- A stator disk in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that a support ring (5) is connected to at least one lug (4), with the support ring (5) forming a part of a cylinder having an axis perpendicular to the disk plane.
- A stator disk in accordance with claim 2, characterized in that the support ring (5) has a component (10) having a cross-section which is at least sectionally U-shaped; and in that at least some of the lugs (4) are arranged within the U.
- A stator disk in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that a ring-shaped component (11) having an L-shaped cross-section is arranged such that one limb is connected to at least one lug (4) and the other limb is oriented in parallel with the disk plane.
- A stator disk in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the lugs (4) have a section (12) in parallel with the disk plane.
- A stator disk in accordance with any one of the claims 2 to 5, characterized in that it has at least two lugs (4) of which one is arranged radially inside and the other is arranged radially outside the support ring (5).
- A method of manufacturing a stator disk for a turbomolecular pump comprising a vane (1), an inner ring (2) and an outer ring (3), wherein the inner ring (2) and the outer ring (3) together define a disk plane, characterized in that it comprises the following steps in the named order:- punching a blank from a metal sheet such that an outer ring (3) is produced;- reshaping a region disposed radially outside the outer ring (3) by bending out of the disk plane, while forming one or more lugs (4); and- connecting one or more lugs (4) to a support ring (5).
