Description

The invention relates to a decorative element for memorial stones, in particular for tombstones or Kolumbarienwände, with a base part which is fixedly connected to a memorial stone, with at least one hinged part, which is pivotally connected to the base part and movable from a first position in a second folded position.

Columbaria are mainly known in southern countries They can be described as memorial walls or commemorative walls, in which the urns of the deceased are housed and kept in depressions. Each of the recesses is closed by a cover plate.

What is disadvantageous about such memorial walls or memorial walls is that gifts donated by family members to the deceased for remembrance, e.g. eternal light, a bunch of flowers or other mourning objects, on the ground in front of the columbarium, which receives several urns, which are each closed by a cover plate, must be stored or stored, or that there is no opportunity for mourning rituals, resulting in helplessness in the Trauerbewältigung can lead.

From the British patent GB 1,003,236 A is a memorial stone is known, which is provided with a metal plate for attaching inscriptions. On its rear side, the plate has a pocket-shaped holder, into which a holding arm can be inserted, at the front, free end of a ring for receiving a vase is arranged.

From the European patent EP 1 408 178 B1 a cover plate for memorial stones is known, which avoids the disadvantages described above. There, a niche component is arranged in a cover plate, wherein the niche is formed by a pivotally supported on the plate rotating body. In the niche now mourning objects, such as candles, flowers or the like, can be made and the niche or the rotary body can also be provided with a picture of the deceased. Such cover plates according to EP 1 408 178 B1 but are relatively complex to produce and can be retrofitted to a memorial stone only with difficulty.

From the German patent application DE 197 55063 A1 For example, there is known a device for holding light elements, decorative materials or the like provided for tombstones, which has a base part which can be fixedly connected to a tombstone and at least one hinged part which is pivotably connected to the base part and can be moved from a first to a second, folded-down position is. The folding part is provided for receiving a candle.

From the U.S. Patent US 4,790,088 a jewelery element for memorial stones is known, which has a fixedly connectable with a memorial stone base part and at least one flap part, which is pivotally connected to the base part and movable from a first position to a second, folded position. The base part is provided for receiving a photograph and the folding part is designed as a lid. The lid is hinged to an upper edge of the base part and thereby falls back alone by its weight from the second, folded position back to the first position, in which the base part and at least arranged in the base part photography is substantially completely hidden.

With the invention, an improved decorative element for memorial stones, especially for tombstones or Kolumbarienwände be created.

According to the invention for this purpose a decorative element for memorial stones, especially for tombstones or Kolumbarienwände, with a base part which is fixedly connected to a memorial stone, provided in which at least one hinged part is provided, which is pivotally connected to the base part and from a first position to a second , Folded position is movable, wherein the flap part is annular and the folding part laterally surrounds the base part in its first position.

By providing a hinged part, the decorative element according to the invention can be used in a multifunctional manner and, in particular, the hinged part and / or the base part can be used both as a purely decorative element and for the reception of bereaved objects. In the folded, second position, these objects of grief can then be visible or turned off. In the first position, the flap part is then folded again in the direction of the base part and it is a shapely and space-saving arrangement with then possibly purely decorative function achieved. The jewelry element according to the invention is particularly advantageous to use in Kolumbarienwänden in which, for example, due to a cemetery order a uniform appearance is required. In the first position, this uniform appearance of all memorial stones is preserved, yet the respective folding part can be folded down to perform mourning rituals or to turn off flowers, souvenirs or the like. For example, an image of the deceased can be arranged on the base part, which is then visible by folding the folding part. In the first Position is the figure of the deceased but not visible, so that usual cemetery orders is satisfied. Both the base part and the hinged part may be decorative in order to provide, for example, a decorative element in the form of a rosette or another decorative object.

The annular flap part forms a passage opening for receiving a flower vase, a candle or the like. By the annular flap part in its first position laterally surrounding the base part, a very flat and space-saving arrangement can be achieved. Also, for example, the designs of the base part and the flap part can be coordinated with one another so that a shapely and decorative appearance results both in the first position and in the second position. For example, the base part may be formed as a flower, which is surrounded in the first position by the flap part designed as a scroll.

In a further development of the invention, the folding part is arranged in the first position substantially parallel to the base part.

In this way, a very space-saving arrangement is achieved in the first position, which protrudes only by the thickness of the hinged part of the front surface of the memorial stone.

In a further development of the invention, the folding part is arranged in the second position substantially perpendicular to the base part.

In this way, when mounting the jewelery element according to the invention on a vertical surface of a memorial stone in the second position, an approximately horizontal storage surface on the flap part is created.

In a further development of the invention, the folding part in its second position forms a tray or recording.

In this way, candles, souvenirs or objects of mourning, for example stones in the Jewish faith, can be deposited on the hinged part.

In a further development of the invention, the folding part has a recess, and forms in its second position a receptacle for a vase.

In a further development of the invention, the recess has a passage opening through the hinged part.

In such a passage opening, for example, flower vases can be inserted and then secured with its upper, cantilevered edge on the flap part. A center of gravity of the flower vase may then be below the receptacle, thus providing a very stable arrangement in which the vase can not tilt.

In a further development of the invention, the passage opening is surrounded by a recessed circumferential shoulder on a side facing the base part in the first position.

Such a shoulder may be provided for receiving a peripheral edge of a vase. On the other hand, the lower part of a grave light can be placed on this recessed, circumferential paragraph. The encircling, recessed heel ensures secure locking of a wide variety of objects, which only have to have an outer edge adapted to the peripheral shoulder.

In a further development of the invention, the flap part is cup-shaped and conceals the base part in the first position at least partially.

In this way, a uniform appearance is achieved in the first position, since essentially only the hinged part can be seen. For example, on the base part, an image of a deceased can be arranged, which is then completely covered in the first position by the folding part.

In a further development of the invention, the folding part and / or the base part are provided with a magnet to releasably hold the flap part by means of magnetic force in the first position.

By means of magnets can be a structurally easy to achieve closure reach reliably holds the flap part in the first position. Magnetic fasteners are relatively insensitive to tolerances and can be easily attached to the flap part and / or base part, for example by gluing.

In a further development of the invention, a pivot joint is provided between the base part and the hinged part, which enables, in addition to a pivoting movement, at least in the first position, a displacement movement between the hinged part and the base part.

(weiter auf Seite 6 der Beschreibung)(continue on page 6 of the description)

Advantageously, a latching device is formed on the base part and / or on the hinged part in order to lock the hinged part on the base part in the first position, essentially by means of a relative displacement of the base part and the hinged part.

In this way, a simple latching can be provided and a latching is possible by a simple displacement movement, for example, the folding part parallel to the base part.

In a development of the invention, the latching device has an undercut on the hinged part and / or on the base part.

For example, the flap part is formed like a shell, with a peripheral edge is slightly undercut. This peripheral edge is hung in the first position on an also undercut outer edge of the base part. In a simple way can thereby achieve a secure hold of the hinged part on the base part.

In a further development of the invention, the folding part and / or the base part as a casting, in particular cast bronze, formed.

Cast bronze also makes it possible to produce complex decorative forms in series. At the same time, a swivel joint between the base part and the folding part can also be easily realized even with cast bronze parts, for example by introducing an inserted pivoting axis. If, in addition to the pivoting movement, a relative displacement between the base part and the folding part should additionally be possible, a slot can be provided for supporting the pivot axis.

Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the claims.

In Fig. 1 an inventive grave jewelry or a decorative element 10 is shown, wherein the jewelry element 10 is in a first position, in the only one folding part 12 to recognize. The decorative element 10 is with the viewer in Fig. 1 opposite rear side of the unrecognizable base part attached to a memorial stone. Such an attachment can typically take place in that the base part is provided with a protruding threaded bolt, which is then glued into a hole in the memorial stone.

The folding part 12 is shown in the form of a flower and is made of cast bronze. As already mentioned, the flap part 12 conceals the base part in the in Fig. 1 shown completely folded position.

The presentation of the Fig. 2 shows the sepulcher 10 of the Fig. 1 in the second, folded position. In this folded position, a base part 14 can be seen in addition to the folding part 12. The base part 14 is fastened with its rear side facing away from the observer on a vertical front surface of a memorial stone 16 which is indicated only schematically.

As can be seen, the front surface of the base part 14 which faces the observer is likewise designed in the shape of a flower. The folding part 12 is designed shell-shaped and thus provides in the folded-down second position a receptacle 18 for a variety of items ready. For example, 18 mourning objects can be stored in the receptacle, such as stones, souvenirs or the like. Further, in the receptacle 18, a candle or an eternal light can be arranged. Finally, it is readily possible to put into the receptacle 18 a flower vase. The receptacle 18 has a peripheral edge 20, which prevents slipping or falling of arranged in the receptacle 18 items.

A bottom 22 of the receptacle 18 is centrally provided with a first magnet 24, which is inserted substantially flush in the bottom 22.

A facing the viewer front of the base member 14 is centrally provided with a second magnet 26. In the first position with hinged flap part 12, the two magnets 24, 26 are opposite and tighten due to the suitably selected polarity. By the magnetic force between the magnets 24, 26, the flap member 12 is thereby secure in the in Fig. 1 shown held first position and can only after overcoming this magnetic force in the second, in Fig. 2 shown position to be folded. The magnets 24, 26 can touch in the first position readily, but due to the magnetic force acting at a certain distance but also a tolerance compensation is well possible.

The base part 14 is provided with a projection 28 which extends from a disc-shaped base body of the base part 14 radially outward. This projection 28 is encompassed by a fork-shaped recess in the peripheral edge of the hinged part 12. A pivot axis, not shown, inserted through the opposite side walls which surround the recess side, in the edge of the flap member 12 and through the end of the projection 28 of the base member 14 and thereby connects the flap member 12 pivotally connected to the base member 14.

Both base part 14 and folding part 12 are designed as bronze castings.

The presentation of the Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of a jewelery element 30 according to the invention, which is arranged on the vertical front of a memorial stone 32. The jewelry element 30 has a base part 34 which, with its the viewer in Fig. 3 opposite back is firmly connected to the memorial stone 32. A facing the viewer front of the base member 34 is designed three-dimensional in the form of a rose petal. The base part 34 is annularly surrounded by a flap part 36, which is designed three-dimensionally as a leaf wreath. In the in Fig. 3 shown first position, the flap part 36 is arranged substantially parallel to the base part 34 and is at least partially also on the front surface of the memorial stone 32 at.

The presentation of the Fig. 4 shows the jewelry element 30 in a second, folded position of the folding part 36. The base part 34 is unchanged in its position, but the folding part 36 is now substantially perpendicular to the base part 34 and to the in Fig. 4 Not shown front surface of the memorial stone 32 is arranged.

The base part 34 is annular and has a passage opening 38. Adjacent to the through opening 38, a circumferential, recessed paragraph 40 is provided in the flap part 36, which forms a support for objects to be used. In the sectional view of Fig. 6 on the in Fig. 4 Dashed line indicated section plane VI, this re-entrant paragraph 40 is easy to see. Starting from a in Fig. 4 to be recognized upper edge 42 of the flap member 36, a cylinder wall extends approximately vertically downwards, which in turn merges into a horizontally extending annular surface. The circular ring surface is then followed by a cylinder wall extending vertically downwards. In this way, in the subsequent to the passage opening 38 portion of the flap member 36, a substantially circumferential, re-entrant heel 40 is provided. A candle or an eternal light can now, provided that the lower part of this eternal light is adapted in diameter to the shoulder 40, securely placed on the flap part 36. For example, however, appropriately sized trays, holders or the like can be inserted into the passage opening 38 in order to arrange a wide variety of objects on the folding part 36. Magnets 43, 45 are provided to the folding part 36 in the first position of the Fig. 3 to keep.

The presentation of the Fig. 5 shows the jewelry element 30 in the second position of Fig. 4 , wherein in the flap part 36 a flower vase 44th is used. The flower vase 44 has a cylindrical base body and a radially outwardly projecting upper edge 46. An outer diameter of the rim 46 is matched to the circumferential shoulder 40 in the flap part 36 so that the flower vase 44 can be securely fastened to the flap part 36. The vase 44 is inserted in a very simple manner from above into the passage opening 38 of the folding part 36. In the opposite direction, the vase 44 can then be removed again.

The presentation of the Fig. 7 shows a decorative element 50 according to a third embodiment of the invention. In the presentation of the Fig. 6 is the grave jewelry 50 in the first, folded position, so that only one flap part 52 can be seen, which completely covers a base part arranged behind it.

The presentation of the Fig. 8 shows the decorative element 50 in the second, unfolded position, in which now also a base part 54 can be seen. The base part 54 is formed like a frame and in a central region 56, for example, an image of a deceased can be arranged. In the first position according to Fig. 6 then this figure is completely obscured, so that usual graveyard orders can be satisfied.

In the second, unfolded position according to Fig. 8 can in the then substantially perpendicular to the base portion 54 arranged flap part 52, which is cup-shaped, mourning objects are put into it. These may be, for example, candles, flowers, stones or the like.

The base part 54 may be provided with a magnet 58 which can cooperate with a magnet arranged in the folding part 52 in the first position. The jewelry element 50 according to FIGS. 7 and 8 but is also designed so that the flap part 52 and the base member 54 not only a pivoting movement to each other, but in addition can also perform a sliding movement to each other. The base member 54 is provided with a projection 60 extending downwardly from the base member 54. The free end of this projection 60 is encompassed by a forked portion of the flap portion 52 and through the legs of this forked portion is inserted a pivot axis therethrough. Now, in addition to the pivoting movement to allow a sliding movement, the projection 60, as in Fig. 9 can be seen, provided with a slot 62 through which extends the pivot axis, not shown. Both in the first position and in the second, folded-down position, the folding part 52 can thus be displaced parallel to the extent of the elongated hole 62 relative to the base part 54. In the unfolded position, gravity ensures that the flap part 52 assumes a defined, stable position relative to the base part 54.

This possibility of displacement between the base part 54 and the folding part 52 can be used for the realization of a latching closure between the base part 54 and the folding part 52.

As in the sectional representation of Fig. 10 it can be seen, a peripheral edge of the base part 54 is performed undercut at least in its upper portion 64, so that therefore the projecting edge protrudes beyond the adjacent edge of the memorial stone. Over this undercut area 64, the upper portion 66 of the flap portion 52 can then be hung. The upper portion 66 of the flap portion 52 is on its in the illustration of Fig. 10 on and not visible inside also provided with an indicated by dashed lines undercut, so that therefore the closer lying on the base portion 54 edge is lower than the farther away from the base portion 54 edge. In the fully folded position, the upper portion 66 of the flap portion 52 is thus on the upper portion 64 of the base portion 54 and is held by the oblique, undercut configuration of the sections 64, 66 on the base 54. To that To unfold folding part 52, this must first be moved in the direction of an arrow 68 upwards relative to the base part 54. Once the flap member 52 is released from the upper portion 64 of the base member 54, it can then be folded in the direction of the curved arrow 70. In this way, a reliable and easy-to-use snap closure is provided.

A front side of the folding part 52 is designed three-dimensionally as a sheet.
