The invention relates to a packaging container for bulk materials, in particular bag or bag made of plastic film with at least one bulk material enveloping the container wall, wherein the container wall is equipped with at least one carrying aid.
Packaging containers of prior art are, for example, bags or sacks made of a flexible material, in particular of a plastic film, and serve to receive or encase a wide variety of bulk or filling goods, such as fertilizers, flours, granules or the like. The products produced in, among other things, the food industry or the chemical industry can be both intermediates and end products and should be transported, temporarily stored and, among other things, offered for sale directly with the help of the packaging containers.

In a packaging container for bulk materials, in particular sack or bag made of plastic film, with at least one bulk material enclosing the container wall, wherein the container wall is equipped with at least one carrying aid is provided according to the invention that the container wall at least one multilayer wall portion of at least one inner layer and at least one outer layer, wherein the carrying aid is formed by at least one engagement opening, which is arranged in the outer layer of the multi-layer wall region.
With the formation of the carrying aid as an engagement opening in the outer layer of the multilayer wall region of the container wall, on the one hand, a structurally simple design is created. On the other hand, can be with the help of at least one, preferably arranged on the front or rear wall of the packaging container carrying an advantageously simple Handling of possibly palletized packaging containers or portioning or portioned delivery of the contents contained in the packaging container to ensure in an advantageous manner. The multi-layer wall region is channel-like, wherein the inner and outer layers are connected to each other at least along their longitudinal edges preferably cohesively. The wearing aid in the outer layer may, inter alia, be a single, relatively large, oval-shaped engagement opening for engagement with almost the entire palm, or, for example, three or four smaller engagement openings for engagement with only the fingers of one hand, these openings are arranged on a straight line or arcuate line behind one another or next to each other.
According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the carrying aid is arranged in the area near the bottom of the container wall. With such a arranged engagement opening in the outer layer of the container wall can be realized in particular an advantageous handling when dumping a opened in the head area packaging container. By a smooth overlapping of the empty, upper end of the packaging container and by intervention in the near-bottom region of the packaging container opening provided an advantageous introduction of force into the container wall and thus a simple and at the same time relatively easily controllable lifting of the packaging container is possible. An elaborate encompassing the usually bulging filled bottom of the packaging container with one hand and a relatively difficult handling associated therewith during the pouring is thus avoided. The introduced into the outer layer engagement always has at least one of the main center axes of the packaging container on an offset.
Preferably, in the outer layer of the multilayer wall region, two carrying aids are arranged at a predetermined distance from each other, whereby, in particular, the receptacle designed in accordance with the invention Packaging container of, for example, a pallet stack is further simplified. The distance between the engagement openings, which are arranged symmetrically in particular with respect to the transverse axis of the packaging container, is approximately the same as the shoulder width of an average person, which likewise ensures an improved posture when handling the packaging containers. The arrangement of the carrying aids, which is adapted to the ergonomics of the human body, makes it possible to avoid physical impairments and possible consequential damage resulting therefrom, especially for persons who, for example, handle such packaging containers on a daily basis.
Each carrying aid preferably has two engagement openings which penetrate the outer layer and are arranged adjacent to one another, wherein a grip web is formed between the openings. With the handle bar generated between the engagement openings, the safety in handling the packaging container according to the invention is advantageously improved. The adjacently arranged engagement openings of each carrying aid can be shaped, for example, oval or elliptical, with their longest main axes in particular parallel to each other. Depending on the size of the container and the filling weight to be absorbed by the packaging, each handle bar may have a width of about 3 cm to 9 cm.
According to a development of the invention may optionally be provided to the two carrying aids or alternatively to the second in the near-head portion of the packaging container carrying aid that the packaging container has a separated from the container interior head portion in which an additional handle is arranged. In particular, packaging containers, which have smaller dimensions or reach the consumer in the sale, advantageously have such a carrying handle, which allows both a one-handed transport of the packaging container as well as an advantageous handling in conjunction with the carrying aid arranged near the ground. The carrying handle is thereby by means of a breakthrough formed, which penetrates at least the front wall and the rear wall of the packaging container formed by the container wall. Front or rear wall can have the multi-layer wall area. The breakthrough can be performed in the form of an oval opening or as a curved slot running, which is introduced into all, corresponding to one another congruently arranged layers of the container wall.
The container wall is in particular a folded flat web whose mutually overlapping longitudinal edges form the multilayer wall region. By means of a folded flat web, an advantageously simple production of the container wall receiving the filling material is possible. The superimposed layers of the multilayer wall region produced by means of the overlapping longitudinal edges or edge regions can be fixed to one another in a desired arrangement with the aid of an integral connection, for example gluing or welding. On the bond between the mating surface areas of the flat web is always a sufficient strength of the connection areas guaranteed. The one respective carrying aid in the outer layer forming engagement openings are punched out in particular from the still unfolded flat web in a continuous sequence and at a predetermined distance from each other. It is possible, for example, to apply reinforcements in the form of foil sections on the surface areas of the flat web in which the openings for the interventions are introduced, and to join them in a materially bonded manner.
In addition, it can be provided that, as an alternative to a multilayer wall region produced by means of overlapping edge regions, at least one of the superimposed layers is formed from a separate strip of material which is arranged on the outside or inside of the container wall. Such a separate strip of material can easily be produced by means of simple manufacturing processes, such as plastic extrusion. The particular also from a slide produced strips of material can then be applied to the inside or outside, for example, a flat web folded into a film tube or a film tube produced by means of blown extrusion. The use of a previously separately prepared film tube also has the advantage that the material thickness of the particular forming the outer layer material strip can be tailored to the outgoing from the filling weight and acting on the handle bars of the carrying aid load to avoid tearing the handle bars with advantage. The strip of material may also be a strip of fleece or a plastic fabric.
Schnittwerkzeuge einbringen.Of course, it is also within the scope of the invention that at least in the inner layer of the multi-layer wall region at least one air-permeable surface piece is formed from the container interior to form a venting region. With the help of the air-permeable surface piece, in particular the air portion which also reaches the interior of the packaging during the filling process can, with advantage, escape from the container interior again. Thus, a potentially damaging the container wall, on the inside of which adjacent pressure can be avoided, which has an advantageous effect on the durability of the packaging container. A respective air-permeable surface piece in the inner layer may for example have perforations formed as perforations. The perforations can be introduced in the area pieces provided, for example, with the aid of appropriate needle or cutting tools.
According to another embodiment of the invention, it is provided that each layer of the multi-layer wall region has air-permeable surface pieces, wherein the vent areas formed by the surface pieces are separated from the formed by the engagement openings engagement areas in the multilayer wall area. In particular, a dusting is recorded by inside the packaging container, reduced dusty contents, since each venting area is formed as a separated from the engagement areas channel section in the multi-layer wall area. The occasionally over the perforated areas of the inner layer with exiting into the multilayer wall area solid particles of the contents thus do not escape unhindered on the correspondingly large engagement openings of the carrying aid in the environment, but remain mostly in the channel section, so that primarily the proportion of air on the perforated areas of the outer layer exits into the environment. In order to separate the venting and engagement regions, the layers of the multilayer wall region are preferably connected to one another via transverse welding or adhesive seams running approximately transversely to the longitudinal direction of the packaging container.
