Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif équipé d'un élément de retenue (10) et d'une sécurité empêchant l'extraction par levage, sachant que l'élément de retenue (10) comme par exemple une console est prévu pour retenir des objets (60), en particulier des radiateurs
    et que la sécurité empêchant l'extraction par levage présente ne pièce de sécurisation (20),
    sachant que l'élément de retenue (10) dispose d'au moins une pièce de fixation (11) faisant saillie depuis le plan de fixation (50),
    équipé d'au moins un évidement (12) contre l'élément de retenue (10), en particulier contre au moins une pièce de fixation (11) servant à recevoir la pièce de sécurisation (20), laquelle est retenue dans au moins un évidement (12) par son extrémité (21),
    équipé d'un réceptacle (26) contre la pièce de sécurisation (20) pour recevoir au moins une partie de l'objet (60),
    sachant que la pièce de sécurisation (20) dispose d'une position de sécurisation sur laquelle l'objet (60) est retenu contre l'élément de retenue (10) et sécurisé d'une façon empêchant son extraction par soulèvement ou son déplacement, et d'une position de détachement sur laquelle il est possible de monter et/ou démonter l'objet (60) sur l'élément de retenue (10)
    et sachant que la pièce de sécurisation (20) est retenue par son autre extrémité (22), située en face de l'extrémité (21), à un moyen d'immobilisation (13) de l'élément de retenue (10) et/ou d'au moins une pièce de fixation (11),
    sachant qu'à l'autre extrémité (22) de la pièce de sécurisation (20) est prévu un deuxième évidement (24) qu'il est possible d'amener en liaison active avec une saillie (16) prévue sur l'élément de retenue (10) ou sur la pièce de fixation (11),
    sachant qu'est prévue une butée (25) sur la pièce de sécurisation (20), en particulier à son autre extrémité (22), dans la zone du deuxième évidement (24), tandis que l'élément de retenue (10) ou au moins une pièce de fixation (11),
    en particulier dans la zone de la saillie (16), présente une butée antagoniste (15)
    et sachant que la pièce de sécurisation (20) est, du fait de l'action conjuguée de la butée (25) et de la butée antagoniste (15), sécurisée contre le démontage, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième évidement (24) est un orifice.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de sécurisation (20) est fixée, en particulier clipsée, de manière détachable dans au moins un évidement (12).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un évidement (12) est configuré approximativement en U tandis qu'une extrémité (21) de la pièce de sécurisation (20) est également configurée approximativement en U
    et en ce que dans au moins un évidement (12) sont prévus un ou plusieurs éléments de clipsage (14) tels que des cames ou réceptacles, tandis qu'une extrémité (21) de la pièce de sécurisation (20) présente un ou plusieurs éléments de clipsage antagonistes (23) tels que des réceptacles ou cames qu'il est possible de faire engrener respectivement les uns avec les autres pour permettre un clipsage de la pièce de sécurisation (20) contre l'élément de retenue (10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de sécurisation (20) est déplacée et/ou incurvée en direction (51) du plan de fixation (50) pour la transférer de sa position de sécurisation sur sa position de détachement.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu sur la pièce de sécurisation (20) un ressort (30) qui prend appui sur l'élément de retenue (10), sur au moins une pièce de fixation (11) ou sur au moins un évidement (12) et qui force la pièce de sécurisation (20) à se rendre sur sa position de sécurisation.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (30) présente approximativement la forme d'un ressort à lame et qu'il est adapté à la forme de l'élément de retenue (10) et/ou d'au moins une pièce de fixation (11) et/ou au moins d'un évidement (12).
  7. Dispositif selon la selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que contre l'élément de retenue (10), sur au moins une pièce de fixation (11), sur au moins un évidement (12) et/ou sur la pièce de sécurisation (20) est prévu un moyen de blocage (40) empêchant de transférer la pièce de sécurisation (20) de sa position de sécurisation sur sa position de détachement.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de blocage (40) peut être relié de manière détachable, et en particulier peut encranter (41) dans, se visser avec (42) ou s'enficher (43) dans l'élément de retenue (10) et/ou au moins une pièce de fixation (11) et/ou la pièce de sécurisation (20).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de sécurisation (20) est configurée comme silencieux de sorte à empêcher que des bruits ou vibrations soient communiquées de l'objet (60) à l'élément de retenue (10) ou vice-versa.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de sécurisation (20) est fabriquée en une matière synthétique.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (10) est configuré comme console, en particulier comme console coudée.
