Claims (11)

  1. Procédé d'application individuelle de films estampés à chaud, lors duquel
    - on imprime sur un substrat (1) une colle sous forme de symboles, de motifs, de numéros, etc.,
    - on lamine ensuite à chaud un film estampé à chaud (3) constitué d'un film support (4), d'une couche pelliculable (5) et d'une couche décorative (6) sur le substrat imprimé et on retire par la suite le film support, caractérisé en ce que
    - le substrat est un document personnel (1) sur lequel on imprime des données personnelles, notamment une photographie de passeport (2) sous forme invertie à l'aide de procédés d'impression par technique numérique, le milieu d'impression étant un toner (8) ou un colorant qui à des températures de laminage développe des propriétés d'une colle,
    - en ce qu'on lamine à chaud ensuite un film (3) diffractif estampé à chaud sans revêtement de colle sur le document personnel (1) imprimé et on retire de nouveau le film support (4),
    - et pour finir, on fait rouler un film adhérent (9) sur la surface du substrat, avec une force de collages < 10 N/cm, pour éliminer des restes de film (7) non adhérents.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le toner (8) ou le colorant développe des propriétés de colle dans l'ordre de température de 110 à 150 °C.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on imprime les données personnelles et la photographie de passeport (2) par procédé de thermo-transfert ou d'impression laser avec un toner monochrome ou transparent d'une résolution de >/=200 dpi sur le document (1).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche décorative (6) du film diffractif estampé à chaud est métallisée ou revêtue d'un diélectrique transparent à haute réfraction.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche pelliculable (5) du film (3) estampé à chaud fait preuve d'une force de séparation de < 12 N.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un film (3) diffractif estampé à chaud, qui dans la couche décorative (6) comporte dans au moins une zone partielle une grille homogène.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que des informations holographiques supplémentaires, cachées, lisibles par informatique se trouvent à l'intérieur de la grille diffractive homogène.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après le premier processus d'impression/d'application et de roulage de film adhérent, peuvent suivre des opérations supplémentaires d'impression et d'application et de roulage de film adhérent, en utilisant des jeux de données d'impression supplémentaires et des films estampés à chaud supplémentaires avec des grilles holographiques différenciées.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone partielle de l'un des films (3) diffractifs estampés à chaud comporte une grille « Zero Order ».
  10. Document personnel avec une photographie de passeport (2) diffractive, appliquée numériquement sous forme invertie, à température de laminage, le milieu d'impression directement appliqué sur le document (3) développant des propriétés d'une colle, qui dans une zone partielle présente un effet de couleurs d'arc-en-ciel et dans une deuxième zone partielle, présente un effet défini de changement de couleur, fabriqué selon les revendications 1 à 9.
  11. Document de sécurité selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la photographie de passeport (2) est une photographie de passeport diffractive, à couleurs réelles sous un certain angle d'observation.
