Abstract

The container e.g. filing folder (10), has an outer hull comprising a front cover (12) and a back cover (14) that is integrally connected with the front cover. The outer hull comprises recesses (20, 26), and reinforcement elements (28, 30) are arranged on a circumferential edge of the recesses and made of paper mache. The reinforcement elements and the outer hull are made of same material, and rubber bands are provided for fixing the front cover at the back cover. A file mechanism is fastened to the back cover, and a file spine (16) connects the front cover and the back cover.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schriftgutbehälter gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bzw. einen Aktenordner gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 10.The invention relates to a document storage container according to the preamble of claim 1 or a file folder according to the preamble of claim 10.

Da die Außenhülle solcher Schriftgutbehälter meist aus weniger stabilem Material, wie beispielsweise Pappe, Karton oder dünner Kunststoffolie besteht, sind die Durchbrüche in der Außenhülle an ihrem umlaufenden Rand mit einem Verstärkungselement aus Metall versehen, das ein Einreißen oder Ausfransen des Rands verhindert. Im geschlossenen Zustand sind die Aufreihstifte jeweils mit einem Umlegebügel 18 aus entsprechendem Draht gekuppelt, wobei die oberen Abschnitte der Umlegebügel 18 in Fig. 1 durch Schlitze 20 im Vorderdeckel 12 hindurch ragen. Ein Aufklappen des Aktenordners 10 erfolgt dadurch, dass der Vorderdeckel 12 um einen ihn mit dem Ordnerrücken 16 verbindenden Falz 22 und der Ordnerrücken 16 gegen den Rückdeckel 14 um einen zweiten Falz 24 verschwenkt wird. Beim Verschwenken des Handhebels 44 gegenüber dem Grundkörper 36 nach Art einer Wippe wird der Keil zwischen die Federelemente 40 bewegt und drückt diese in ihrem mittleren Bereich auseinander, woraus eine Bewegung ihrer freien Enden aufeinander zu resultiert, so dass die Aufreihstifte zwischen Ihnen eingeklemmt werden. Auch bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 3a, 3b besteht die Außenhülle aus Pappe bzw. Soll die Schriftgutmappe 60 dem Recycling zugeführt werden, so müssen lediglich mit einer Haushaltsschere die Gummibänder 74 durchtrennt und entfernt werden.
