    wherein seated on the stationary frame (3) are upper and lower running rails (5, 6) for the engagement elements, arranged on the sash (2), of upper and lower opening-out apparatuses (7, 8) for parallel turning perpendicular to the fixed frame plane (4) with running members (9, 10), to which an operating and locking bar (13) is assigned behind the sash overlap (11) in the fitting fold (24) of the sash (1),
    characterised in that the fitting can be installed even in the assembled state of the displaceable sash (1), wherein the opening-out apparatus (7, 8), via a driver (12) and by relative displacement of the running members (9, 10) in the running rails (5, 6) in the direction of the sash (1), can automatically be coupled in an interlocking manner to the operating and locking bar (13) on the visible side (21) on the vertical beam of the sash (1), which operating and locking bar can be controlled by an operator control handle (14),
    wherein each opening-out device (7, 8) for parallel turning with the running member (9, 10) for displacing the sash (1) forming control element (19, 20) is articulated on a bearing and guide plate (15, 16) and form a component, wherein the side (17, 18) of the guide plate (15, 16) pointing towards the running rails (5, 6) comprises the control element (19, 20) for turning and displacing the sash (1) and the opening-out apparatus (7, 8) can be positioned by means of the side (21) which is free and visible on the sash (1), and is provided with fastening attachments (22),
    and the abutment face (23) of the guide plate (15, 16) which points towards the operating and locking bar (13) rests flush against the fitting fold (24).
  2. Fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the carrier (12) which is arranged at the free end of a push rod (25) and which has a coupling piece (25) that is U-shaped in cross-section and is connected to the locking bar (13) snaps in an interlocking manner into a recess (28) via a ramp (27) which slopes upwards in the direction of displacement.
  3. Fitting according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the push rod (25) is guided displaceably in a groove (29) of the guide plate (15, 16) and is arranged parallel to and offset from the locking bar (13).
  4. Fitting according to claim 3, characterised in that the groove (29) has a dovetail-shaped cross-section.
  5. Fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the control element (19, 20) for turning the sash (1) is formed from a control arm (30) with a rivet (31) fastened thereto and from a control cam (32) which is arranged on the push rod (25) on the opposite side of the bearing and guide plate (15, 16).
  6. Fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the fastening attachments (22) arranged on the bearing and guide plate (15, 16) are arranged laterally offset from the locking rod (13).
  7. Fitting according to one or more of the preceding claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the articulation of the control arm (30) on the bearing and guide plate (15, 16), the articulation of the control arm (30) on the running member (9, 10) and the articulation via the rivet (31) fastened on the control arm (30) in the control cam (32) of the push rod (25) run almost at a 90° angle, wherein in the locked position of the locking rod (13) the articulation of the control arm (30) on the bearing and guide plate (15, 16) and the articulation of the control arm (30) on the running member (9, 10) lie approximately on a straight line in the longitudinal direction relative to the locking rod (13).
