Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lamellenschleifscheibe mit einem insbesondere tellerförmigen Träger, der rotierend um eine Achse antreibbar ist und der eine Mehrzahl von sich schindelartig überlappenden Schleiflamellen trägt, wobei die Schleiflamellen auf einem ringförmigen auf der Achse zentrierten Trägerabschnitt befestigt, insbesondere aufgeklebt werden, wobei ein Band (1) eines Schleifmittels einer Vorrichtung zum Bestücken zugeführt wird, wobei aus dem Band (1) geschnittene Schleiflamellen auf den Trägerabschnitt aufgebracht werden, wobei der Vorrichtung zum Bestücken ein Band (1) zugeführt wird, welches ein Trägerband (2) umfasst, auf dem ein Schleifvlies (3) aufgebracht ist, und auf dessen von dem Schleifvlies (3) abgewandten Seite Fasern (4) überstehen, und wobei vor dem Schneiden der Schleiflamellen aus dem Band (1) in einem zusätzlichen Verfahrensschritt die freie Länge und/oder die Anzahl der überstehenden Fasern (4) verringert wird.
