Claims (10)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Ausgabeeinrichtung (4), wie einer Pumpe oder einem Ventil, auf einem Kragen (11) eines Behälters (1) für ein flüssiges Produkt zum Bilden eines Flüssigproduktspenders, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:- einen Befestigungsring (2), aufweisend Aufnahmemittel (21), die dazu gestaltet sind, die Ausgabeeinrichtung (4) aufzunehmen, und Verriegelungsmittel (23), die dazu gestaltet sind, um den Kragen (11) des Behälters (1) herum in Eingriff zu kommen,- eine Sperrbandage (3), die um den Ring (2) eingebunden und in Bezug auf den Ring axial zwischen einer vorläufigen montagefertigen Position und einer endgültigen Montageposition verschiebbar ist, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (23) des Rings frei sind, sich radial nach außen in die vorläufige montagefertige Position zu verschieben, um die Montage des Rings auf dem Kragen des Behälters zu ermöglichen, wobei die Bandage (3) um die Verriegelungsmittel (23) des Rings herum im Eingriff sind, um diese in der endgültigen Montageposition um den Kragen (11) herum zu sperren,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandage (3) einen Federungsabschnitt (32) aufweist, der in der vorläufigen montagefertigen Position um die Verriegelungsmittel (23) angeordnet ist, jedoch mit einem diese trennenden Federungszwischenraum (E), um es den Verriegelungsmitteln (23) zu ermöglichen, sich radial nach außen zu verschieben, ohne von der Bandage (3) behindert zu werden, und der in der endgültigen Montageposition in Bezug auf die Verriegelungsmittel (23) axial versetzt ist, um es der Bandage zu ermöglichen, den Ring (2) auf dem Kragen (11) zu sperren.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Ring (2) in der vorläufigen montagefertigen Position vollständig in der Bandage (3) aufgenommen ist, wobei der Federungsabschnitt (32) die Verriegelungsmittel (23) bedeckt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Federungsabschnitt (32) einen Rand des unteren Endes (33) bildet, der sich axial zumindest bis zur Höhe eines unteren Endes des Rings (2) erstreckt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Federungsabschnitt (32) mit einem Sperrabschnitt (34) verbunden ist, der in der endgültigen Montageposition um die Verriegelungsmittel (33) herum in Eingriff kommt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Federungsabschnitt (32) eine in Bezug auf den Sperrabschnitt (34) geringere Wandstärke aufweist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei der Sperrabschnitt (34) und der Federungsabschnitt (32) aneinander anschließen, wobei sie einen inneren Absatz (35) bilden, der sich in der vorläufigen Position axial oberhalb der Verriegelungsmittel (23) und in der endgültigen Position unterhalb der Verriegelungsmittel (23) befindet.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel einen Mantel (22) aufweisen, der mindestens ein Verriegelungsprofil (23) bildet, das radial nach innen vorsteht.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sperrbandage (3) von einer Mantelbandage (36) umgeben ist, die vorteilhafterweise in einem Stück mit der Sperrbandage gebildet ist.
- Flüssigproduktspender, aufweisend:- einen Flüssigproduktbehälter (1) mit einem Kragen (11), der von einem Behälterkörper vorsteht, wobei der Kragen eine ringförmige äußere Verstärkung (12) bildet,- eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (4), wie eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, und- eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (2, 3) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (23) unter der ringförmigen Verstärkung (12) des Kragens (11) in Eingriff kommen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Federungsabschnitt (32) in der endgültigen Montageposition mit dem Behälter (1) in Anlage kommt.
