For this control, a ball screw propulsion by a servomotor torque is used. Further, an electronic automatic control mechanism is disposed so that the servomotor will be actuated in a moment and a constant distance and a constant pressing force will be maintained.
- the control system illustrated in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 is disposed at four portions in total i.e. left and right ends of the front roll 2 and left and right ends of the rear roll 3, these are fixed via LM guides on the frame on the same plane, and left and right ends of the center roll are fixed to the frame. Accordingly, when the above roll mill is operated, the distance between rolls and the inter-roll pressing force applied to the rolls are informed in a moment by the laser sensor 18 and load sensor (load cell) 10.
- the roll shaft 16 is slightly moved in a perpendicular direction against the roll, by which optimum operation can be made automatically with a constant distance under a constant pressing force, thereby obtaining the improved dispersion effects.

Claims (7)
- Broyeur à cylindres destiné à être utilisé pour un traitement de broyage - dispersion d'une substance telle qu'une poudre fine ou des nanoparticules, dans un matériau à traiter, qui comprend un cylindre fixe fixé sur un bâti et un cylindre de transfert disposé de sorte qu'il peut être en contact avec ou détaché du cylindre fixe,
dans lequel le cylindre de transfert (2, 3) est installé sur le bâti via un guide de mouvement linéaire pour être légèrement déplaçable dans une direction perpendiculaire au cylindre fixe (1) par un servomoteur et une vis sphérique (8) ;
un capteur laser (18) pour rayonner directement une partie de bride de cylindre à l'extrémité du cylindre avec un faisceau laser pour mesurer la distance entre les cylindres et un capteur de charge (10) afin de mesurer une force de pression entre les cylindres, sont prévus ; et
un mécanisme de commande automatique électronique pour maintenir une distance constante et une force de pression constante entre le cylindre fixe (1) et le cylindre de transfert (2, 3) par la rétroaction des signaux détectés, envoyés avec le temps par des capteurs (18, 10) respectifs, est prévu, dans lequel le servomoteur est entraîné par le mécanisme de commande automatique électronique pour ajuster avec succès la position du cylindre de transfert (2, 3). - Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le broyeur à cylindres est un broyeur à trois cylindres ayant trois cylindres agencés en parallèle dans une direction latérale, dans lequel le cylindre fixe (1) est un cylindre central fixé au centre du bâti, et le cylindre de transfert comprend un cylindre avant (2) et un cylindre arrière (3) disposés devant et derrière le cylindre central (1), dans lequel chaque cylindre de transfert est déplaçable dans une direction perpendiculaire au cylindre central (1) par le servomoteur et la vis sphérique (8) de sorte que la force de pression sur une ligne de contact entre les cylindres générée entre le cylindre central (1) et le cylindre avant (2) et entre le cylindre central (1) et le cylindre arrière (3) peut être égale à n'importe quelle position de la ligne de contact.
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 2, dans lequel chacun parmi le cylindre avant (2), le cylindre central (1) et le cylindre arrière (3) est prévu avec une couronne et la rétroaction par rapport au mécanisme de commande automatique électronique comprend le changement de force de pression provoqué par la différence de force de friction générée par le nombre différent de révolutions entre une paire composée du cylindre avant (2) et du cylindre central (1) et une paire du cylindre central (1) et du cylindre arrière (3).
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le mécanisme de commande automatique électronique a une commande de déplacement en surveillant une charge par le capteur de charge (10) et en commandant la distance entre les cylindres par le capteur laser (18).
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le mécanisme de commande automatique électronique a une commande de déplacement en surveillant la charge par le capteur de charge (10) et en commandant la distance entre les cylindres par le capteur laser (18) et un programme composé de sorte que lorsqu'une grande perturbation est provoquée, mais pas à un niveau d'arrêt d'urgence, la commande est temporairement modifiée de la commande de déplacement à la commande de charge par le capteur de charge (10) et immédiatement après la contrainte de perturbation, la commande revient de la commande de charge à la commande de déplacement.
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la distance entre les cylindres est déterminée par une distance D entre les arbres de cylindre (4, 16) en prenant en compte l'affaissement des cylindres en fonctionnement ; l'épaisseur de film e des matériaux dans la ligne de pincement entre les cylindres ; et une fonction avec le temps e (t) qui montre une fluctuation de l'épaisseur de film e avec le temps.
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 2, dans lequel chacun des arbres de cylindre du cylindre avant (2) et du cylindre arrière (3) en tant que cylindres de transfert sont raccordés à un moteur d'entraînement, et entre le moteur d'entraînement et chacun des arbres de cylindre (16) des cylindres, on dispose un couplage de Schmidt (17) qui permet le transfert dans une direction perpendiculaire aux arbres de cylindre.
