Etant donné que la section de débattement est décalée vers l'extérieur, un épaulement interne 35 orienté vers le bas est formé par la section de blocage 34 : cet épaulement 35 relie radialement la bague à la section de débattement 32. En position finale de montage comme représentée sur la figure 2, la section de débattement 32 est disposée en dessous de l'extrémité inférieure de la bague 2, et ne coopère de ce fait pas du tout avec la bague. Pour atteindre cette position finale, l'ensemble prémonté, constitué de l'organe de distribution, de la bague et de la pièce, a été monté sur le col du réservoir en appliquant une force de poussée axiale vers le bas. De manière classique, la bague de fixation 2 est d'abord engagée autour du col 11 du réservoir, puis ensuite la frette de blocage 31 est abaissée autour des profils d'accrochage 23 de la bague pour les bloquer en dessous du renfort 12 du col. Pour ce faire, la frette de blocage 31 est prémontée sur la bague 2, mais de manière à ce que la frette n'empêche pas le débattement radial vers l'extérieur des profils d'accrochage 23 pour permettre leur passage sur le renfort 12. Cette position provisoire prémontée est représentée sur la figure 2, et de manière très fortement agrandie sur la figure 3. On peut voir que l'organe de distribution 4 est en place dans les moyens de réception 21, mais que la frette de blocage 31 ne bloque pas les moyens d'accrochage 23. En effet, la surface interne de la frette 31 n'est pas en contact serrant avec la surface externe de la jupe 22 au niveau des profils d'accrochage 23. En revanche, la frette 31 s'étend avec son bord inférieur 33 jusqu'au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure de la jupe 22, ou très légèrement en dessous. En réalité, c'est la section de débattement 32 qui est disposée au niveau des profils d'accrochage 23, mais cette section 32 ne vient pas en contact avec la jupe 22, puisqu'elle est décalée radialement vers l'extérieur. Il est ainsi créé un espace intermédiaire de débattement E entre la bague 22 et la section d'extension 32. Cet espace de débattement E permet à la jupe 22 de se déformer radialement vers l'extérieur lors du passage des profils 23 sur le renfort 12.   1. A fastener device for fastening a dispenser member (4), such as a pump or a valve, on a neck (11) of a fluid reservoir (1) so as to constitute a fluid dispenser, the device comprising:
    • a fastener ring (2) including both reception means (21) for receiving the dispenser member (4), and fastener means (23) for coming into engagement around the neck (11) of the reservoir (1); and
    • a blocking hoop (3) that is engaged around the ring (2) and that is movable axially relative to the ring between a provisional pre-assembled position and an final assembled position, the fastener means (23) of the ring being free to move radially outwards in the provisional pre-assembled position so as to make it possible to assemble the ring on the reservoir neck, the hoop (3) being engaged around the fastener means (23) of the ring so as to block them around the neck (11) in the final assembled position;
    the fastener device being characterized in that the hoop (3) includes a clearance section (32) that, in the provisional pre-assembled position, is disposed around the fastener means (23), but with an intermediate clearance gap (E) separating them, so as to enable the fastener means (23) to move radially outwards without being hindered by the hoop (3), and is offset axially in the final assembled position relative to the fastener means (23), so as to enable the hoop to block the ring (2) on the neck (11).
  2. A fastener device according to claim 1, wherein the ring (2) is inscribed entirely within the hoop (3) in the provisional pre-assembled position, the clearance section (32) masking the fastener means (23).
  3. A fastener device according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the clearance section (32) presents a bottom end edge (33) that extends axially at least up to the same level as a bottom end of the ring (2).
  4. A fastener device according to any preceding claim, wherein the clearance section (32) is connected to a blocking section (34) that comes to be engaged around the fastener means (23) in the final assembled position.
  5. A fastener device according to claim 4, wherein the clearance section (32) presents a thinner wall relative to the blocking section (34).
  6. A fastener device according to claim 4 or claim 5, wherein the blocking section (34) and the clearance section (32) are connected together forming an internal shoulder (35) that is situated axially above the fastener means (23) in the provisional position, and below the fastener means (23) in the final position.
  7. A fastener device according to any preceding claim, wherein the fastener means include a skirt (22) that forms at least one fastener profile (23) that projects radially inwards.
  8. A fastener device according to any preceding claim, wherein the blocking hoop (3) is surrounded by a covering hoop (36) that is advantageously formed integrally with the blocking hoop.
  9. A fluid dispenser comprising:
    • a fluid reservoir (1) having a neck (11) that projects from a reservoir body, the neck forming an external annular reinforcement (12);
    • a dispenser member (4), such as a pump or a valve; and
    • a fastener device (2, 3) according to any preceding claim, the fastener means (23) coming to be engaged below the annular reinforcement (12) of the neck (11).
  10. A dispenser according to claim 9, wherein the clearance section (32) comes into abutment against the reservoir (1) in the final assembled position.
