Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren und der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 10 ist es erstmals möglich, Drähte problemlos anzustricken, da das bisher erforderliche Abziehen des bereits angestrickten Schlauchabschnittes völlig entfällt. Ferner ist es mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren und der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 10 erstmals möglich, einen Schlauchabschnitt mit definierter Länge und definiertem Gewicht in sehr engen Fertigungstoleranzen herzustellen, ohne dass der Schlauchabschnitt erst nach dem Stricken durch entsprechende Schneidvorrichtungen auf die gewünschte Länge gekürzt werden muss. Vielmehr muss zur Ausbildung einer definierten Länge eines Schlauchabschnittes lediglich der zugeführte Draht gekappt und der Strickvorgang solange fortgesetzt werden, bis der gefertigte Schlauchabschnitt der Vorrichtung 10 entnommen werden kann bzw. aus dieser durch sein Eigengewicht herausfällt. Auf diese Weise wird auch das Problem der beim bisher üblichen Schneiden auftretenden Häcksel vermieden, da bei der Erfindung derartige Häcksel überhaupt nicht auftreten. Das mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellte Produkt muss weder, wie im Stand der Technik zwangsläufig erforderlich, von Hand oder maschinell von Häckseln befreit werden, noch ist der beim Stand der Technik bisher übliche Materialverlust von bis zu 10% zugeführtem Draht zu berücksichtigen.With the method according to the invention and the device 10 according to the invention, it is possible for the first time to easily apply wires, since the hitherto required removal of the already knitted tube section is completely eliminated. Claims (16)

Abzugsfreies Verfahren zum Rundstricken mindestens eines Drahtes zu einem Schlauchabschnitt mit mehreren Maschenreihen, wobei bei dem Verfahren: beim Anstrickvorgang ein loses Ende des Drahtes von einer der Nadeln (16) der Rundstrickmaschine (10) erfasst und der Draht von den weiteren Nadeln (16) zu einer mäanderförmigen Maschenreihe umgeformt wird, beim weiteren Strickvorgang die Nadeln (16) den weiter zugeführten Draht mit der jeweils zuvor gebildeten Maschenreihe unter Bildung einer nachfolgenden Maschenreihe verstricken, indem die Nadeln (16) zur Bildung der neuen Maschen der nachfolgenden Maschenreihe den Draht durch die Maschen der zuvor gebildeten Maschenreihe ziehen, während die Nadeln (16) die zuvor gehaltenen Maschen der zuvor gebildeten Maschenreihe abstreifen und die zuvor gebildete Maschenreihe abschnittsweise freigegeben, wobei der jeweils freigegebene Abschnitt der zuvor gebildeten Maschenreihe von zwischen den Nadeln (16) angeordneten Förderelementen (24) erfasst und nach innen von den Nadeln (16) weggefördert wird, und am Ende des Strickvorganges der zugeführte Draht gekappt und der weitere Strickvorgang solange fortgesetzt wird, bis der Schlauchabschnitt nicht mehr von den Nadeln (16) und den Förderelementen (24) erfasst wird.
