  2. Mechanism as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the blocking lever (21) has an oblong hole (24) in which a pin fixed in the coupling lever is engaged; the return spring (27) of the blocking lever being fixed on this coupling lever (3) and acting on a pin (26) of the blocking lever (21).
  3. Mechanism as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the blocking lever (21) has an oblong hole (24) in which the head of an eccentric (25) pivoted in the coupling lever (3) is engaged; the return spring of the blocking lever (21) being fixed on the coupling lever (3) and acting on a pin (26) of the blocking lever (21).
