Claims (11)
- A safety system (1) for lifting equipment having a cabin, in particular for lifts,- with a speed limiter (2) for activating a braking or arresting device of the cabin,- with a limiter wheel (3) having a blocking rim (5) and a cam wheel (7) having curved cams (8), the blocking rim (5) comprising a plurality of catching pockets (11) separated from each other by catching cams (13), and- with at least one catching pendulum (15), comprising a blocking detent (19) and a pendulum roller arm (17) with a pendulum roller (18), the pendulum roller (18) rolling on the cam wheel (7), when in use,- wherein, when a first trigger speed of the limiter wheel (3) is exceeded and the pendulum roller (18) is lifted from the cam wheel (7) as a result thereof, the blocking detent (19) cooperates with one of the catching cams (13) to block the limiter wheel (3), and- with at least one electronic sensor (21) for detecting the speed and/or the acceleration of a cabin,- wherein at least one blocking device (23) is arranged at the limiter wheel, said device being actuable by an electric signal,- wherein an electronic system (25) is connected to the at least one electronic sensor (21) and the at least one blocking device (23), the electronic system (25) evaluating speed and/or acceleration signals supplied by the at least one electronic sensor (21) and triggers the at least one blocking device (23) when a second trigger speed or trigger acceleration is reached, such that the at least one blocking device (23) blocks the limiter wheel (3), and wherein the at least one electronic sensor (21) is arranged at the speed limiter (3), wherein the at least one electronic sensor measures the speed and/or the acceleration of the cabin at the limiter wheel (3),characterized in that
a driving condition sensor system of the cabin is connected with the electronic system (25), which sensor system transmits the driving condition of the cabin to the electronic system (25), wherein the second trigger speed or the trigger acceleration is adapted to be defined in dependence on the driving condition of the cabin. - The safety system of claim 1, characterized in that the blocking detent (19) dives into one of the catching pockets (11) as the pendulum roller (18) rolls over one of the curved cams (8).
- The safety system of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that for a blocking of the limiter wheel (3), the at least one blocking device (23) cooperates with the catching pendulum (15), preferably the pendulum roller arm (17) or the blocking detent (19), such that in order to block the limiter wheel (3), the at least one blocking device (23) moves the catching pendulum (15) into the catching position or holds the catching pendulum (15) in the catching position.
- The safety system of one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the at least one electronic sensor (21) is a contactless sensor, in particular a magnetic field sensor.
- The safety system of one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one electronic sensor (21) detects the speed and/or the acceleration of the limiter wheel (3) via a pulse transmitter.
- The safety system of one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the second trigger speed is lower or higher that the first trigger speed or equal to the first trigger speed.
- The safety system of one of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the at least one blocking device (23) is formed by a descent control and/or a remote triggering of the speed limiter (3).
- The safety system of one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the second trigger speed or the trigger acceleration is variable.
- The safety system of one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that two electronic sensors (21) detect the speed of the cabin in a redundant manner.
- The safety system of one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by a first blocking device (23) and a second blocking device (23a), wherein, preferably, the first blocking device (23) cooperates with the pendulum roller arm (17) and the second blocking device (23a) cooperates with the blocking detent (19), and wherein the first blocking device (23) and the second blocking device (23a) preferably act redundantly.
- The safety system of one of claims 3 to 10, characterized in that the at least one blocking device (23) is not coupled with the catching pendulum (15).
