the vacuum cleaner is in operation a movement in the direction of travel abuts against objects. The impact side is the outermost point, eg the outermost point, in the direction of movement of the vacuum cleaner. The opposite side is the side of the handle opposite the impact side with respect to the direction of movement. The wall thickness of the outer part on the abutting side and on the opposite side is to be understood as the minimum distance from the outer surface of the outer part to the inner part on the abutting side or on the opposite side.
It is an achievable advantage of the invention that improved shock absorption by the handle can be made possible by the greater wall thickness of the outer part at the butt side. Thus, advantageously, an impact force acting on the handle, which may occur due to abutment of the vacuum cleaner with intended operation on objects, can be absorbed. This can prevent damage to the vacuum cleaner. Advantageously, the invention achieves favorable results in impact tests according to DIN EN 60312. Next can be avoided by the greater wall thickness of the outer part early wear of the outer part, so that a long life of the handle can be achieved.
Another achievable advantage of the handle according to the invention may be the improvement of the haptic properties of the handle, since advantageously the inner part when gripping the handle on the outer part can not be touched with one hand. Advantageously, by improving the haptic properties of the handle comfortable wear of the vacuum cleaner on the handle can be achieved.
Further, by the invention, a shock absorbing and / or stable handle with the smallest possible diameter can be made possible. By a greater wall thickness of the outer part on the abutting side than on the opposite side, namely, the impact absorbing effect of the handle can be improved without increasing the diameter of the handle and / or to reduce the diameter of the inner part. Further, an increase in the stability of the handle can be achieved because the inner part can be reinforced in the direction of the opposite side. Advantageously, the handle with a small diameter can be easily included so that a comfortable carrying of the vacuum cleaner can be made possible. Further, this can be achieved by a material-saving design of the handle.
Another achievable advantage may be the integration of the handle in the design of the vacuum cleaner, since the handle does not need to be equipped with a special, additional shock-absorbing element.
Advantageous embodiments and developments, which can be used individually or in combination with each other, are the subject of the dependent claims.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer part forms a closed outer surface. By a closed outer surface is meant an outer surface which is not interrupted. In other words, the outer part encases the inner part without interruption. Advantageously, joints on the outer part can be avoided by a closed outer surface of the outer part, whereby the haptic properties of the outer part can be further improved. In this way, a comfortable gripping the handle for carrying the vacuum cleaner can be made possible, since due to the closed outer surface no rubbing marks on the user's hand can rub. Furthermore, it can be achieved by the closed outer surface of the outer part that the outer part can not be removed from the inner part. Advantageously, thereby a longer life of the handle can be achieved, since the outer part can not be removed from the inner part even with frequent touching the handle for carrying and / or frequent bumps. Of course, the inner part, e.g. for fastening purposes, be guided at the two ends of the handle from the outer part.
In a further preferred embodiment, the center of gravity of the inner part is arranged between the center of gravity of the outer part and the opposite side. The center of gravity of the inner part and the outer part is to be understood in each case as the centroid of a cross section along the impact direction, the impact direction lying in the cross-sectional plane. Particularly preferably, the center of gravity of the inner part is moved starting from the center of gravity of the outer part in the impact direction. By arranged according to the invention center of gravity of the inner part is advantageously a greater wall thickness of the outer part at the abutting side than at the opposite side with a simple cross-sectional geometry of the inner part reachable. As a result, an easily manufacturable inner part can be reached.
The invention further development is preferably provided that the inner part has at least one rib. Particularly preferably, the rib extends in the longitudinal extent of the inner part. Particularly preferably, the rib extends along the entire handle. Particularly preferably, the inner part is formed with only one rib in cross-section T-shaped. Particularly preferably, the inner part is formed with at least two ribs in cross-section comb-shaped. By the rib according to the invention, the surface of the inner part can be increased, whereby the connection between the inner and the outer part can be improved. This can allow an increase in the load capacity and / or the life of the handle.
In one embodiment of the invention, the rib extends in the direction of impact. By the impact direction is meant the direction in which an impact force acts on the abutting side of the vacuum cleaner when the vacuum cleaner abuts against objects during operation in a movement in the direction of movement. Here, the thrust direction is opposite to the direction of movement of the vacuum cleaner. Advantageously, an increase in the resistance moment counter to the impact force can be achieved by a rib extending in the direction of impact. Further, a stiffening of the handle in the direction of impact can be achieved by the rib running in the direction of impact.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention are under the direction of movement of the vacuum cleaner only to understand those directions that are parallel to the ground. This means that in this preferred embodiment, the butt side of the handle is the outermost point in the direction of movement of the vacuum cleaner parallel to the floor. Advantageously, this achieves that the vacuum cleaner in a movement parallel to the ground can first abut objects with the butt side of the handle, without damaging the vacuum cleaner, since the impact force acting on the thrust side can be absorbed by the outer part. Particularly preferably, the vacuum cleaner on rollers, by which it can be moved in a direction of movement which is parallel to the ground. According to the invention, it is preferably provided that the rib, starting from a base element of the inner part, extends in the direction of the abutment side. Advantageously, this makes it possible to increase the damping of a shock acting on the abutment side, since further material of the outer part, which bears against the rib, can absorb the shock. This additional material of the outer part does not increase the wall thickness of the outer part on the abutting side. In addition, a uniformly soft outer part on the opposite side can be reached, whereby a comfortable grip around the handle can be made possible. Likewise, the invention relates to a handle in which the rib extends from a base element of the inner part in the direction of the opposite side.
The invention further development is preferably provided that the outer part is made of a softer material than the inner part. The inner part can e.g. made of ABS, polypropylene (PP) or hard PVC. The outer part may for example be made of TPE or soft PVC. This makes it possible that the outer part can serve primarily for shock absorption and to improve the haptic properties of the handle. At the same time, the stability of the handle can be increased at the same time due to the harder material of the inner part. The fact that the outer part is softer than the inner part, advantageously the shock-absorbing and stabilizing function of the handle can be made possible by the outer or inner part. In other words, it is advantageously achievable that the outer part can absorb shocks better, and that a high stability of the handle can be achieved by the inner part. The increased stability of the handle can be particularly beneficial for heavy equipment.
In a further preferred embodiment, the outer part has recessed grips for receiving the fingers of a hand. Advantageously, a further improvement in haptics can be achieved as a result. Further, a blind gripping the handle can be made possible because the fingers of the hand can be guided by the recessed grips in the correct position. The recessed grips can have a particularly advantageous effect on heavy equipment, since the grip recesses can prevent the grip from slipping sideways.
In one embodiment of the invention, the outer part has structural elements on an outer surface. Particularly preferably, the outer part has protruding structural elements, such as e.g. Pimples up. Particularly preferably, the outer part has recessed structural elements on an outer surface. Such recessed structural elements may e.g. Be lines, notches or hollows. Due to the structural elements advantageously an optical identification of handle sections can be achieved. By the structural elements and the feel of the handle can be further improved. Advantageously, the structural elements can prevent slippage of the hand e.g. while carrying the vacuum cleaner.
The present invention makes it possible, with simple structural and cost-effective means, to provide a handle which can absorb occurring impacts. Furthermore, a handle with improved haptic properties can be provided. In addition, the handle can be easily integrated into the design of the vacuum cleaner without appearing as an active shock absorbing element. Further, a handle with a long life can be provided.

Furthermore, the
The
