Abstract
The method of dividing the sunblind ladder of sunblind lamellas, when in front of the place of sunblind lamellas insertion between transversal branches of the sunblind ladder, the transversal branches are pulled apart and they are transported in pulled apart state to the location of sunblind lamellas insertion. After insertion of the sunblind lamella, the sunblind ladder and the sunblind lamella move away to the place for release of transversal branches of the sunblind ladder.
The divider for this method performance includes two mirror-placed and motion-connected on running surface systems (A, B) of dividers (1), swing-adjusted from/to the work position.
Description
- The invention relates to the method of dividing the sunblind ladder of sunblind lamellas and the device for division performance.
- It is well known that sunblind lamellas are manufactured using the stacking devices with stacking units that put lamellas between loops of two or more supporting rope ladders. In this way, there are stacked the internal window lamellas - it is not necessary to secure the lamellas against turning in the loop of the ladder. A problem with stacking occurs in case of stacking of transversal deflected long and wide sunblind lamellas to be used outside windows, where the sunblind lamellas are not freely threaded to the loops of the supporting rope ladder, but between two stationary elements in approximately height dimension of the sunblind lamella, using mirror-placed pair of dividers. The pulled apart transversal branches separate individual loops of supporting usually rope ladders. Reliable setting of the sunblind lamella is possible only under pre-assumption that transversal branches of the supporting ladder are sufficiently strung and simultaneously pulled apart in such a way so as the sunblind lamella freely moves between them - otherwise, the sunblind lamely is put directly to the loop of the supporting ladder, which is the better case or it cuts some of the transversal branches, which is the worse case. Then, the supporting ladder must be manually replaced in both of the cases. Up to now, the problem with routing of sunblind lamellas was not successfully solved. It is caused by the inconstant shape of the supporting ladder and its significant dimension tolerances as well as by dimensions of sunblind lamellas for outdoor use, the length of which reaches even several meters. More, the stationary layout swinging dividers used by now slow down the stacking speed and consequently the overall productivity of the machine.
- The aim of the invention is to find a more productive method of dividing the transversal branches of sunblind ladder of sunblind lamellas and to create a device with simple construction and easy adjustment for performance of division with high efficiency. The above stated task can be fulfilled to a significant level using the method of dividing the sunblind ladder of sunblind lamellas according to this invention. The invention is based mainly on the fact that in front of the place of sunblind lamellas insertion between transversal branches of the sunblind ladder, the transversal branches are pulled apart and they are transported in pulled apart state to the location of sunblind lamellas insertion. After insertion of the sunblind lamella, the sunblind ladder and the sunblind lamella move away to the place for release of transversal branches of the sunblind ladder.
- It seems that there is a favourable device for performing this method of dividing the sunblind lamellas. The device is based mainly on the fact that it includes two mirror-placed and motion-connected swinging dividers on running surface, treated into and from the working position.
- In consideration of construction simplicity it seems favourable if individual dividing elements in systems of dividers are inter-connected and driven using a pair of chains, each of them being wrapped around a sprocket wheel, placed between arms of holders, while the inner walls of holder arms are equipped with a race, to which fit the jockey pulley placed on chains.
- In consideration of maximally simple construction it seems favourable for each pulling aside devices to be placed in a swinging way from / to the work position on the box fixed between the chains and it is driven by a rack drive using a pneumatic cylinder.
- It is favourable if the driving unit of sprocket wheels is a servomotor or a pneumatic motor connected in each set of dividers with the sprocket wheels shaft.
- For simplicity purposes it is favourable if each set of dividers matches a trio of double-action pneumatic cylinders interconnected with sprung racks of the rack gear through three continuous holes in the bottom of the control groove, made on the inner side of the holder arm and housing the end of the rack of the rack gear.
- The invention will be explained in detail using the drawings, where
Fig. 1 shows an axonometric front view of the divider,Fig. 2 shows the rear view of the set of dividers,Fig. 3 shows the view of the set of dividers in vertical cut andFig. 4 shows the layout of swinging drive of dividers in cut. - As it can be seen in
Fig. 1 , the divider consists of two systems of A,B dividers 1 organised in mirror image on theholder 2 placed on carriers 4 of the machine for production ofsunblind lamellas 5 in front of thestacking device 3. Thedividers 1 in both systems A, B are mutually motion-connected and kept along the running surface using twochains 6 between which are placed theboxes 7 of thedividers 1. In consideration of the fact that both of the systems A, B of thedividers 1 differ only by their mirror layout, the below described is only the A system placed on the left onFig. 1 and3 . AsFig. 3 indicates,chains 6 are wrapped around twosprocket wheels 8 placed oncommon shaft 9 between thefront arm 10 andrear arm 11 of thecarrier 2 and they are kept on the running surface usingjockey pulleys 12 placed onchains 6 and lead ingrooves 13 made on the inner side of thefront arm 10 andrear arm 11 ofcarriers 2. Thecommon shaft 9 ofsprocket wheels 8 is connected with thedriving unit 14 fixed on theholder 2 according toFig. 2 on its rear side. Preferentially, thedriving unit 14 ofsprocket wheels 8 is a servomotor or a pneumatic cylinder. - Each
divider 1 is placed in the end of ashaft 30 getting out of thebox 7 and it is swing-controlled to/from the working surface by turning theshaft 30 via therack gear 15 adjusted in thebox 7. For this purpose, therack 16 of therack gear 15 is spring and taken out of thebox 7 to thecontrol groove 17 made in this case on therear arm 11 of thecarrier 2. So as to arrange easier movement in thecontrol groove 17, the end of therack 16 is equipped with apulley 29. In the section, where threedividers 1 in one system A are opposite to threedividers 1 in the other system B, therear arm 11 houses three vertically placedholes 18 in the bottom of thecontrol groove 17 and they house travellingcubes 19, while thefronts 31 make - when thecubes 19 are inserted to holes 18 - the bottom of thecontrol groove 17 and in extended position they are in the plane offronts 32 of theextensions 33 placed betweenholes 18. Thecubes 19 are connected topistons 20 ofpneumatic cylinders 21, that move thecubes 19 in a controlled manner and their movement is transferred via therack gear 15 to thedividers 1. - The
stacking device 3 is of well known version and it is displayed in a simplified way, so as there can be seen thenon-movable lead 22 and hingedstops 23 andmovable lead 24 withhinged stops 25 and also guides 26 of the sunblind ladder 27. - The dividing of transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27 is performed in front of the place of insertion of
sunblind lamellas 5. The pulled apart transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27 are then transferred to the place of insertion ofsunblind lamellas 5 and after insertion ofsunblind lamellas 5 the sunblind ladder 27 with thesunblind lamella 5 moves away to the place of release of transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27. - When stringing the first
sunblind lamella 5, the sunblind ladder 27 is kept in upright position and it is inserted into guides 26 of thestacking device 3, slipped on the first lowest placeddivider 1 in both systems A, B of thedividers 1.
Such dividers 1 extended between transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27 are lifted together with the sunblind ladder 27 to the position for insertion of thesunblind lamella 5 between fully open transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27.
After insertion of thesunblind lamella 5 between fully open transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27 of thedivider 1, there is performed the synchronous movement of thestacking device 3 and partially turned thechain wheels 8 in one pitch of transversal arms 28 of the sunblind ladder 27 - and thesunblind lamella 5 is lifted by themovable guide 24 and it is held - so as to avoid reverse movement - by thehinged stops 25. Simultaneously, the top-placedopposite dividers 1 are pulled bypneumatic cylinders 21 toholes 18 of thecontrol groove 17 of thecubes 19, so that theadjacent racks 16 with aspring 34 move away with them and in this way they extend thedividers 1 from transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27 to non-operation position and they remain there for the whole time, when thepulleys 29 of theracks 16 lean against the bottom of thecontrol groove 17. - When the top-placed
dividers 1 are returned bypulleys 29 in thecontrol groove 17 by pulling aside thecube 19 bypneumatic cylinders 21 back to non-working position, in the course of the following cycle of the running system thecube 19 is extended by thepneumatic cylinder 21 again, so as thefront 31 follows thefront 32 of theextension 33 in such a way so as there can be moved thepulleys 29 of thecentral divider 1 fully swung into the working position. - The
cubes 19 below thebottom dividers 1 will be - when thepulleys 29 of theirracks 16 are moved to thefront 32 of the extension 33 - inserted in the course of the following cycle of the running system bypneumatic cylinders 21 toholes 18, so there could move thepulleys 29 of the newly runningdividers 1 and consequently, thedividers 1 are swung to working position by reverse movement of the cubes 19 - the movement is performed by thepneumatic cylinders 21 of the pullingpart device 1. They are inserted between the transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27. When all theopposite dividers 1 are in position according toFig. 3 , there follows the above described stacking of anothersunblind lamella 5, which continues until stacking of selected number ofsunblind lamellas 5. After insertion of the lastsunblind lamella 5 between transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27, all thepneumatic cylinders 21 pull thecubes 19 into thehole 18 in the bottom of thecontrol groove 17, which causes that all theopposite dividers 1 are deflected via therack gear 15 to non-working position out of the sunblind ladder 27, whilesprocket wheels 8 are not driven at that time. Lifting of the last stackedsunblind lamella 5 above thehinged stops 23 of thefixed guide 22 and stopping of movement of the sunblind ladder 27 - which usually moves when stacking the lastsunblind lamella 5 in several transversal branches 28 - all thepneumatic cylinders 21 return thecubes 19 back. In this way, therack gear 15 swing thedividers 1 from the working position, in which the transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27 are open. When thedividers 1 are re-inserted between the transversal branches 28 of the sunblind ladder 27, the next stacking may start. - The dividing device is designed mainly for stacking of sunblind lamellas placed outside windows.
Claims (6)
- The method of dividing the sunblind ladder of sunblind lamellas, characterised by the fact that in front of the place of sunblind lamellas insertion between transversal branches of the sunblind ladder, the transversal branches are pulled apart and they are transported in pulled apart state to the location of sunblind lamellas insertion. After insertion of the sunblind lamella, the sunblind ladder and the sunblind lamella move away to the place for release of transversal branches of the sunblind ladder.
- The dividing device for performing the method according to claim 1, characterised by the fact that it includes two mirror-placed and motion-connected on running surface systems (A, B) of dividers (1), swing-adjusted from/to the work position.
- The dividing device for performing the method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised by the fact that in both systems (A, B) of the dividers (1) the individual dividers (1) are connected and driven by a pair of chains (6), each of them being wrapped around the sprocket wheel (8) placed between the arms (10, 11) of holders (2), while the inner walls of arms (10, 11) of holders (2) are equipped with the race (13), to which fit the jockey pulleys (12) placed on chains (6).
- The dividing device for performing the method according to claim 1 or 2 or 3, characterised by the fact that each divider (1) is swing-placed to/from working position on the box (7) fixed between the chains (6) and it is driven by the rack gear (15) using the pneumatic cylinder.
- The dividing device for performing the method according to claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4, characterised by the fact that the driving unit (14) of sprocket wheels (8) is a servomotor or pneumatic motor connected in each system of dividers (1) with the shaft (9) of sprocket wheels (8).
- The dividing device for performing the method according to claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5, characterised by the fact that each set of dividers (1) matches a trio of double-action pneumatic cylinders (21) interconnected with sprung racks (16) of the rack gear (15) through three continuous holes (18) in the bottom of the control groove (17), made on the inner side of the arm (10) of the holder (2) and housing the end of the rack (16) of the rack gear (15).
