Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour fournir des données de circulation routière à au moins un premier terminal utilisateur activé en position d'une pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés en position, chacun dudit terminal utilisateur activé en position étant embarqué à bord d'un véhicule se déplaçant dans une infrastructure routière, ledit terminal utilisateur étant connecté par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication à un serveur de gestion de circulation routière, ledit procédé comprenant les actions de :
    ▪ la réception (400), dans le serveur de gestion de circulation routière, de positions et de données de vitesse à partir de la pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés en position,
    ▪ l'estimation (401) de données de circulation routière à une pluralité de points de contrôle prédéfinis appartenant à une maille de points de contrôle prédéfinis assortis à l'infrastructure routière en utilisant les positions et données de vitesse reçues ;
    ▪ la production (404) d'une carte de circulation routière estimée en associant chaque point de contrôle prédéfini à ses données de circulation routière estimées ;
    ▪ la transmission (405) d'au moins une partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée au premier terminal utilisateur activé en position pour l'affichage subséquent de ladite partie ; et
    dans lequel ledit acte de l'estimation (401) de données de circulation routière à un point de contrôle particulier de ladite maille de points de contrôle comprend les actions de :
    ▪ le groupement (402) de toutes les données de vitesse correspondant à des positions de données qui ont été envoyées par lesdits terminaux utilisateur activés et qui sont situées à une distance inférieure à une distance de seuil prédéfinie par rapport audit point de contrôle particulier ;
    ▪ le calcul (403), en utilisant toutes lesdites données de vitesse qui ont été groupées, d'au moins une donnée de circulation routière instantanée spécifique audit point de contrôle particulier, pour une association subséquente audit point de contrôle particulier ;
    dans lequel il comprend un acte préliminaire pour construire dynamiquement (INIT) ladite maille de points de contrôle comprenant les étapes suivantes de :
    ▪ s'il n'y a aucun point de contrôle dans une distance prédéfinie minimum autour d'un terminal utilisateur activé en position instantanée d'une pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés, un nouveau point de contrôle est créé pour compléter ladite maille de points de contrôle avec des coordonnées géographiques correspondant à ladite position dudit terminal utilisateur activé ;
    ▪ l'assortiment du point de contrôle créé à l'infrastructure routière.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit serveur de gestion de circulation routière est en outre agencé pour déterminer la partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée en sélectionnant des points de contrôle situés au sein d'une étendue donnée de la toute dernière position reçue du premier terminal utilisateur activé en position.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit premier terminal utilisateur activé en position est en outre agencé pour déterminer la partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée en sélectionnant des points de contrôle dans ladite au moins une partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée transmise par ledit serveur de gestion de circulation routière.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite au moins une donnée de circulation routière instantanée est déterminée par le calcul (401') d'une valeur de vitesse moyenne en utilisant lesdites données de vitesse groupées.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel une section routière étant défini dans entre deux points de contrôle, ledit acte du calcul (403) de ladite donnée de circulation routière instantanée comprend des actes complémentaires de :
    l'identification (4031) de toutes les sections routières de ladite carte routière ayant ledit point de contrôle particulier pour extrémité ;
    le calcul (4032) d'un temps de traversée estimé pour chaque section routière identifiée, respectivement, en utilisant ladite valeur de vitesse moyenne calculée et en interpolant une vitesse desdites données de vitesse groupées.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel :
    ▪ si le temps de traversée estimé calculé pour une section routière particulière est inférieur à un pourcentage minimum prédéfini d'un temps de traversée moyen référentiel auparavant calculé pour cette section routière particulière, alors les données de circulation routière seront classifiées comme étant « rejetées - trop lentes » sur ladite section routière commençant à partir dudit point de contrôle particulier ;
    ▪ si le temps de traversée estimé calculé pour une section routière particulière est supérieur à un pourcentage maximum prédéfini d'un temps de traversée moyen référentiel auparavant calculé pour cette section routière particulière, alors les données de circulation routière seront classifiées comme étant « rejetées - trop rapides » sur ladite section routière commençant à partir dudit point de contrôle particulier ;
    ▪ si le temps de traversée estimé calculé pour une section routière particulière est entre lesdits pourcentages minimum et maximum prédéfinis d'un temps de traversée moyen référentiel auparavant calculé pour cette section routière particulière, alors les données de circulation routière seront classifiées comme étant « acceptables » sur ladite section routière commençant à partir dudit point de contrôle particulier.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel il comprend un acte de la coloration (406) de chaque point de contrôle appartenant à l'au moins une partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée affichée sur un écran du premier terminal utilisateur activé en position, une couleur prédéfinie dépendant de la vitesse moyenne obtenue à partir de mesures précédentes étant classifiée comme étant « acceptable » et de la qualification de cette valeur moyenne de : « embouteillé », « circulation dense » ou « fluide » selon le référentiel « vitesse moyenne » par rapport auxdites données de circulation routière associées à chaque dit point de contrôle, respectivement.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel il comprend un acte complémentaire de la transmission (407), au premier terminal utilisateur activé en position, d'un autre itinéraire pour atteindre un point de destination auparavant demandé par l'utilisateur, lorsque lesdites données de circulation routière associées à un point de contrôle particulier dans les environs duquel le premier terminal utilisateur activateur en position est situé, sont classifiées comme étant « embouteillé ».
  9. Serveur de gestion de circulation routière pour fournir des données de circulation routière à au moins un premier terminal utilisateur activé en position d'une pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés en position, chacun dudit terminal utilisateur étant embarqué à bord d'un véhicule se déplaçant dans une infrastructure routière, ledit terminal utilisateur étant connecté par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication audit serveur de gestion de circulation routière, ledit serveur de gestion de circulation routière étant configuré pour :
    ▪ recevoir, dans le serveur de gestion de circulation routière, des positions et données de vitesse à partir de la pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés en position,
    ▪ estimer des données de circulation routière à une pluralité de points de contrôle prédéfinis appartenant à une maille de points de contrôle prédéfinis assortis à l'infrastructure routière en utilisant les positions et données de vitesse reçues ;
    ▪ produire une carte de circulation routière estimée en associant chaque point de contrôle prédéfini à ses données de circulation routière estimées ;
    ▪ transmettre une partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée au premier terminal utilisateur activé en position pour l'affichage subséquent de ladite partie ; et
    dans lequel ledit acte de l'estimation (401) de données de circulation routière à un point de contrôle particulier de ladite maille de points de contrôle comprend les actions de :
    ▪ le groupement (402) de toutes les données de vitesse correspondant à des positions de données qui ont été envoyées par lesdits terminaux utilisateur activés et qui sont situées à une distance inférieure à une distance de seuil prédéfinie par rapport audit point de contrôle particulier ;
    ▪ le calcul (403) en utilisant toutes lesdites données de vitesse qui ont été groupées, d'au moins une donnée de circulation routière instantanée spécifique audit point de contrôle particulier, pour une association subséquente audit point de contrôle particulier ; et
    dans lequel il comprend un acte préliminaire pour construire dynamiquement (INIT) ladite maille de points de contrôle comprenant les étapes suivantes de :
    ▪ s'il n'y a aucun point de contrôle dans une distance prédéfinie minimum autour d'un terminal utilisateur activé en position instantanée d'une pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés, un nouveau point de contrôle est créé pour compléter ladite maille de points de contrôle avec des coordonnées géographiques correspondant à ladite position dudit terminal utilisateur activé ;
    ▪ l'assortiment du point de contrôle créé à l'infrastructure routière.
  10. Serveur selon la revendication précédente 9, en outre agencé pour déterminer la partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée en sélectionnant des points de contrôle situés au sein d'une étendue donnée de la toute dernière position reçue du premier terminal utilisateur activé en position.
  11. Terminal utilisateur activé en position pour afficher des données de circulation routière, ledit terminal utilisateur étant connecté par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication à un serveur de gestion de circulation routière selon la revendication 9 et embarqué à bord d'un véhicule se déplaçant dans une infrastructure routière d'une pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés en position, ledit terminal utilisateur activé en position étant configuré pour :
    ▪ transmettre, au serveur de gestion de circulation routière, des positions et des données de vitesse à partir du terminal utilisateur activé en position,
    ▪ recevoir la carte de circulation routière estimée à partir du serveur de gestion de circulation routière, ladite carte de circulation routière estimée comprenant une pluralité de points de contrôle mappant l'infrastructure routière, et étant associée à une estimation de données de circulation routière au moins sur la base de positions et de données de vitesse transmises,
    ▪ afficher une partie de la carte de circulation estimée reçue en affichant des données de circulation routière connexes à des points de contrôle à l'intérieur d'un voisinage prédéfini de la position actuelle du terminal utilisateur activé en position.
  12. Support lisible par ordinateur incluant des instructions de programme d'ordinateur qui font en sorte qu'un ordinateur mette en œuvre un procédé selon les revendications 1 à 8, pour fournir des données de circulation routière à au moins un premier terminal utilisateur activé en position d'une pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés en position, chacun dudit terminal utilisateur activé en position étant embarqué à bord d'un véhicule se déplaçant dans une infrastructure routière, ledit terminal utilisateur étant connecté par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication à un serveur de gestion de circulation routière, ledit procédé comprenant les actions de :
    ▪ la réception, dans le serveur de gestion de circulation routière, de positions et de données de vitesse à partir de la pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés en position,
    ▪ l'estimation de données de circulation routière à une pluralité de points de contrôle prédéfinis appartenant à une maille de points de contrôle prédéfinis assortis à l'infrastructure routière en utilisant les positions et données de vitesse reçues ;
    ▪ la production d'une carte de circulation routière estimée en associant chaque point de contrôle prédéfini à ses données de circulation routière estimées ;
    ▪ la transmission d'au moins une partie de la carte de circulation routière estimée au premier terminal utilisateur activé en position pour l'affichage subséquent de ladite partie ; et
    dans lequel ledit acte de l'estimation (401) de données de circulation routière à un point de contrôle particulier de ladite maille de points de contrôle comprend les actions de :
    ▪ le groupement (402) de toutes les données de vitesse correspondant à des positions de données qui ont été envoyées par lesdits terminaux utilisateur activés et qui sont situées à une distance inférieure à une distance de seuil prédéfinie par rapport audit point de contrôle particulier ;
    ▪ le calcul (403), en utilisant toutes lesdites données de vitesse qui ont été groupées, d'au moins une donnée de circulation routière instantanée spécifique audit point de contrôle particulier, pour une association subséquente audit point de contrôle particulier ; et
    dans lequel il comprend un acte préliminaire pour construire dynamiquement (INIT) ladite maille de points de contrôle comprenant les étapes suivantes de :
    ▪ s'il n'y a aucun point de contrôle dans une distance prédéfinie minimum autour d'un terminal utilisateur activé en position instantanée d'une pluralité de terminaux utilisateur activés, un nouveau point de contrôle est créé pour compléter ladite maille de points de contrôle avec des coordonnées géographiques correspondant à ladite position dudit terminal utilisateur activé ;
    ▪ l'assortiment du point de contrôle créé à l'infrastructure routière.
