Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Spalttopf mit einer Primärhülle, insbesondere einen Spalttopf für ein Spaltrohraggregat, wobei die Primärhülle einen zylindrischen, nichtmetallischen Grundkörper und eine an einem Ende der Primärhülle befindliche Anschlussgeometrie aufweist.
- Aus dem Stand der Technik sind bereits Primärhüllen bzw. Spalttöpfe bekannt, die aus nichtmetallischen Werkstoffen bestehen. Diese Spalttöpfe sind dabei zumeist monolithisch ausgeführt. Bedingt durch die im Inneren des Spalttopfes herrschenden Druckverhältnisse ist der Boden des Spalttopfes konkav bzw. konvex gestaltet, um die Lastverteilung günstig zu gestalten. Diese geometrische Gestaltung hat bei Pumpen, die eine kompakte Baulänge aufweisen, den Nachteil, dass die wirksame Länge der Magnetkupplung negativ beeinflusst wird.
- Aus der
DE 103 22 465 A1 ist eine Trennhülse einer mehrteiligen Spalttopf- oder Spaltrohrkonstruktion bekannt, wobei Öffnungen der Trennhülse dichtend an Halteteilen anliegen und Befestigungs- sowie Dichtmittel die Teile der Spalttopf- oder Spaltrohrkonstruktion dichtend miteinander verbinden. Die Trennhülse ist als Rohrabschnitt eines in Wickeltechnik hergestellten, faserverstärkten mehrlagigen Rohres ausgebildet. - Die
EP 0 822 641 B1 betrifft einen Spaltrohrmotor, bei dem eine Hülse zwischen Stator und Rotor vorgesehen ist, an der eine Endplatte aus gleichem Material angeschweißt wird. - Die
DE 36 26 934 A1 offenbart ein Spaltrohr für eine permanentmagnetische Kupplung, bei der das Spaltrohr zumindest im Bereich des zwischen den Antriebsmagneten wirkenden Magnetfeldes aus einem innenliegenden Metallrohr und einer das Metallrohr abstützenden Umhüllung aus einem elektrisch nicht leitenden Material besteht. - Die
DE 38 23 113 C1 betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Spalttopfes für elektrische oder magnetische Antriebsaggregate aus Faserverbundwerkstoff mit einem Anschlussflansch und einem abgeflacht gewölbten Boden, der gegenüber dem zylindrischen Teil des Spalttopfes verstärkt ist. Der Mantel des Spalttopfes wird aus Schichten von Umfangs- und Helixwicklungen gewickelt. - Die
DE 39 16 916 A1 offenbart eine Vorrichtung zur flüssigkeitsdichten Verbindung eines Rohres mit einer Flanschmuffe oder einem Flanschrohr, wobei ein Dichtring mit einer konisch abgeschrägten Fläche vorgesehen ist, der im Inneren eines Winkelringes angeordnet wird. - Die
DE 38 18 832 C2 beschreibt einen Spalttopf für stopfbuchsenlose elektrische oder magnetische Antriebsaggregate, wobei der Spalttopf einen Mantel aufweist, der aus Schichten aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff besteht, und das Bodenteil des Spalttopfes eine napfförmige Gestalt mit einem sich in axialer Richtung zum Spalttopfinnenraum hin erstreckenden, zungenförmigen Rand hat und mit Presssitz in den Mantel eingeklebt ist. - Die
EP 1 606 543 B1 betrifft eine universelle Vakuumkupplung für ein zylindrisches Aufnahmeteil, wobei das zylindrische Aufnahmeteil mit einer Aussparung endet und wobei ein Grenzflächenring einen hervorragenden Teil aufweist, um die Positionierung des Grenzflächenrings gegenüber dem Aufnahmeteil zu erleichtern. - Die
EP 1 768 233 A1 offenbart ein Spaltrohr eines nasslaufenden Elektromotors, welches aus einem nicht metallischen Material gefertigt ist, wobei das nicht metallische Material mit mindestens einer zusätzlichen hermetisch dichtenden Schicht versehen ist, sowie ein Pumpenaggregat mit einem solchen Spaltrohr. - Die
EP 0 598 500 A1 zeigt einen gattungsgemäßen Spalttopf für ein Spaltrohraggregat. - Wünschenswert wäre es daher, einen Spalttopf bereitzustellen, der die im Stand der Technik bekannten Nachteile überwindet und einfach sowie kompakt aufgebaut ist.
- Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Spalttopf der eingangs genannten Art in vorteilhafter Weise weiterzubilden, insbesondere dahingehend, dass dieser einfach und kompakt aufgebaut ist und insbesondere trotz Einsatz eines nichtmetallischen Werkstoffes für das Spaltrohr bzw. die Primärhülle einen flachen Spalttopfboden erlaubt.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Spalttopf mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Danach ist vorgesehen, dass ein Spalttopf mit einer Primärhülle versehen ist, wobei die Primärhülle einen zylindrischen, nichtmetallischen Grundkörper und eine an einem Ende der Primärhülle befindliche Anschlussgeometrie aufweist. Weiter ist vorgesehen, dass die Anschlussgeometrie sich kragenförmig nach innen erstreckt und zwei zueinander parallel und senkrecht zur Längsachse der Primärhülle verlaufende Stirnflächen aufweist.
- Dadurch ergibt sich der Vorteil, einfach und sicher bei zugleich kompakten Abmessungen einen Spalttopf zu schaffen, der einen flachen Boden aufweisen kann. Bei dem Spalttopf kann es sich um einen Spalttopf für ein Spaltrohraggregat wie eine mit einem Elektromotor angetriebene Pumpe, einen Magnet-, Hysteresekupplungsantrieb oder Dergleichen handeln. Erfindungsgemäß verlaufen die Stirnflächen unter Berücksichtigung der fertigungsüblichen Toleranzen zueinander parallel und senkrecht zur Längsachse der Primärhülle.
- Weiter ist vorgesehen, dass die Anschlussgeometrie mit einem Abschlussstück verbindbar ist, das die zur Längsachse der Primärhülle im Wesentlichen senkrecht verlaufende Abschlussfläche des Spalttopfbodens darstellt, wobei das Abschlussstück einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser der Primärhülle, wobei das Abschlussstück vorzugsweise ein innenliegendes Abschlussstück ist und besonders vorteilhaft konkav, konvex, plan oder flaschenbodenförmig ausgebildet ist. Das Abschlussstück ist somit vorteilhafterweise von der Anschlussgeometrie übergriffen, so dass der im Inneren des Spalttopfes wirkende Druck im Betrieb das Abschlussstück gegen die Anschlussgeometrie drückt.
- Ferner ist denkbar, dass das Material der Primärhülle Kunststoff oder faserverstärkter Kunststoff oder kohlefaserverstärkter Kunststoff oder eine Keramik ist. Dadurch ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass in der Primärhülle, die sich zwischen einem Stator und einem Rotor befindet, im Betrieb keine Wirbelströme induziert werden, die sich negativ auf den Wirkungsgrad des Aggregates auswirken können und weiter zu einer unerwünschten Erwärmung führen können.
- Darüber hinaus ist vorgesehen, dass eine Stirnfläche an der Anschlussgeometrie eine Innenstirnfläche ist, in die ein Dichtelement aufnehmbar ist oder an die ein Dichtelement anpressbar ist, wobei mittels des Dichtelementes Dichtheit zwischen Anschlussgeometrie und Abschlussstück herstellbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise das Dichtelement zwischen der Innenstirnfläche und dem Abschlussstück einpressbar ist und/oder in einer im Abschlussstück angebrachten Ringnut eingesetzt ist. Da im Betrieb der Innendruck im Spalttopf das Abschlussstück nach außen gegen die Anschlussgeometrie drückt, handelt es sich vorteilhafterweise um eine selbstverstärkende Dichtung.
- Weiter ist möglich, dass eine Stirnfläche an der Anschlussgeometrie eine Außenstirnfläche ist, an der ein außenliegendes Befestigungselement befestigbar ist, wobei das Befestigungselement vorzugsweise ringförmig oder scheibenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Des Weiteren kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Befestigungselement eine abgewinkelte zylindrisch verlaufende Führungsfläche aufweist, die die Primärhülle übergreift.
- Ferner ist denkbar, dass das Befestigungselement eine konisch verlaufende Führungsfläche aufweist, die auf einer dementsprechend konisch ausgebildeten Fläche der Anschlussgeometrie aufliegt, wobei es sich vorzugsweise bei der konisch ausgebildeten Fläche der Anschlussgeometrie um eine Abfasung der Außenkante der Anschlussgeometrie handelt.
- Darüber hinaus ist möglich, dass zwischen dem außenliegenden Befestigungselement und der Außenstirnfläche der Anschlussgeometrie ein Dichtelement vorgesehen ist, wobei mittels des Dichtelementes Dichtheit zwischen Anschlussgeometrie und Befestigungselement herstellbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise das Dichtelement zwischen der Außenstirnfläche und dem Befestigungselement einpressbar ist und/oder in einer im Befestigungselement angebrachten Ringnut eingesetzt ist.
- Außerdem kann vorgesehen sein, dass das innenliegende Abschlussstück und das außenliegende Befestigungselement miteinander verbunden sind.
- Des Weiteren ist denkbar, dass die Verbindung zwischen innenliegendem Abschlussstück und außenliegendem Befestigungselement lösbar ausgeführt ist, wobei vorzugsweise die lösbare Verbindung ein Zentralbefestigungselement oder mehrere Verbindungselemente aufweist.
- Eine weitere Ausführungsform kann darin bestehen, dass die Verbindung zwischen innenliegendem Abschlussstück und außenliegendem Befestigungselement unlösbar ausgeführt ist.
- Denkbar ist weiter, dass das Befestigungselement scheibenförmig ausgeführt ist, wobei zwischen innenliegendem Abschlussstück und außenliegendem Befestigungselement ein Raum ausgebildet ist, der mit einem wärmedämmenden Material ausgefüllt ist und/oder dass in dem Raum ein oder mehrere Messelemente vorgesehen sind, wobei das/die Messelemente vorzugsweise am Abschlussstück angeordnet sind.
- Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Messelement ein Messelement zur Temperaturmessung und/oder zur Leckageüberwachung ist und/oder ein Messelement ist, mittels dessen der Zustand von axialen Gleitlagern überwachbar ist, die mit dem Spalttopf mittel- und/oder unmittelbar in Verbindung stehen, und/oder ein Messelement ist, mittels dessen die Druckbelastung des Abschlussstückes ermittelbar ist.
- Weiter ist möglich, dass das Befestigungselement ringförmig ausgeführt ist, wobei an der Außenfläche des innenliegenden Abschlussstückes ein oder mehrere Messelemente vorgesehen sind.
- Außerdem ist denkbar, dass das Messelement ein Messelement zur Temperaturmessung ist und/oder zur Leckageüberwachung ist und/oder ein Messelement ist, mittels dessen der Zustand von axialen Gleitlagern überwachbar ist, die mit dem Spalttopf mittel- und/oder unmittelbar in Verbindung stehen, und/oder ein Messelement ist, mittels dessen die Druckbelastung des Abschlussstückes ermittelbar ist.
- Zur Überwachung des Zustandes der axialen Gleitlager kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Messelement die Entfernung des inneren Magnetringes misst.
- Zur Ermittlung der Druckbelastung des Abschlussstückes kann es sich um einen herkömmlichen Drucksensor handeln, genausogut kann vorgesehen sein, dass mittels dieses Messelementes die Messung der Entfernung zwischen dem Abschlussstück und dem Befestigungselement und/oder der Verformung des Abschlussstückes erfolgt.
- Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung sollen nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert werden.

Fig. 1 zeigt in schematischer Schnittdarstellung einen erfindungsgemäßen Spalttopf 10, wobei alternative Ausführungsformen durch gestrichene Bezugszeichen kenntlich gemacht sind. - Der Spalttopf 10 mit seiner hier lediglich aus Vereinfachungsgründen senkrecht angeordneten Längsachse X weist eine zylindrische, nichtmetallische Primärhülle 20 auf, die vorzugsweise aus Keramik ausgebildet ist. Die Primärhülle 20 weist im Endbereich ihres Grundkörpers 21 eine sich kragenförmig nach innen hin zur Längsachse X des Spalttopfes 10 erstreckende Anschlussgeometrie 22 auf, die zwei zueinander parallel und senkrecht zur Längsachse verlaufende Stirnflächen 24, 26 aufweist. Dabei ist eine Stirnfläche 24 eine Innenstirnfläche 24 und die andere Stirnfläche 26 eine Außenstirnfläche 26.
- Die Anschlussgeometrie 22 ist mit einem Abschlussstück 30, 30' verbindbar, das die zur Längsachse X der Primärhülle 20 senkrecht verlaufende Abschlussfläche des Spalttopfes 10 darstellt. Dabei weist das Abschlussstück 30, 30' einen Außendurchmesser auf, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser der Primärhülle 20, wobei das Abschlussstück 30, 30' plan ausgebildet ist.
- In der ersten Ausführungsform des Abschlussstückes 30 wird zwischen Innenstirnfläche 24 und der Außenfläche des Abschlussstückes 30 ein als umlaufender Dichtring 34 ausgeführtes Dichtelement 34 verpresst, so dass Abschlussstück 30 und Anschlussgeometrie 22 dichtend verbunden sind. In der zweiten alternativen Ausführungsform des Abschlussstückes 30' ist für das als umlaufender Dichtring 34 ausgeführte Dichtelement 34 zusätzlich eine umlaufende Ringnut 32' vorgesehen.
- An der Außenstirnfläche 26 der Anschlussgeometrie 22 kann ein Befestigungselement 40, 40' befestigt werden, wobei eine erste Ausführungsform des Befestigungselementes 40 scheibenförmig und eine alternative zweite Ausführungsform des Befestigungselementes 40' ringförmig ausgeführt ist. In beiden Ausführungsformen des Befestigungselementes 40, 40' wird zwischen Außenstirnfläche 26 und dem Befestigungselement 40, 40' ein als umlaufender Dichtring 42 ausgeführtes Dichtelement 42 dichtend eingepresst. Grundsätzlich kann vorgesehen sein, dass eine nicht näher dargestellte umlaufende Ringnut entweder in der Außenstirnfläche 26 oder in dem Befestigungselement 40, 40' vorgesehen ist, in die das Dichtelement 42 eingesetzt ist. Die Befestigung der Teile untereinander kann mit bekannten Mitteln in lösbarer oder unlösbarer Weise erfolgen.
- Bei der ersten Alternative mit scheibenförmigem Befestigungselement 40 ist zwischen Befestigungselement 40 und dem Abschlussstück 30 bzw. 30' ein Raum 50 ausgebildet, der mit einem wärmedämmenden Material 60 ausgefüllt ist. Weiter sind in dem Raum mehrere Messelemente 70 vorgesehen, wobei die Messelemente 70 ein Messelement 72 zur Temperaturmessung, ein weiteres Messelement 74 zur Leckageüberwachung, ein Messelement 76 zur Überwachung des Zustandes von wenigstens einem nicht näher dargestellten Axialgleitlager und ein Messelement 78 zur Ermittlung der Druckbelastung des Abschlussstückes 30, 30' umfassen.
- Bei der Ausführungsform mit ringförmigem Befestigungselement 40' kann das wärmedämmende Material 60 am Anschlussstück 30, 30' ganz oder teilweise angeordnet sein. Ebenso kann es auch teilweise am ringförmigem Befestigungselement 40' befestigt sein. Dies ist abhängig von den Eigenschaften des Materials gegenüber dem abzudichtenden Fluid. Die Messelemente 70 sind jedoch ortsgleich und funktionsgleich an der Außenseite des Abschlussstückes 30, 30' angeordnet.

Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen alternative Ausführungsformen der inFig. 1 gezeigten Ausführungsformen eines erfindungsgemäßen Spalttopfes 10. Dabei sind gleiche oder vergleichbare Merkmale und/oder Komponenten des Spalttopfes mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen. - In
Fig. 2 ist das Befestigungselement 140, 140' derart abgewandelt, dass dieses eine kragenförmige, abgewinkelt zylindrische verlaufende Führungsfläche 144, 144' aufweist, die die Primärhülle 20 übergreift. Dabei kann das Befestigungselement 140, 140' als scheibenförmiges Befestigungselement 140 oder als ringförmiges Befestigungselement 140' ausgeführt sein. Die inFig. 2 gezeigten Ausführungsformen des Spalttopfes 10 weisen im Übrigen die Merkmale der inFig. 1 gezeigten Ausführungsformen eines Spalttopfes 10 auf. - In
Fig. 3 ist das Befestigungselement 240, 240' derart abgewandelt, dass dieses eine konisch verlaufende Führungsfläche 244, 244' aufweist, die auf einer dementsprechend konisch ausgebildeten Fläche 228 der Anschlussgeometrie 222 der Primärhülle 220 aufliegt. Die Primärhülle 220 weist ebenso wie die vorstehend beschriebene Primärhülle 20 einen zylindrischen Grundkörper 221 auf und ist aus Keramik ausgebildet. Die Anschlussgeometrie 222 hat zwei Stirnflächen 224 und 226, die parallel zueinander und senkrecht zur Längsachse X der Primärhülle ausgerichtet sind. - Dabei kann des Befestigungselement 240, 240' als scheibenförmiges Befestigungselement 240 oder als ringförmiges Befestigungselement 240' ausgeführt sein. Die in
Fig. 3 gezeigten Ausführungsformen des Spalttopfes 10 weisen im Übrigen die Merkmale der inFig. 1 gezeigten Ausführungsformen eines Spalttopfes 10 auf.
Claims (19)
- Spalttopf (10) mit einer Primärhülle (20, 220), insbesondere Spalttopf (10) für ein Spaltrohraggregat, wobei die Primärhülle (20, 220) einen zylindrischen, nichtmetallischem Grundkörper (21, 221) und eine an einem Ende der Primärhülle (20, 220) befindliche Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) aufweist, wobei die Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) sich kragenförmig nach innen erstreckt, wobei die Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) zwei zueinander parallel und senkrecht zur Längsachse (X) der Primärhülle (20, 220) verlaufende Stirnflächen (24, 26, 224, 226) aufweist, wobei die Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) mit einem Abschlussstück (30, 30') verbindbar ist, das die zur Längsachse (X) der Primärhülle (20, 220) im Wesentlichen senkrecht verlaufende Abschlussfläche des Spalttopfbodens darstellt, wobei das Abschlussstück (30, 30') einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser der Primärhülle (20, 220), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stirnfläche (24, 26, 224, 226) an der Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) eine Innenstirnfläche (24, 224) ist, in die ein Dichtelement (34, 34') aufnehmbar ist oder an die ein Dichtelement (34, 34') anpressbar ist, wobei mittels des Dichtelementes (34, 34') Dichtheit zwischen Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) und Abschlussstück (30, 30') herstellbar ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlussstück (30, 30') ein innenliegendes Abschlussstück (30, 30') ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlussstück (30, 30') konkav, konvex, plan oder flaschenbodenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Primärhülle (20, 220) Kunststoff oder faserverstärkter Kunststoff oder kohlefaserverstärkter Kunststoff oder eine Keramik ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (34, 34') zwischen der Innenstirnfläche (24, 224) und dem Abschlussstück (30, 30') einpressbar ist und/oder in einer im Abschlussstück (30, 30') angebrachten Ringnut (32') eingesetzt ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stirnfläche (24, 26, 224, 226) an der Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) eine Außenstirnfläche (26, 226) ist, an der ein außenliegendes Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') befestigbar ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') ringförmig oder scheibenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') eine abgewinkelte zylindrisch verlaufende Führungsfläche (144, 144') aufweist, die die Primärhülle (20) übergreift.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') eine konisch verlaufende Führungsfläche (244, 244') aufweist, die auf einer dementsprechend konisch ausgebildeten Fläche (228) der Anschlussgeometrie (222) aufliegt.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der konisch ausgebildeten Fläche (228) der Anschlussgeometrie (222) um eine Abfasung (228) der Außenkante der Anschlussgeometrie (222) handelt.
- Spalttopf (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem außenliegenden Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') und der Außenstirnfläche (26, 226) der Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) ein Dichtelement (42) vorgesehen ist, wobei mittels des Dichtelementes (42) Dichtheit zwischen Anschlussgeometrie (22, 222) und Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') herstellbar ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (42) zwischen der Außenstirnfläche (26, 226) und dem Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') einpressbar ist und/oder in einer im Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') angebrachten Ringnut eingesetzt ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innenliegende Abschlussstück (30, 30') und das außenliegende Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') miteinander verbunden sind.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen innenliegendem Abschlussstück (30, 30') und außenliegendem Befestigungselement (40, 40', 140, 140', 240, 240') lösbar ausgeführt ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (40, 140, 240) scheibenförmig ausgeführt ist, wobei zwischen innenliegendem Abschlussstück (30, 30') und außenliegendem Befestigungselement (40, 140, 240) ein Raum (50) ausgebildet ist, der mit einem wärmedämmenden Material (60) ausgefüllt ist und/oder dass in dem Raum (50) ein oder mehrere Messelemente (70) vorgesehen sind.
- Spalttopf (10) mit einem Messelement nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das/die Messelemente (70) vorzugsweise am Abschlussstück (30, 30') angeordnet sind.
- Spalttopf (10) mit einem Messelement nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messelement (70) ein Messelement zur Temperaturmessung (72) und/oder zur Leckageüberwachung (74) ist und/oder ein Messelement (76) ist, mittels dessen der Zustand von axialen Gleitlagern überwachbar ist, die mit dem Spalttopf (10) mittel- und/oder unmittelbar in Verbindung stehen, und/oder ein Messelement (78) ist, mittels dessen die Druckbelastung des Abschlussstückes (30, 30') ermittelbar ist.
- Spalttopf (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (40', 140', 240') ringförmig ausgeführt ist, wobei an der Außenfläche des innenliegenden Abschlussstückes (30, 30') ein oder mehrere Messelemente (70) vorgesehen sind.
- Spalttopf (10) nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messelement (70) ein Messelement zur Temperaturmessung (72) ist und/oder zur Leckageüberwachung (74) ist und/oder ein Messelement (76) ist, mittels dessen der Zustand von axialen Gleitlagern überwachbar ist, die mit dem Spalttopf (10) mittel- und/oder unmittelbar in Verbindung stehen, und/oder ein Messelement (78) ist, mittels dessen die Druckbelastung des Abschlussstückes ermittelbar ist.
