Claims (15)

  1. A ventilator wheel (1) with at least one first ventilator wheel blade (7, 7', 7", 9), said first ventilator wheel blade being rotatable about an axis of rotation (d), wherein
    the first ventilator wheel blade (7, 7', 7", 9) is arranged relative to the axis of rotation (d) in such a manner and shaped in such a manner that a fluid is conveyed by means of the ventilator wheel (1) in a radial direction away from the axis of rotation (d) independently of a sense of rotation with respect to the axis of rotation (d) when the ventilator wheel (1) rotates,
    at least one first separating element (33, 33', 33") is arranged on a first surface (29, 29', 29") of the first ventilator wheel blade (7, 7', 7", 9), said first separating element having at least one first raised part (35, 35', 35") that extends away from the first surface (29, 29', 29"), and
    at least one second separating element (37, 37', 37") is arranged on a second surface (31, 31', 31") of the first ventilator wheel blade (7, 7', 7", 9), said second separating element having at least one second raised part (39, 39', 39") that extends away from the second surface (31, 31', 31"), said second surface being arranged opposite the first surface (29, 29', 29"),
    characterized in that
    the first raised part (35, 35', 35") and the second raised part (39, 39', 39") are formed integrally with the first ventilator wheel blade (7, 7', 7", 9).
  2. The ventilator wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that
    the ventilator wheel (1) comprises a plurality of ventilator wheel blades (7, 7', 7", 9), particularly of first ventilator wheel blades (7, 7', 7", 9), wherein the ventilator wheel blades (7, 7', 7", 9) are preferably arranged on a base plate (3, 3', 3") comprised by the ventilator wheel, wherein further particularly the axis of rotation (d) extends essentially parallel to a normal direction of the base plate (3, 3', 3 ").
  3. The ventilator wheel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that
    a first recess (41, 41', 41") that is complementary to the first raised part (35, 35', 35") is formed on the second surface (31, 31', 31 ") and/or a second recess (43, 43', 43 ") that is complementary to the second raised part (39, 39', 39") is formed on the first surface (29, 29', 29"), wherein preferably

  4. The ventilator wheel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that

  11. The ventilator wheel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    a distance (21, 21', 21 ") between, on the one hand, the first separating element (33, 33', 33 ") and/or the second separating element (37, 37', 37"), particularly the first raised part (35, 35', 35") and/or the second raised part (39, 39', 39"), and, on the other hand, the base plate (3, 3', 3"), particularly in the region of the outer edge (27, 27', 27"), is approximately 5 mm to 25 mm and preferably approximately 10 mm to 20 mm.
  12. The ventilator wheel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the first ventilator wheel blade (7, 7', 7", 9) comprises a plurality of first separating elements (33, 33', 33") and/or second separating elements (37, 37', 37").
  13. A cooking device, in particular a hot-air/steam cooking device, comprising at least one fan with a ventilator wheel (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein preferably an atmosphere can be conveyed within a cooking chamber of the cooking device by means of the fan.
  14. A method for separating particles from a fluid that is conveyed by a ventilator wheel, in particular by a ventilator wheel according to any one of claims 1 to 12, said particles being disperse in said conveyed fluid, wherein said fluid is conveyed, independently of the sense of rotation of the ventilator wheel about an axis of rotation (d), in a radial direction away from the axis of rotation (d), characterized in that
    the particles are at least partially separated by at least one first separating element when the ventilator wheel rotates in a first direction of rotation about the axis of rotation (d), said first separating element being at least partially formed by a first raised part that is formed on at least one first surface of a first ventilator wheel blade and formed integrally with the first ventilator wheel blade, and the particles are at least partially separated by at least one second separating element when the ventilator wheel rotates in a second direction of rotation opposite to the first direction of rotation, said second separating element being at least partially formed by a second raised part that is formed on at least one second surface of the first ventilator wheel blade and formed integrally with the first ventilator wheel blade, said second surface being arranged opposite the first surface.
  15. The method according to claim 14, characterized in that
    a first recess is formed on the second surface by the first raised part and/or a second recess is formed on the first surface by the second raised part, wherein preferably the first separating element is further also formed by the second recess and/or the second separating element is further also formed by the first recess, and/or the first raised part, the second raised part, the first recess and/or the second recess are/is formed by means of forming, embossing, upsetting, crimping, laser forming, pressing and/or bending.
