Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten eines holzartigen Materials, mit einer Einheit (LPGcont) für die Produktion zusammengeballter Partikel des holzartigen Materials, einer Einheit (GAC) für die Produktion heißer Luft, die dem Trocknen der Partikel des holzartigen Materials dient, sowie wenigstens einer beweglichen Trägerstruktur (38, 39), an der (an denen) die Produktionseinheiten befestigt sind, wobei die Einheit (LPGcont) für die Produktion zusammengeballter Partikel einen ersten Trockner (S1), der Späne trocknen kann, und einen Verdichter (COM), der dazu ausgelegt ist, das von dem zweiten Trockner (S2) getrocknete Holzmehl zu verdichten und Granulat aus trockenem Holzmehl auszugeben, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit für die Produktion zusammengeballter Partikel außerdem Folgendes umfasst: einen Brecher (BR), der dazu ausgelegt ist, die durch den ersten Trockner (S1) getrockneten Späne zu brechen und Holzmehl auszugeben, und einen zweiten Trockner (S2), der dazu ausgelegt ist, das von dem Brecher erzeugte Holzmehl zu trocknen und das getrocknete Holzmehl auszugeben, und dass die Einheit (GAC) für die Produktion heißer Luft heiße Luft anhand des holzartigen Materials erzeugt und einen Heißluftgenerator (GAC) umfasst, der mit den Trocknern verbunden ist, um darin heiße Luft zirkulieren zu lassen und die Späne und das Holzmehl zu trocknen, und dass der Heißluftgenerator (GAC) ein Bündel (23) von Rohren umfasst, die mit den Trocknern kommunizieren, um darin Luft, die in dem Generator (GAC) erwärmt wird, zirkulieren zu lassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die eine oder die mehreren Trägerstrukturen einen Rahmen (38, 39) umfassen, der dazu ausgelegt ist, auf dem Boden über Stabilisierungsfüße (40) oder Räder auf dem Boden zu stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der erste Trockner (S1) dazu ausgelegt ist, eine im Wesentlichen ununterbrochene Übertragung getrockneter Späne zu dem Brecher sicherzustellen, wobei der Brecher (BR) dazu ausgelegt ist, eine im Wesentlichen ununterbrochene Übertragung von Holzmehl zu dem zweiten Trockner sicherzustellen, und wobei der zweite Trockner (S2) dazu ausgelegt ist, eine im Wesentlichen ununterbrochene Übertragung von trockenem Holzmehl zu dem Verdichter (COM) sicherzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Einheit (LPGcont) für die ununterbrochene Produktion zusammengeballter Partikel außerdem einen Zerkleinerer (D1) umfasst, der Reste, Stämme oder Geäst zerkleinern kann, um Späne zu erzeugen, wobei der Zerkleinerer dazu ausgelegt ist, Späne zu dem ersten Trockner (S1) auszugeben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Einheit (LPGcont) für die ununterbrochene Produktion zusammengeballter Partikel einen Kühler (REF) für Granulat umfasst, der durch den Verdichter versorgt wird und dazu ausgelegt ist, gekühltes Granulat zu einer Verpackungs- oder Evakuierungsstation (EMB) auszugeben, wobei die Verpackungsstation an der einen oder den mehreren Trägerstrukturen (38, 39) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei sich die Trockner und gegebenenfalls der Kühler im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Längsachse (54) der einen oder der mehreren Trägerstrukturen (38, 39) erstrecken und wobei der Heißluftgenerator einen hohlen zylindrischen Körper aufweist, der in Richtung der im Wesentlichen horizontalen Längsachse (55) lang gestreckt ist und sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Längsachse der einen oder der mehreren Trägerstrukturen (38, 39) längs der Trockner und gegebenenfalls des Kühlers erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Heißluftgenerator (GAC) ein Bündel von Rohren (23), die zu seiner Längsachse parallel sind, umfasst, wobei ein erstes Ende jedes Rohrs mit der Umgebungsluft kommuniziert und ein zweites Ende jedes Rohrs mit den Trocknern kommuniziert, um darin Luft, die in dem Generator (GAC) erwärmt wird, zirkulieren zu lassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Heißluftproduktionseinheit Folgendes umfasst:- eine Leitung (26) für den Transport von Luft von dem Kühler (REF) zu dem Generator (GAC), die mit einem Ventilator (V1) ausgerüstet ist,- eine Leitung (27) für den Transport heißer Luft von dem Generator (GAC) zu dem zweiten Trockner (S2) und- eine Leitung (28) für den Transport heißer Luft von dem zweiten Trockner (S2) zu dem ersten Trockner (S2).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Heißluftproduktionseinheit einen zweiten Zerkleinerer (D2) umfasst, der dazu ausgelegt ist, Späne zu dem Generator (GAC) auszugeben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Heißluftproduktionseinheit einen Separator (LAV) umfasst, um Asche zurückzuhalten und von dem Rauch und den Verbrennungsgasen, die durch den Generator (GAC) erzeugt werden, zu trennen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, die außerdem eine Einheit (30) für die Produktion elektrischer Energie anhand der durch den Generator (GAC) erzeugten Wärme umfasst, wobei diese Einheit an der einen oder den mehreren Trägerstrukturen angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die eine oder die mehreren Trägerstrukturen einen Zwischenrahmen umfassen, der von einem Rollträger wie etwa einem Transportanhänger kraft Befestigungen mit Schnellentriegelung und Stabilisierer-Stellzylindern, die das Anheben des falschen Rahmens und seine Lösung von dem Rollträger ermöglichen, gelöst werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, die eine Steuereinheit (UC) umfasst, die mit einem Sensor zum ununterbrochenen Wiegen zerkleinerter Holzpartikel, mit einem Sensor, der auf die Feuchtigkeit der Holzpartikel anspricht und mit einem Sensor, der auf die Temperatur des einen oder der mehreren Trockner anspricht, verbunden ist, wobei die Steuereinheit dazu ausgelegt ist, insbesondere programmiert ist, um einen Betriebsparameter der Einheit (LPGcont) für die Produktion von Granulat wie etwa die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit einer Fördereinrichtung (C1, S1, S2, REF) für den Transport von Holzpartikeln und/oder einen Betriebsparameter der Einheit (GAC) für die Produktion heißer Luft wie etwa die Geschwindigkeit oder die Temperatur der heißen Luft als Funktion von Signalen - oder Daten -, die von dem Wiegesensor, von dem Feuchtigkeitssensor und von dem Temperatursensor geliefert werden, zu verändern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, die außerdem eine Einheit für die Detektion eines Feuers und für die Steuerung einer Beregnung umfasst, wobei diese Einheit an der einen oder den mehreren Trägerstrukturen angeordnet ist.
