Claims (6)
- Ein oszillierender Druckmittelzylinder für Pumpen für Beton oder andere dichte oder inkohärente flüssige Produkte, mit einer Zahnritzel- oder Zahnkranzeinheit (11), welche mit dem Ende des gekröpften Rohrs (CC) verbunden werden kann, der sich abwechselnd in beide Richtungen drehen soll und der mit einer Zahnstangeneinheit (10) interagiert, welches hydraulisch durch das abwechselnde Gleiten seiner Endkolben (110, 110') in abgedichteten Kammern angetrieben wird, die in einem kastenförmigen Körper (1) des Druckmittelzylinders gebildet werden, welcher die Zahnstangeneinheit enthält worin die Endkolben der Zahnstangeneinheit, mit ihren Kolbenringen und seitlichen Dichtungen (9, 9'), gleitbar in Verschleißlaufbuchsen (5, 5') laufen, welche abgedichtet mit entsprechenden Dichtungen (4, 4') in robusten Röhren (2, 2') montiert sind, die mit ihren Dichtungselementen (3, 3') in axial ausgerichteten Sitzen (201, 201') des genannten kastenförmigen Körpers befestigt sind, und zwar zusammen mit den entsprechenden Kappen (7, 7'), welche jeweils dicht mit den genannten Laufbuchsen interagieren und Öffnungen (12, 12') zur Verbindung mit den Rohren des hydraulischen Antriebskreises aufweisen, wobei diese Rohre jeweils abwechselnd Abgabe- und Entladungsfunktionen haben, und der genannte kastenförmige Körper (1) an jeweils zwei seiner gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit runden Öffnungen (601, 601') ausgestattet ist, die derartig verarbeitet sind, dass sie jeweils axial miteinander ausgerichtet sind und in engem Kontakt Ringe (19, 19') mit niedriger Reibung beherbergen, welche drehbar Endabschnitte einer Stahlhülse (111) halten, die den Zahnritzel oder den Zahnkranz (11) trägt, der einteilig damit beziehungsweise darauf montiert ist, und dessen Enden von dem genannten Körper in Richtung der Rückseite vorstehen, und zwar in Form eines Abschnitts (211) zwecks entsprechender Verbindung mit der Rohrleitung zur Entfernung des gepumpten Betons, und in Richtung der Vorderseite in Form eines Abschnitts (311), der bei Zwischenschaltung von Dichtelementen (22) an einer Muffe (21) befestigt werden kann, deren anderes Ende jeweils so angepasst ist, dass es dicht an dem Ende des gekröpften Rohrs (CC) verankert werden kann, welches durch den genannten Druckmittelzylinder im Innern des Trichters (T) zum Schwingen gebracht werden soll, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Halteringe (19, 19') an ihren inneren Oberflächen, die in Berührung mit der Muffe (111) stehen, mit Schmierrillen ausgerüstet sind, welche eine ausreichende äußerliche Durchdringung mit einer bestimmten Menge des Schmieröls gestatten, das im kastenförmigen Körper (1) enthalten ist, wobei die Öffnungen (601, 601') dieses Körpers mit Dichtungselementen ausgestattet sind, die jeweils an der äußeren seitlichen Oberfläche der genannten Muffe (111) tätig sind.
- Ein Druckmittelzylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der genannte kastenförmige Körper (1) aus einem Stück hegestellt wird, und zwar durch den Guss einer entsprechenden Metalllegierung in einer Form mit einem Kernkasten oder mit einer gleichwertigen Methode, und zwar so, dass der genannte kastenförmige Körper von vorne gesehen beispielsweise die Form eines auf horizontaler Ebene gestreckten Achtecks aufweist, mit einer gebogenen und äußerlich konvexen Oberseite (101), um eine Gehäuse zu bilden, das in der Lage ist, den Zahnkranz (11) aufzunehmen, wobei dieser Körper symmetrische waagerechte Parallelepiped Ausdehnungen (201, 201') an den gegenüberliegenden Enden aufweist, in denen die Sitze zur Unterbringung der genannten Röhren (2, 2') gebildet sind, mit den inneren Laufbuchsen (5, 5') und den genannten Abdeckklappen (7, 7'), und dieser kastenförmige Körper (1) so beschaffen ist, dass er unter der Zahnstangeeinheit und den Teilen zur Führung der entsprechenden Kolben eine größere Kammer oder ein Becken (13) aufweist, das eine erhebliche Menge Öl enthalten kann, welches jeweils den Pegel der entsprechenden Speise- und Inspektionsöffnungen erreicht, die im Körper (1) auf einer bestimmten Höhe oberhalb der genannten Röhren (2, 2') vorgesehen sind, wobei die Sockelwand (301) des genannten Beckens einen Abflussstopfen (14) aufweist und sich jeweils in angemessener Entfernung von der genannten Zahnstangeeinheit befindet.
- Ein Druckmittelzylinder gemäß den vorausgegangenen Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte kastenförmige Körper (1) zwecks Befestigung zum Gebrauch zwei äußere seitliche, symmetrische Anhänger (401, 401') an seinem oberen Bereich mit Öffnungen (16, 16') zum Durchstecken entsprechender Feststellschrauben aufweist, während sich im unteren Bereich des Körpers (1) Teile verstärkter Dicke (501, 501') befinden, in denen sich wiederum entsprechende durchgehende Bohrungen (17, 17') befinden, welche ebenfalls zum Durchstecken von Feststellschrauben verwendet werden können.
- Eine Ausrüstung gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der die rückseitige Öffnung (601) des kastenförmigen Körpers (1) mit einem vorstehenden Kragen (701) ausgestattet ist, welcher eine ringförmige Kammer (24) bildet, die Dichtungselemente (25, 125) beherbergt, welche jeweils mit der äußeren seitlichen Oberfläche des rückseitigen Abschnitts (211) der genannten Öffnung interagieren, wobei eine ringförmige Kappe (27) außen dicht auf den Kragen (701) montiert ist, und die Kappe jeweils eine Dichtung (126) an ihrem inneren Durchmesser aufweist, die mit dem rückseitigen Abschnitt (211) der Muffe (111) interagiert und die außen mit Elementen (127) zur Arretierung mit Schrauben (28) an entsprechenden Anschlussstücken (801) des kastenförmigen Körpers versehen ist.
- Ein Druckmittelzylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem die vordere Öffnung (601') des kastenförmigen Körpers (1) auch an seinem äußeren Durchmesser so verarbeitet ist, dass er einen entsprechenden Kragen (901) aufweist, welcher jeweils dicht in eine Bohrung (30) montiert ist, die sich an der hinteren Platte (P) des Trichters (T) befindet und die innerhalb des Trichters in einem Abschnitt (130) mit geringerem Durchmesser endet, welcher in der Bohrung (30) jeweils eine Verbund-Runddichtung mit einem äußeren Metallring (31) und mit einem inneren ringförmigen Einsatz (131) zurückhält, der aus einem entsprechenden Elastomer Material besteht, der dicht mit der äußeren seitlichen Oberfläche der Öffnungen (111, 21) interagiert und der durch Rohre (32, 132), die in dem genannten Ring (31) gebildet werden, und durch andere (33, 34), die sich in der genannten Platte (P) befinden, mit einer entsprechenden Druckluftquelle verbunden werden kann, die das Gummiteil (131) der genannten Runddichtung zentripetal unter Druck setzt, um den bestmöglichen Kontakt der Runddichtung mit den inneren Muffen beizubehalten, und um das Eintreten von Flüssigkeit und Schmutz in den kastenförmigen Körper (1) zu verhindern, wenn diese Runddichtung verschleißt.
- Ein Druckmittelzylinder gemäß Anspruch 5, bei dem ein Durchflussmengenmesser oder ein beliebiges anderes entsprechendes Element beziehungsweise ein Sensor zur Angabe eines anormalen Luftstroms in Richtung der Runddichtung (31, 131) jeweils mit dem Anschlussstück (34) verbunden werden kann, und welcher Druckluft an die genannte Runddichtung liefert, um für eine entsprechende Warnung zu sorgen, wenn diese Runddichtung ersetzt werden muss.
