Abstract

Eine Ablage für Dokumente ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf der Vorderseite über einen Schlitz zum Dokumenten-Einwurf verfügt und die restlichen Seiten fest verschlossen bzw. verschließbar sind, so dass sich die Ablage auch zum Transport und zum Stapeln eignet.

Description

  • Im Büro werden verschiedene Formen, wie Hängeregistraturen oder Ablagekästen zur Zwischenablage von Dokumenten benutzt. Gerade in kleinen Unternehmen reichen diese Ablagemöglichkeiten jedoch oft nicht aus, da die Anzahl der Dokumente die Ablagekapazität oft übersteigt und die Ablage nicht zyklisch oder zeitnah in Aktenordner o. ä. abgeheftet wird. Ein gutes Beispiel hierfür sind Belege oder Rechnungen, die dem Steuerberater oder dem Buchführer in regelmäßigen Abständen überbracht werden sollen.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Ablage zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie über eine große Kapazität verfügt und über einen vorne angebrachten Schlitz leicht befüllbar ist.
  • Zur Herstellung des Ablagesystems eignen sich die unterschiedlichsten Werkstoffe, wie Pappe, Kunststoff, Holz, Blech o. ä.
  • Dies ermöglicht dem Benutzer farbliche Variabilität und optisch-ästhetische Gestaltungsmöglichkeit, sowie unterschiedliche Robustheit.
  • Abb. 1 zeigt eine erste Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Dokumentenablage in Form einer Box mit Deckel. An der Vorderseite verfügt die Ablage über einen Schlitz zum Dokumenten-Einwurf. Die restlichen Seiten der Dokumentenablage sind fest verschlossen bzw. verschließbar, so dass sich die Dokumentenablage auch zum Transport und zum Stapeln eignet.
  • Die Box kann in mehreren Formaten und Abmessungen gefertigt sein. Das zugrundeliegende Format richtet sich nach der Papiergröße, die aufgenommen werden soll (Bsp. DIN A4, DIN A5, Letter etc.). Die Box bzw. der Einwurfschlitz wird etwa 3-5% größer als das entsprechende Kantenmaß des Papiers gefertigt. Ein Beispiel für eine DIN A4 Ablage ist in Abb. 2 gezeigt.
  • Weiterhin umfasst die in Abb. 1 gezeigte Ausführungsform an der Vorderseite eine Füllstandsanzeige in Form eines dünnen, vertikalen Schlitzes. Es ist auch denkbar, dass ein derartiger Schlitz an einer Seitenfläche der Box angebracht werden kann. Dieser Schlitz dient dazu, den Füllstand der Box auf einen Blick zu erkennen. Der Schlitz kann mit durchsichtigem Kunststoff verblendet sein.
  • Abb. 3 zeigt eine zweite Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Dokumentenablage. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist am Einwurfschlitz eine von innen angebrachte Klappe angebracht, die verhindert, dass beim Transport Dokumente herausfallen. Optional kann die Klappe durch eine mechanische Feder leicht gegen die Öffnung gedrückt werden, so dass diese permanent verschlossen ist und im Bedarfsfall leicht nach innen gedrückt werden kann.
  • Abb. 4 zeigt mehrere Dokumentenablagen gemäß einer der oben beschriebenen Ausführungsformen, welche aufeinander gestapelt sind. Zur besseren Stapelbarkeit kann jede Dokumentenablage-Box an der Oberfläche des Deckels noch Vertiefungen und an der Unterseite Erhebungen aufweisen.
  • Weiterhin kann die Dokumentenablage ein Schloss oder einen Verschlussmechanismus am Deckel enthalten, der als Transportsicherung oder als Entnahmeschutz der Dokumente dient.
  • Abb. 5 zeigt eine dritte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Dokumentenablage. Hierbei sind mehrere einzelne Boxen als Schubladen in einem Behältnis ausgebildet. Die einzelnen Schubladen können hierbei sowohl übereinander als auch nebeneinander angeordnet sein und jede Schublade kann mit einem Griff versehen sein.
  • Dieses Schubladensystem kann mit der Füllstandsanzeige der ersten Ausführungsform (wie in Abb. 5 gezeigt) und/oder mit der innen am Einwurfschlitz angebrachten Klappe der zweiten Ausführungsform kombiniert werden.
  • Wie in Abb. 6 und Abb. 7 gezeigt ist, kann jede Schublade im Behältnis gegen ein Herausfallen fixiert werden. In Abb. 6 ist ein Keil dargestellt, der beim Einschieben der Schublade in eine Aussparung in der unteren Fläche der Schublade (siehe Abb. 7) eindringen kann und somit die Schublade in ihrer geschlossenen Position arretiert.
  • Je nach Material des Behältnisses und der Schublade können unterschiedliche Mechanismen zur Anwendung kommen. Beispielsweise kann der Keil durch eine Feder in die Aussparung in der unteren Fläche der Schublade gedrückt werden, oder es kann lediglich die Eigenelastizität des Materials von Keil und unterer Fläche der Schublade genutzt werden, um den Keil und/oder die Schublade beim Einführen in die Aussparung kurzzeitig zu verformen.

Claims (9)

  1. Die Ablage für Dokumente ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf der Vorderseite über einen Schlitz zum Dokumenten-Einwurf verfügt und die restlichen Seiten fest verschlossen bzw. verschließbar sind, so dass sich die Ablage auch zum Transport und zum Stapeln eignet
  2. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vor gehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Box in mehreren Formaten bzw. Abmessungen gefertigt werden kann, wobei sich das zugrundeliegende Format richtet nach der Papiergröße, die aufgenommen werden soll, richtet, und die Box bzw. der Einwurfschlitz etwa 3-5% grösser als das entsprechende Kantenmaß des aufzunehmenden Papiers gefertigt sind.
  3. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einwurfschlitz eine von innen angebrachte Klappe enthält kann, die verhindert, dass beim Transport Dokumente herausfallen.
  4. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe durch eine mechanische Feder leicht gegen die Öffnung des Einwurfschlitzes gedrückt wird, so dass der Einwurfschlitz normalerweise verschlossen ist und die Klappe im Bedarfsfall leicht nach innen gedrückt werden kann.
  5. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorderseite der Box ein dünner, vertikaler Schlitz angebracht ist, welcher dazu dient, den Füllstand der Box auf einen Blick zu erkennen.
  6. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz mit durchsichtigem Kunststoff verblendet ist.
  7. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Box ein Schloss oder einen Verschlussmechanismus am Deckel enthält, der als Transportsicherung oder als Entnahmeschutz der Dokumente dient.
  8. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablage in Form von mehreren Schubladen in einem Behältnis ausgebildet ist, welche übereinander und/oder nebeneinander im Behältnis verstaut sind.
  9. Die Ablage für Dokumente nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Schubladen im Behältnis gegen herausfallen fixiert werden kann, indem ein Keil im Behältnis angebracht ist, der beim Einschieben der Schublade in eine Aussparung in einer Fläche der Schublade eindringen kann und somit die Schublade in ihrer geschlossenen Position arretieren kann.
