Claims (7)

  1. Einheit zum Befestigen des Aussenendes der Spiralfeder (1) einer Unruh-Spiralfeder-Vorrichtung für Zeitmessgeräte, umfassend:
    - einen Spiralklötzchen-Halter (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Unruhkloben (5) befestigt zu werden und derart positioniert zu werden, dass er die Befestigung des Aussenendes der Spiralfeder (1) in einem Kanal (3) ermöglicht, der im Spiralklötzchen-Halter (2) vorgesehen ist und für die Aufnahme eines Spiralklötzchens (10) konzipiert ist, gegen das die Spiralfeder (1) durch Klemmung festgehalten werden kann;
    - eine Schraube (11) zum Festklemmen des Spiralklötzchens, die einen mit einem Gewinde versehenen Schaft (12) für die Montage in ein in den Kanal (3) mündendes Innengewinde (14) des Spiralklötzchen-Halters umfasst und ermöglicht, das Spiralklötzchen (10) gegen eine Anlagefläche (7) des Kanals (3) zu drücken und die Spiralfeder (1) durch Einfügung zwischen das Spiralklötzchen (10) und die Anlagefläche (7) des Kanals zu befestigen, wobei die Klemmschraube (11) einen Führungsstift (15) umfasst, der in der Verlängerung des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Schafts (12) auf der dem Schraubenkopf entgegengesetzten Seite vorgesehen ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das Spiralklötzchen (10) eine Aufnahme (16) umfasst, die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie mit dem Innengewinde (14) in einer Linie steht, und in die der Führungsstift (15) eingeführt werden kann, um zu ermöglichen, die Halterung des Spiralklötzchens im Kanal vor dem Festklemmen der Spiralfeder sicherzustellen.
  2. Befestigungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, in der das Innengewinde des Spiralklötzchen-Halters (14) gemäss einer im Verhältnis zur Achse der Spiralrolle (4) merklich radialen Achse ausgerichtet ist und auf der im Verhältnis zur Achse der Spiralrolle vom Kanal (3) entfernten Seite ausgebildet ist, wobei die Anlagefläche (7) des Kanals merklich gegenüber dem Innengewinde (14) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Befestigungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der das Spiralklötzchen (10) mit einem Antifriktionsschuh (18) ausgerüstet ist, der auf der für das Zusammenwirken mit der Spiralfeder (1) vorgesehenen Fläche des Spiralklötzchens vorgesehen ist.
  4. Befestigungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der der Kanal zum Befestigen der Spiralfeder (1) konvex, mit einem merklich der Achse der Spiralfeder entsprechenden Krümmungsmittelpunkt, ist.
  5. Uhr, die eine Befestigungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 umfasst.
  6. Unruh-Spiralfeder-Vorrichtung für Zeitmessgeräte, umfassend:
    - eine Spiralfeder (1), die eine wechselweise Bewegung einer drehbar auf einer Unruhwelle montierten Unruh (6) erzeugen kann;
    - einen Unruhkloben (5), der als Träger für eines der Enden der Unruhwelle dient;
    - eine Spiralrolle (4), die mit der Unruhwelle verbunden ist und die Befestigung des Innenendes der Spiralfeder (1) ermöglicht; wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie eine Einheit zum Befestigen des Aussenendes der Spiralfeder gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 umfasst.
  7. Verfahren zum Befestigen des Aussenendes einer Spiralfeder (1) in einer Unruh-Spiralfeder-Vorrichtung für Zeitmessgeräte, die einen Spiralklötzchen-Halter (2) umfasst, der an einem Unruhkloben (5) befestigt ist, wobei der Spiralklötzchen-Halter (2) einerseits mit einem für die Aufnahme eines Spiralklötzchens (10) konzipierten Kanal (3) und andererseits mit einem in den Kanal (3) mündenden Innengewinde (14) ausgerüstet ist, welches Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Anordnen des Spiralklötzchens (10) im Kanal (3), wobei zuvor eine Aufnahme (16) im Spiralklötzchen ausgebildet worden ist;
    - Ausrichten der Aufnahme (16) des Spiralklötzchens (10) mit dem Innengewinde (14) des Spiralklötzchen-Halters (2);
    - Einführen einer Befestigungsschraube (11), die mit einem Führungsstift (15) ausgerüstet ist, der in der Verlängerung des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Schafts (12) auf der dem Schraubenkopf entgegengesetzten Seite vorgesehen ist, in das Innengewinde (14);
    - Anordnen des Aussenendes der Spiralfeder (1) im Kanal (3) in einer radialmässig inneren Position im Verhältnis zum Spiralklötzchen (10);
    - teilweises Anziehen der Schraube (11), um das Einführen des Führungsstifts (15) in die Aufnahme (16) zu ermöglichen und um ein seitliches Gleiten des Aussenendes der Spiralfeder im Kanal (3) zuzulassen;
    - Einstellen der seitlichen Position des Endes der Spiralfeder in ihre Befestigungslage, um die aktive Länge der Spiralfeder zu regulieren;
    - vollständiges Anziehen der Schraube (11), um jedes seitliche Gleiten des Aussenendes der Spiralfeder im Kanal (3) zu verhindern.
