Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif (10) comprenant plusieurs ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4) et plusieurs alimentations de colle (12, 15) commutables, lesquelles peuvent être actionnées dans un premier mode ou un deuxième mode de fonctionnement, dans lequel, dans le premier mode de fonctionnement, de la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) étant délivrée par toutes les ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4) et, dans le deuxième mode de fonctionnement, la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) n'étant délivrée que par un nombre réduit d'ouvertures de buse (11.1 -11.2), dans lequel :
    - chaque ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4) étant formée sur ou dans un boîtier (13.1 - 13.4) dans lequel il y a un canal de colle (15) pour amener la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) à l'ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4),
    - il est agencé une chambre d'écoulement (16) dans la zone de l'ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4),
    - une alimentation de gaz (17) est reliée à la chambre d'écoulement (16),
    - le dispositif (10) présente une ouverture de sortie (14.1 - 14.4) dans la zone de l'ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4) qui est agencée de telle manière que lors de l'amenée du gaz sec (G) par l'alimentation de gaz (17) dans la chambre d'écoulement (16), et lors de l'amenée de la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) à travers le canal de colle (K) jusqu'à l'ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4), la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) et le gaz sec (G) peuvent traverser en même temps l'ouverture de sortie (14.1 - 14.4),
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (10) comprend une source de gaz (20) qui est conçue pour approvisionner et amener en permanence pendant le fonctionnement du dispositif (10) un volume de gaz sec de façon à ce que toutes les ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4), aussi bien dans le premier mode de fonctionnement que dans le deuxième mode de fonctionnement, soient constamment approvisionnées en gaz sec (G) par l'alimentation de gaz (17), un sécheur réfrigérant à air comprimé ou un sécheur à membranes étant utilisé comme source de gaz.
  2. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'écoulement (16) et l'ouverture de sortie (14.1 - 14.4) sont agencées de telle façon par rapport à l'ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4) que le gaz sec (G) forme une enveloppe de gaz tout autour de la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K).
  3. Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4), aussi bien dans le premier mode de fonctionnement que dans le deuxième mode de fonctionnement, peuvent être alimentées en permanence en gaz sec (G) par l'alimentation en gaz (17).
  4. Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'écoulement (16) est formée par un boîtier de type chapeau (22).
  5. Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, par ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4), une soupape haute pression, à pointeau ou à piston.
  6. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une chambre de protection (40) à l'arrière de la soupape à pointeau ou à piston, laquelle entoure hermétiquement un pointeau ou un piston (19) de la soupape à pointeau ou à piston.
  7. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de protection (40) est remplie d'un liquide ou d'air sec faisant office de fluide de protection (SM).
  8. Procédé de distribution à plusieurs lignes ou bandes de colle (KR) agencées parallèlement de colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) via plusieurs ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4) sur un matériau (M), comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - approvisionner en gaz sec (G),
    - apporter le gaz sec (G) dans des chambres d'écoulement individuelles (16) agencées dans la zone de chaque ouverture de buse (11.1 - 11.4),
    - choisir un premier mode de fonctionnement ou un deuxième mode de fonctionnement, dans le premier mode de fonctionnement la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) étant distribuée par toutes les ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4), et dans le deuxième mode de fonctionnement la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) étant distribuée uniquement par un nombre réduit d'ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.2),
    - apporter la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) dans des chambres de buse (18) pouvant être allumées ou éteintes individuellement,
    o la colle durcissant à l'humidité (K) sortant sous la forme de lignes ou bandes de colle (KR) des différentes ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4) qui sont allumées selon le choix du mode de fonctionnement,
    o le gaz sec (G) formant autour des lignes ou bandes de colles (KR) une enveloppe de gaz, et
    o du gaz sec (G) s'écoulant également des ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4) éteintes.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie ou la totalité des ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4) sont immergées dans un liquide dans le cas ou une partie ou la totalité des ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4) ne sont pas en fonctionnement.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une source de gaz (20) distribue par ouverture de buse (11.n) entre 1 et 1,5 litre normalisé par minute.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8, 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les lignes ou bandes de colle (KR), après être sorties des ouvertures de buse (11.1 - 11.4), ont une vitesse de jet supérieure à 4 m/s, de préférence comprise entre 4 m/s et 12 m/s.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé des soupapes haute pression, à pointeau ou à piston qui fonctionnent avec une pression interne supérieure à 30 bar, de préférence dans une plage comprise entre 35 bar et 100 bar.
