Claims (24)

  1. Meuble (1) comprenant
    - une structure de support principale (3) comportant une ouverture de passage (2) formée par la structure de support principale (3) et destinée à être ouverte et fermée,
    - un élément de fermeture (5) qui est mobile entre une position de fermeture dans laquelle l'élément de fermeture (5) recouvre l'ouverture de passage (2), et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle l'élément de fermeture (5) laisse l'ouverture de passage (2) au moins partiellement ouverte,
    - des moyens (6) pour le déplacement de l'élément de fermeture (5) entre les positions d'ouverture et de fermeture, les moyens de déplacement (6) comprenant des moyens élastiques,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (7) sont conformés de façon que, lorsque l'élément de fermeture (5) est dans la position d'ouverture de celui-ci, les moyens élastiques (7) présentent une précharge initiale adaptée pour forcer l'élément de fermeture (5) vers la position de fermeture de celui-ci, et lorsque l'élément de fermeture (5) est dans la position de fermeture de celui-ci, les moyens élastiques (7) maintiennent une précharge résiduelle inférieure à la précharge initiale et adaptée pour maintenir l'élément de fermeture (5) dans la position de fermeture de celui-ci.

Meuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'élément de fermeture (5) comprend une paroi de fermeture (11) qui est coulissante par rapport à la structure de support principale (3) dans une direction de coulissement (S) entre les positions d'ouverture et de fermeture.

Meuble (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la paroi de fermeture (11) est associé à un chariot (12) qui est coulissant dans un guide (13) prévu dans la structure de support principale (3), le guide (13) s'étendant suivant un axe de guidage (A) sensiblement parallèle à la direction de coulissement (S).

Meuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel la paroi de fermeture (11), lorsqu'elle est dans la position de fermeture de celle-ci, peut être configurée suivant une configuration prolongée dans laquelle la paroi est orientée transversalement à la direction de coulissement (S), laissant l'accès à l'ouverture de passage (2) au moins partiellement libre, et suivant une configuration rétractée dans laquelle la paroi (11) est orientée sensiblement parallèlement à la direction de coulissement (S) et recouvre l'ouverture de passage (2).
  10. Meuble (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel, lorsque la paroi de fermeture (11) est dans la configuration prolongée de celle-ci, les mouvements vers la position d'ouverture de celle-ci suivant la direction de coulissement (S) sont empêchés.

Meuble (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 15, dans lequel les moyens de déplacement (6) comprennent une bobine d'enroulement (101) associée à la structure de support principale (3), la bobine d'enroulement (101) étant reliée à l'élément de fermeture (5) pour le déplacement de celui-ci.

Meuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bobine d'enroulement (101) comprend un élément d'enroulement (102) auquel les moyens élastiques (7) sont associés, sur lequel un ou plusieurs câbles (103) connectés à l'élément de fermeture (5) sont enroulés, de façon que des rotations d'enroulement ou de déroulement de l'élément d'enroulement (102) soient transformés en des mouvements entre la position de fermeture et la position d'ouverture de l'élément de fermeture (5).
