Claims (18)

  1. Transformateur sec comprenant à chaque fois au moins un enroulement de haute tension et un enroulement de sous-tension, qui sont en liaison active l'un avec l'autre par un champ électromagnétique, chaque enroulement étant constitué de conducteurs d'enroulement, l'enroulement de haute tension et l'enroulement de sous-tension présentant un espacement défini l'un par rapport à l'autre, pour le respect duquel sont mis en place des écarteurs (10), qui sont disposés entre les enroulements, caractérisé en ce que les écarteurs (10) sont renforcés de façon mécanique au moyen d'une structure de fibre (12) et sont reliés les uns aux autres.
  2. Transformateur sec selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les écarteurs (10) présentent une forme de section, qui ne présente pas de zones à arête vive.
  3. Transformateur sec selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les écarteurs (10) sont dotés d'une section circulaire.
  4. Transformateur sec selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les écarteurs (10) sont dotés d'une section ovale.
  5. Transformateur sec selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les écarteurs (10) sont dotés d'une section rectangulaire.
  6. Transformateur sec selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les arêtes longitudinales des écarteurs (10) sont dotées d'un rayon.
  7. Transformateur sec selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure de fibre (12) prévue pour le renfort des écarteurs (10) est formée de stratifils de verre textile à base de fibres (14) très résistantes et non conductrices électriquement.
  8. Transformateur sec selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la structure de fibre (12) est formée d'un tissu à base de fibres (14) très résistantes et non conductrices électriquement.
  9. Transformateur sec selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la structure de fibre (12) est formée d'un réseau à base de fibres (14) très résistantes et non conductrices électriquement.
  10. Transformateur sec selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure de fibre (12) est formée de fibres de verre.
  11. Transformateur sec selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la structure de fibre (12) est formée de fibres d'aramide.
  12. Transformateur sec selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la structure de fibre (12) est formée de fibres de carbone.
  13. Transformateur sec selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure de fibre (12) prévue pour le renfort des écarteurs est intégrée au moins partiellement dans les écarteurs (10).
  14. Transformateur sec selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que, en tant que matériau d'écarteur, une masse de scellement est mélangée avec des fibres (14) qui correspondent à celles de la structure de fibre (12) prévue pour le renfort.
  15. Procédé pour fabriquer des écarteurs (10) renforcés mécaniquement, qui sont disposés entre les enroulements afin de respecter l'espacement nécessaire entre l'enroulement de haute tension et l'enroulement de sous-tension d'un transformateur sec,
    caractérisé en ce que
    • les corps moulés prévus pour la fabrication des écarteurs (10) sont positionnés à une distance définie les uns des autres, en ce que
    • la structure de fibre (12) prévue pour le renfort mécanique des écarteurs à base de fibres (14) très résistantes et non conductrices électriquement est mise en contact avec les corps moulés positionnés pour les écarteurs (10) et en ce que
    • la structure de fibre dotée de corps moulés, positionnés à des intervalles définis les uns des autres, pour les écarteurs (10) est englobée au moins partiellement par la masse de scellement lors de la coulée de la masse de scellement pour les écarteurs dans les corps moulés prévus à cet effet et est ancrée à l'intérieur, de sorte que les écarteurs (10) sont renforcés mécaniquement au moyen d'une structure de fibre (12) et sont reliés les uns aux autres.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque fois des fibres (14) très résistantes et non conductrices électriquement sont introduites avant et pendant le scellement de la masse de scellement dans les corps moulés prévus pour la fabrication des écarteurs (10).
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que des fibres (14) très résistantes et non conductrices électriquement sont ajoutées avant le scellement de la masse de scellement pour la fabrication des écarteurs (10).
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que la masse de scellement se trouvant dans les corps moulés est durcie en fonction du matériau prévu comme masse de scellement, avant que les corps moulés soient enlevés des écarteurs (10).
