Claims (12)

  1. Fume vent device, especially extractor hood, with at least one vapour shield plate (5) made of preferably transparent material, and a carrier part (9), to which the vapour shield plate (5) is fastened via at least one fastening element (17), wherein the fastening element (17) is able to be loosened or tightened without tools for assembly/dismantling of the vapour shield plate (5), wherein the fastening element (17) has a bolt (19) with a bolt head (23) which presses the vapour shield plate (5) against the carrier part (9) and wherein the fastening element (17) has a clamping part (21) which clamps the bolt head (23) firmly against the carrier part (9) with the vapour shield plate (5) disposed between the two, characterised in that the bolt head (23) projects with its lower end face side (33) into a recess (35) of the carrier part (9) without touching said recess and that the carrier part (9) has a sheet metal installation part (37) which provides the recess (35), preferably on the side of the carrier part (9) facing away from the vapour shield plate (5), wherein the floor of the recess (35) is spaced by a free space (a) away from the end face side (33) of the bolt head (23).
  2. Fume vent device according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping part (21) is a clamping nut able to be actuated without tools, especially a knurled nut, which has a screw connection to the bolt (19).
  3. Fume vent device according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping part (21) is assigned to the bolt (19) in the manner of a quick-release clamp.
  4. Fume vent device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the bolt head (23) has an out-of-round contour in relation to its longitudinal bolt axis (24) with which it is held in a torsion-proof manner on the vapour shield plate (5).
  5. Fume vent device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that that the bolt head (23) is disposed at least partly, preferably flush with the surface of the upper side of the vapour shield plate (5), in an indentation or undercut (26) of an installation opening (27) of the vapour shield plate (5).
  6. Fume vent device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an installation opening (27) provided for the fastening element (17) in the vapour shield plate (5) is embodied as a blind hole, in which the fastening element (17), especially the bolt (19), is embedded.
  7. Fume vent device according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the installation opening (27) is embodied as an elongated hole in which the bolt head (23) is accommodated adapted to the contours.
  8. Fume vent device according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the bolt (19) is integrated as a separate component into the bolt head (23), preferably by a plastic injection moulding method.
  9. Fume vent device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the clamping part (21) of the bolt (19) is clamped against a side of the carrier part (9) facing away from the vapour shield plate (5).
  10. Fume vent device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the carrier part (9) is assigned to a chimney (1), on the suction side (3) of which the vapour shield plate (5) is provided.
  11. Fume vent device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fastening element (17) is disposed in the overall depth direction (y) on the front side in front of the chimney (1) or on one or both sides in the device side direction (x) next to the chimney (1) in each case.
  12. Fume vent device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fastening element (17) and/or the vapour shield plate (5) has a centring surface (22) arranged at an angle, by means of which the vapour shield plate (5) is displaced around a centring path (z) when the fastening element (17) is clamped tight.
