  • the present invention relates to a cooling device comprising a shelf, the position of which in the body can be changed.
  • Cooling devices make use of one or more than one shelf whereupon food and beverage containers are placed. Placing high containers over a shelf necessitates either the removal or the change of the positions of one or more of the upper shelves. On the other hand, placing a low-height container generates unused dead spaces between that particular container and the shelf above there. In the state of the art, foldable or telescopic shelf systems are used in order to create flexible usage volume that enables the storage of different-sized containers.
  • Shelves used in cooling devices are fixedly disposed at regular distances over shelf supports that are arranged oppositely on the body walls. Shelf supports are positioned at certain intervals in order to allow the arrangement of shelves with different combinations. Distances between the shelves can therefore be changed. However, when low-height containers are placed between two shelves creating dead spaces, changing the height of the upper shelf raises several difficulties. Various mechanisms are used for this end.

Claims (11)

  1. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) comprenant un corps (2), une porte (3), et une étagère (4) qui est disposée sur le corps (2) ou la porte (3);
    et caractérisé par une étagère extérieure (5) :
    - qui entoure l'étagère (4),
    - qui couvre l'étagère (4) comme un manchon en position fermée, et
    - qui s'ouvre lorsqu'elle est tirée loin de l'étagère (4) dans une direction vers le bas tout en devenant disponible pour le stockage des objets.
  2. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par l'étagère extérieure (5) suspendue au dessous de l'étagère (4) dans les positions ouverte et fermée.
  3. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la Revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par l'étagère extérieure (5) qui, en position fermée, est disposée de manière télescopique par rapport à l'étagère (4).
  4. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'étagère extérieure (5) qui peut glisser vers le haut et vers le bas tout en se déplaçant entre les positions fermée et ouverture, et qui, lors de l' ouverture, se détache de l'étagère (4) dans une direction vers le bas comme un vêtement.
  5. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'étagère extérieure (5) qui a la même forme et sensiblement la même taille que l'étagère (4).
  6. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'étagère (4) et l'étagère extérieure (5), chacune comprenant une surface de support (7 et 17) située pratiquement parallèle l'une à l'autre et l'une au-dessous de l'autre dans les deux positions fermée et ouverte de l'étagère extérieure (5) ainsi que lors du mouvement de transition de l'étagère extérieure (5) de la position ouverte à la position fermée.
  7. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la Revendication 6, caractérisé par la surface de support (17) qui est un peu plus grande que la surface de support (7) de l'étagère (4) en raison du fait que l'étagère extérieure (5) enveloppe l'étagère (4).
  8. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'étagère (4) et l'étagère extérieure (5), chacune comprenant une glissière (8 et 18) située pratiquement parallèle l'une à l'autre dans les deux positions fermée et ouverte de l'étagère extérieure (5) ainsi que lors du mouvement de transition de l'étagère extérieure (5) de la position ouverte à la position fermée.
  9. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la Revendication 8, caractérisé par la glissière (18) de l'étagère extérieure (5) qui est plus courte que la glissière (8) de l'étagère (4).
  10. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un moyen de fixation (6) qui fixe l'étagère extérieure (5) à l'étagère (4) dans les deux positions ouverte et fermée.
  11. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la Revendication 10, caractérisé par le moyen de fixation (6) qui comprend une protubérance (9) sur la glissière (8) de l'étagère (4), un évidement (10) sur la glissière (18) de l'étagère extérieure (5), une fente (11) sur la paroi arrière de l'étagère (4), un bras de suspension (12) s'étendant vers le haut de la paroi arrière de l'étagère extérieure (5) et des dents (13), dont l'une est située sur l'extrémité du bras de suspension (12) et dont l'autre est située à l'entrée de la fente (11).
