Plastics achieve a low noise emission due to a contact between the fuel injector 18 and the cylinder head 14.

Claims (6)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18), beinhaltend eine mittige Längsachse (L) und verwendbar zur Anordnung in einem Zylinderkopf (14) eines Verbrennungsmotors (22), wobei die Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18) einen Einspritzdüsenkörper (26) und eine Einstelleinrichtung (30) aufweist und die Einstelleinrichtung (30) umfasst• ein Ringelement, konstruiert zur Anordnung in einer Ausnehmung (15) eines Zylinderkopfes (14) zwischen dem Einspritzdüsenkörper (26) und dem Zylinderkopf (14), um die Einspritzdüse (18) in Bezug auf die Ausnehmung (15) in Radialrichtung auszurichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet dassein Abstandselement (34) zwischen dem Einspritzdüsenkörper (26) und dem Zylinderkopf (14) in der Ausnehmung (15) angeordnet ist, um die Einspritzdüse (18) in Bezug auf den Zylinderkopf (14) in Axialrichtung anzupassen, und dass ein Festhaltelement (38) fest mit dem Einspritzdüsenkörper (26) verbunden ist und sich derart von dem Einspritzdüsenkörper (26) radial nach außen erstreckt, das dass Festhaltelement (38) in Radialrichtung mit dem Abstandselement (34) in Übermaß ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Abstandselement (34) eine Unterlegscheibe mit einer gegebenen Dicke (T) ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Abstandselement (34) aus einem einen Kunststoff umfassenden Material ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Abstandselement (34) aus einem Material umfassend mindestens eines aus einem Polyphenylensulfid, einem Polybutylenterephthalat und einem Polyethylenterephthalat ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Festhaltelement (38) mit dem Einspritzdüsenkörper (26) durch eine Presspassung verbunden ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem mit einem Zylinderkopf (14) eines Verbrennungsmotors (22) und einer Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse (18) in einer Ausnehmung (15) des Zylinderkopfes (14) angeordnet ist.
