Claims (6)
- Schutzhelmschale (C) aus einem Verbundmaterial, das wenigstens eine "Armierung" aus Gewebe umfasst, die mit einer Harzmatrix imprägniert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bestimmte dedizierte Teile (ZN) der "Armierung" mit einer Harzmatrix imprägniert sind, die einen Zusatzstoff zum Verstärken der mechanischen Festigkeit der Schale enthält, wobei die Teile den empfindlichsten Regionen eines menschlichen Kopfes entsprechen, wobei der Rest (Z) der "Armierung" mit einer Harzmatrix imprägniert ist, die den Zusatzstoff nicht enthält.
- Schutzhelmschale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Harz ein Harz des Epoxidtyps ist und der Zusatzstoff auf Acryl-Blockcopolymeren basiert.
- Schutzhelmschale nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Acryl-Blockcopolymere von der von der Gesellschaft Arkéma vermarkteten Marke "Nanostrength®" sind.
- Schutzhelmschale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Zusatzstoff enthaltenden Teile der "Armierung" der obere Teil der Schale, der dem Scheitel des Schädels entspricht, und der linke und rechte Seitenteil sind, die den Ohren entsprechen.
- Pilotschutzhelm, der wenigstens eine Schutzhelmschale nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schutzhelmschale aus einem Verbundmaterial, das wenigstens eine "Armierung" aus Gewebe umfasst, die mit einer Harzmatrix imprägniert ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte beinhaltet:• Herstellen einer ersten Basis, die nur Epoxidharz beinhaltet;• Herstellen einer zweiten Basis, die Epoxidharz und einen Zusatzstoff zum Verstärken der mechanischen Festigkeit enthält;• Imprägnieren der Gewebe mit der zweiten Basis in den Teilen, die den empfindlichsten Regionen eines menschlichen Kopfes entsprechen;• Imprägnieren der Gewebe mit der ersten Basis außerhalb dieser Teile;• Polymerisieren der imprägnierten Gewebe.
