Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Drehsperrklinke für ein Türschloss eines Kraftfahrzeugs, die einen zur Zusammenwirkung mit einem Schließblech bestimmten Riegel aufweist, der zwischen einer offenen Stellung und einer geschlossenen Stellung des Schlosses drehbar ist, wobei die Drehsperrklinke eine Drehachse und ein Halteende aufweist, das um die Achse schwenken kann und dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Riegel zusammenzuwirken, um den Riegel in einer geschlossenen Stellung des Schlosses zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen ersten Schritt (101), in dem ein metallischer Klinkeneinsatz, der die Drehachse und das Halteende der Drehsperrklinke aufweist, durch Kaltgesenkschmieden geformt wird, und einen zweiten Schritt (102) aufweist, in dem der Einsatz mit Hilfe eines Harzes teilweise überformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schritt (101) das Halteende durch Kaltgesenkschmieden abgerundet geformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schritt (101) eine Rille im Halteende durch Kaltgesenkschmieden geformt wird, und dass im zweiten Schritt die erhaltene Rille mit einem Harz überformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Schritt (102) das Halteende der Drehsperrklinke teilweise mit einem Harz überformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Schritt (102) mindestens ein Lager der Achse des metallischen Sperrklinkeneinsatzes mit einem Harz überformt wird.
