Claims (7)

  1. Profile having a T-shaped cross-section comprising a curved band of resilient material which is bent so as to have
    - a first wall (1) having a height h';

    - a second wall (5) having a height h greater than the height h' of the first wall (1), said second wall (5) comprising first means (6) for fixing another profile, and said second wall (5) being parallel, at least in part, to the first wall (1), and
    - second means (7) for fixing the first wall (1) to the second wall (5),
    characterised in that the first means (6) for fixing another profile are cut-outs made from the lower edge of the second wall (5).
  2. Profile according to claim 1, characterised in that the second fixing means (7) are clinchings, crimpings, punchings, weld seams, adhesives, screws, nails or clasps.
  3. Profile according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first portion (2) is connected to the second portions (3, 4) by connecting means (8, 9) having a cross-section which is round or rectangular, completely or in part.
  4. Profile according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the band of resilient material is made of metal.
  5. Device for fixing gypsum boards, characterised in that it comprises the profile according to claim 1.
  6. False ceiling comprising
    - a fixing device according to claim 5 and
    - at least one gypsum board fixed to said fixing device.
  7. Method for producing a false ceiling comprising the following steps:
    - providing a gypsum board;
    - mounting a fixing device according to claim 5; and
    - fixing the gypsum board to said fixing device.
