Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schriftgutbehälter gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a document container according to the preamble of claim 1.

Document containers of this type are known in particular as document folders or file folders. They are used to hold written material that is placed in the recording area. In particular, perforated documents can be held by the filing pins of a folder mechanism between a front cover and a rear cover of the outer cover or, in the case of a document folder, can simply be inserted between the front cover and the rear cover, in which case the outer cover can then have other components that form a storage pocket for documents . The outer shell can have openings with different functions. For example, file folders generally have a grip hole in the spine of the file that connects the front cover and the rear cover in one piece, while the front cover has two slots through which the wire brackets of the file mechanism pass when the file folder is closed. Document folders, on the other hand, are often provided with rubber bands that are passed through holes in the back cover, for example, and are guided around the corners of the front and back cover in order to fix the front and back cover together when closed. Since the outer shell of such document containers is usually made of less stable material, such as cardboard, cardboard or thin plastic material, the perforations in the outer shell are provided with a reinforcing element on their peripheral edge, which prevents the edge from tearing or fraying. With known file folders of the aforementioned Art, the reinforcement elements are usually made of metal. If the document container has had its day and is to be disposed of, such a metal reinforcement element is often a hindrance if the outer shell is to be reused for the recovery of raw materials. Removing the reinforcement elements is often expensive.

It is therefore the object of the invention to further develop a document container of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the at least one reinforcement element can be removed more easily from the outer shell.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by a document container having the features of claim 1 . Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

The invention is based on the idea that reinforcement elements in openings in document containers must be firmly connected to the outer shell in order to be able to fulfill their protective function. They therefore not only line the perforation in question, but also lie against the outer shell on both sides of the latter. Removing such reinforcement elements from the outer shell thus requires a great deal of force. The two-part reinforcement elements of the document holder according to the invention, on the other hand, can be detached from one another, so that the first part can be removed from the first side of the outer shell and the second part can be removed from the second side of the outer shell.

The outer shell of a document container according to the invention can, for example, have only one opening. However, most document holders have several breakthroughs, such as described above in connection with file folders. In this case, it is preferred that the peripheral edges of each opening are provided with a reinforcement element, wherein at least one of the reinforcement elements and preferably each reinforcement element is formed in two parts with a first part, which has a first holding part lying on a first side of the outer shell and a first holding part through the Has breakthrough through-reaching reach-through part, and with a detachable with the second part connected to the first part, which has a second holding part abutting on a second side of the outer shell facing away from the first side.

Various materials can be used for the first part and the second part of the at least one reinforcement element, in particular also metal. However, it is preferred that the first part and the second part of each reinforcement element is made of plastic, preferably polypropylene (PP) or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Furthermore, a number of materials can also be used for the outer shell, in particular plastic. However, it is preferred that the outer shell consists entirely or mainly of cardboard or paperboard.

It may be sufficient for the at least one reinforcement element to only partially line the opening in which it is arranged. However, it is preferred that at least one of the reinforcement elements and preferably each reinforcement element covers the peripheral edge of the associated opening at least on an inner surface running transversely to the first and to the second side at least over a large part of its circumference and preferably completely. The sensitive cardboard or cardboard material of the outer shell is then completely protected in the area of the opening.

The first part can be detachably connected to the second part of the at least one reinforcement element in various ways. However, it is preferred that the first part and the second part of at least one of the reinforcement elements and preferably each reinforcement element are connected to one another by means of a snap connection. The latching connection can be designed such that the first part has at least one of the reinforcement elements and preferably each reinforcement element has a latching part which engages behind the second part at a connecting surface and protrudes from the reach-through part. In this case, the locking part does not have to be designed to run all the way around, but it is preferred that the locking part covers at least one of the reinforcement elements and preferably each reinforcement element has at least one discontinuity.

In order to facilitate separation of the first part and the second part, each reinforcement element expediently has at least one access opening in one of the two parts, through which a tool can reach and act on the other part. In at least one of the reinforcement elements, this access opening can be formed by interrupting the latching section. Alternatively, the access opening can be arranged in at least one of the reinforcement elements in the second part and allow the first part to be acted upon in the area of the interruption.

The document container can be a document folder, the outer cover having a front cover and a rear cover connected in one piece to the front cover, and the front cover and the rear cover delimiting a receiving pocket for the documents. However, the document container can also be a file folder, the outer cover having a front cover, a rear cover and a spine connecting the front cover and the rear cover in one piece, and a folder mechanism with alignment pins for inserting into holes in perforated documents is attached to the rear cover. The spine of the file can then have a grip hole, the edge of which is provided with the reinforcement element or with one of the reinforcement elements. As an alternative or in addition to this, the front cover can have two slits for passing through wire clips of the folder mechanism, the edge of which is each provided with one of the reinforcing elements. It is also possible for the folder mechanism to have a hold-down device that can be slid onto the line-up pins with a clamping mechanism for clamping to the line-up pins and for the hold-down device to have a pin that is matched to the at least one access opening so that it can reach through it. With the pen, the file folder then immediately has the tool with which the at least one reinforcement element can be broken down into its parts. It is also preferred that the hold-down device has a base body and that the pin is in the base body is displaceable between a first position, in which a free end protrudes beyond the outer contour of the base body, and a second position, in which the free end is accommodated in the base body. In the first position, the pin acts as a tool for dismantling the at least one reinforcement element, while in the second position it is retracted far enough so that it does not interfere with use of the file folder. It is also possible for the pin to be removably accommodated in the base body.

The file folder 10 according to 1 has a front cover 12, a rear cover 14 and a folder spine 16, one-piece outer cover 18 made of cardboard. A folder mechanism is fastened to the rear cover 14 by means of hollow rivets, which has two aligning pins made of wire, on which perforated documents can be lined up. The outer shell 18 encloses a Recording area 15 for the written material on three sides. In the closed state, the aligning pins are each coupled to a folding bracket 20 made of a corresponding wire, with the upper sections of the folding brackets 20 in 1 protrude through slots 22 in front cover 12. The file folder 10 is opened in that the front cover 12 is pivoted about a first fold 24 connecting it to the folder spine 16 and the folder spine 16 is pivoted against the rear cover 14 about a second fold 26 . A grip hole 28 is also arranged in the spine 16 of the file, which makes it easier to grip the file folder 10 when it is on a shelf.

In order to prevent rapid wear of the outer shell in the area of the slots 22 and the handle hole 28, reinforcing elements 30, 32 are inserted into these openings 22, 28, which completely cover or line the peripheral edge of the openings 22, 28. In particular, an inner surface 38 running transversely to the outside 34 of the outer shell 18 facing the viewer and to the inside 36 of the outer shell 18 facing away from the outside 34 and connecting the outside 34 to the inside 36 is completely covered by the respective reinforcement element 30, 32.

All reinforcement elements 30, 32 are designed in two parts with a first part 30a, 32a and a second part 30b, 32b detachably connected to the first part 30a, 32a. Both parts 30a, 32a; 30b, 32b are each made in one piece from plastic, in the present exemplary embodiment from polypropylene (PP). The first parts 30a, 32a each have a first holding part 40 that rests on the outside 34 and a reach-through part 42 that extends through the respective opening 22, 28 and extends from the first holding part 40. The second parts 30b, 32b, on the other hand, each have a second holding part 44 resting on the inside 36 of the outer shell 18. In each of the reinforcement elements 30, 32, the first part 30a, 32a is detachably connected to the second part 30b, 32b by means of a latching connection 46. This is formed by a protruding from the reach-through part 42 locking part 48 of the first part 30a, 32a and a connecting surface 50 on the second part 30b, 32b, which of the latching section 48 is gripped from behind. The latching parts 48 are not designed to run all the way around, but each have an interruption 52 . The connecting surfaces 50 are also not designed to be circumferential, but each have a plurality of interruptions 54 .

Each of the reinforcement elements 30, 32 has an engagement opening 56 in the region of the interruption 52 in the locking part 48, into which a pin can be engaged in order to release the connection between the first part 30a, 32a and the second part 30b, 32b. The pin used for this is part of a hold-down device that can be pushed onto the alignment pins of the file mechanism and clamped to them using a clamping mechanism. With the reinforcing elements 30 ( 2 , 3 ) the engagement opening 56 is arranged in the second part 30b. Force can be applied through the engagement opening 56 to disengage the first portion 30a from the second portion 30b and force it out of the respective slot 22 . When the reinforcement element 32 is inserted into the handle hole 28 , the engagement opening 56 is located in the first part 32a and is formed by the interruption 52 in the latching part 48 .
