Abstract

The device (10) has a transverse retractable abutment finger (62) interposed at right angles of a vertical blocking rod (22) to limit the rise of an element (16) in an intermediate open position of a water cistern (12) in which a float (18) is partly emerged by moving the element so as to open a valve element (15).
