Gemäss Fig. 4 wurde die Anreibevorrichtung 13 aus der Lage gemäss Fig. 2 und 3 nach oben beschleunigt, die Buchdecke 2 wurde durch die Greifzange 19 im Mittenbereich satteldachförmig angehoben und der Buchblockrücken ist in den hochstehenden Gelenkbereich 15 eingetaucht. Die Geschwindigkeit der Buchdecke 2 könnte nun wie in Fig. 5 angedeutet mit der Geschwindigkeit der Sattelplatte 10 synchronisiert werden, sodass während dem weiteren Einhängevorgang ein Hohlraum 39 mit dem Abstandmass X zwischen Buchblockrücken und Schrenz 8 bestehen bleibt. Dieses Abstandmass X kann auf Null verstellt oder soweit eingestellt werden, dass von der Buchdecke 2 kein Druck auf den Buchblockrücken ausgeübt wird. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt resp. Verarbeitungspunkt befinden sich die Anreibewalzen 37, 38 in ihrer Ruheposition.   1.   6. Arrangement according to claim 5, characterised in that the gripping pincer (19) has recesses (22, 23) in the positioning strips (16, 17) which are positioned opposite the plane of feed (18).
  7. Arrangement according to claim 6, characterised in that the recesses (22, 23) are of an approximately right-angled form.
  8. Arrangement according to one of claims 5 to 7, characterised in that, to open and close the gripping pincer (19), the positioning strips (16, 17) are arranged to be pivotable on horizontal axes (20, 21) arranged parallel to the plane of feed (18).
  9. Arrangement according to claim 8, characterised in that the pivoting movements of the positioning strips (16, 17) forming the gripping pincer (19) are limited by stops (42, 44; 43, 45).
  10. Arrangement according to one of claims 5 to 9, characterised in that, for opening and closing, the positioning strips (16, 17) can be moved backwards and forwards approximately at right angles to the plane of feed (18).

  13. Arrangement according to one of claims 5 to 12, in which the positioning strips (16, 17) are each fastened to a pressing-on arrangement (13) which is formed by two pressing-on carriages (32, 33) and which can be moved on the section (12) of the feeding movement on a guiding arrangement, characterised in that the lateral spacing between the pressing-on carriages (32, 33) can be set and adjusted.
