Definitions

  • the invention relates to a closure component for a setting tongue closing device for switches, a positioning tongue closure device with such a closure component and a switch with such a locking device.
  • jacking closure devices for the control and fixation of switches, such as railway switches, is well known in the art.
  • Such positioning-locking devices serve, depending on the given directional choice, to use a positioning tab to a corresponding adjacent stock rail and hold there or move the positioning tab by a certain distance from the stock rail and hold in this remote position.
  • Conventional position-closure devices are used, for example, in US Pat EP-A-0 624 508 and the DE-A-40 14 249 described.
  • Post-closure devices typically include multiple closure components, such as, for example Closures, pusher bars, closure clips, tongue plungers, etc., which at least partially interact or cooperate with one another during operation of the closure device and move relative to one another.
  • closure components such as, for example Closures, pusher bars, closure clips, tongue plungers, etc.
  • the friction forces which occur at the respective contact surfaces of these closure components relative to one another or to other elements of the closure device or the diverter can make it considerably more difficult to set the diverter.
  • the DE-C-195 02 105 proposed to provide the sliding surfaces of a closure clip of a Steilzungen closure device with a coating of molybdenum.
  • molybdenum coatings can generally be formed only very thin, for example, too tight a setting of the closure device lead to wear of the coating, whereby the actuating forces are increased due to increased frictional resistance and thus relubrication of the closure clip is required.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a reliable and stable closure component for a positioning latches closure device for points that provides high wear resistance and good sliding properties to reduce the restoring forces. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a long-life and easy-maintenance lug closure device and a shunt with such a luer lock device.
  • the closure component for a turnout closing device for switches comprises the features of claim 1.
  • sliding properties sliding behavior, sliding friction
  • a coating material with better sliding properties in such a sliding movement has a lower friction than a material with poorer sliding properties, so that less force is required to carry out the movement. Since a different material is used for the closure component core than for the coating, the respective material properties can be adjusted independently of one another specifically to the requirements in the operation of the positioning tong closure device.
  • a material having high strength and material elasticity may be selected so as to reduce the vulnerability of the fastener component and to ensure a long life of the fastener device.
  • a material having better sliding properties is used, so that the frictional forces generated at the sliding contact surfaces of the closure component can be kept low, resulting in reduced wear of the component and low required actuating forces when using the closure device. Since the need for regular lubrication of the closure component thus eliminated, also the maintenance is considerably simplified.
  • the closure component may optionally be provided with the coating only at the portions where it is in sliding contact with at least one other element of the setting tongue closure device and / or the switch, or over its entire surface.
  • the coating material is needed, which may reduce the cost of the closure component, while in the latter case may simplify the manufacture of the component becomes. Since the use of the closure component only their sliding properties at the respective contact surfaces for the operation of the closure device of importance, both embodiments offer to the same extent the above-described advantageous effects of the invention.
  • the coating is applied to the closure component core by build-up welding, a reliable and stable connection of these two elements is ensured even under increased requirements, such as large forces acting on the elements.
  • build-up welding is a simple and reliable technique that requires virtually no dimensional or structural limitations of the coating and component core. For example, the thickness of the coating is freely selectable over a wide range.
  • build-up welding enables fast, uncomplicated and cost-effective production of the closure component.
  • the material of the job-welded coating is a plain bearing material, namely an aluminum bronze.
  • Sliding bearing materials have good sliding properties and can be easily and reliably applied to a closure component core by build-up welding. Since according to the invention, only the coating of the closure component consists of a plain bearing material, the component can also be produced inexpensively.
  • the closure component according to the invention may be, for example, a closure box or a closure piece or a slider rod or a slider rod part or a closure clip or a clip or a reed clip (tongue block).
  • These elements are usually in sliding contact with each other and / or with other elements of the Stellzonne-closure device and / or the switch and in the operation of the Stellzungen-closure device and thus exposed to high wear.
  • poor sliding properties of these elements ie high frictional forces on the contact surfaces with other parts, can lead to a considerable increase in the required actuating forces during operation of the closure device.
  • the above-described effects of the invention can thus be used particularly advantageously in these closure components.
  • the closure component according to the invention may be a component which fulfills the function of one or more of the above-mentioned elements.
  • the closure component core is made of a hard metal, preferably steel. This allows a particularly stable and robust construction of the closure component and thus ensures a long life of the positioning tab closure device.

  • the slide rod is constructed as a closure component according to the invention and is slidably on a support with a flat support surface.
  • Such a construction of the locking tab lock device allows the slide bar to be displaced relative to the low friction support.
  • this configuration over embodiments of the closure device, which use rollers as a support for the slide bar, the advantage that the bearing surface between rod and support, since it is flat, is significantly increased. The support is thereby not in the closure of the locking tongues closure device in the Push rod support side pressed, as it may be the case with Rollenauflagern, which bear only a line contact on the slide rod.
  • the support surface of the support may consist of a plain bearing material, which leads to a further reduction of the friction between the slide rod and the bearing surface.
  • the order-welded coating of the slide rod may consist of the same plain bearing material as the bearing surface of the support.
