Description

The present invention relates to a device for bonding prefabricated concrete parts, comprising a cable loop, wherein the cable sections forming the cable loop have means to hold the cable sections in an angled position. The subject matter of the invention is also a ready-mixed concrete part with a device of the aforementioned type.

Such devices with cable loop for the combination of precast concrete parts, in particular of prefabricated concrete wall elements are known from the prior art sufficiently. such Devices usually comprise a holding part in the form of a U-shaped rail, which is embedded in the prefabricated concrete part on the front side. For transport and also during the assembly of such a precast concrete part, it is necessary that the cable loop substantially does not project beyond the end face. In this respect, it must be achieved that the cable loop is received by the holding part, that does not substantially over the holding part.

In this connection, various devices are known from the prior art, which meet this premise in principle. For example, from the EP 1 637 670 A1 a receiving box is known, which has a removable lid, wherein the cable loop, which protrudes through an opening in the back of the receiving box is held by a spreading spring against the removable cover during transport or even during assembly tensioned. Then, when the lid is removed, the cable loop speeds not only due to the bias of the spreading spring, but also due to the elastic properties of the rope loop forward and goes z. B. in a vertical wall element in an approximately horizontal position over. That is, the cable loop extends in the direction of the front side of the opposite precast concrete part.

The effort that is operated in the prior art to keep the cable loop during transport and assembly in an approximately 90 ° angled state and thus parallel to the top of the precast concrete part is high, which is why such devices are also very expensive.

Furthermore, from the EP 0 914 531 B1 a device known, which also has a U-shaped holding part, which on the back of a Having through opening for the cable loop, wherein the holding part is formed approximately U-shaped, wherein the legs are angled end-to-end. The cable loop now projects with its loop-shaped end through the arranged on the back opening in the holding part, and is located from the inside to the bends of the legs of the holding part. After assembly, the cable loop is pulled out with the loop-shaped end of the holding part, the cable loop snaps.

A similar education shows the utility model DE 20 2007 011 243 U1 inasmuch as there is provided for fixation of the cable loop a molded part, which has the angled cable eye forming portion of the rope from at least three sides form-fitting, and which after the casting of concrete precast concrete part of the precast concrete element and the cable eye is removable.

Here, the effort to keep the cable loop in the angled state, relatively high, especially since a specially trained rail must be made as a holding part, wherein also the cable loop is held in the transition to the precast concrete by an insert body in the opening of the holding part. This device is therefore relatively expensive.

Finally, out of the EP 0 534 475 B1 a device is known in which an insertion shell part is provided and a lid, wherein the insertion tray part receives the lid by means of a snap connection. By the insertion tray part in conjunction with the lid, the loop-shaped end is held parallel to the end face of the precast concrete part.

Again, that the production of such a device is complicated and expensive.

From the DE 33 22 646 A1 a rope transport anchor is known, which has a loop at the end. The merging and bending of middle cable areas is carried out by a guide and angling, which is formed by a sleeve.

Hierbei ist auf Folgendes hinzuweisen:The object underlying the invention is therefore to produce a device of the type mentioned, which is particularly inexpensive to manufacture, but still reliably fulfills the same purpose as the prior art. Please note the following:

The rope loop protrudes, as already stated, with its loop-shaped end after mounting on the front side of the opposite precast concrete part. With its other end, the rope loop is in the precast concrete part. Once the rope loop has been loosened, d. H. has been released from its angled position, it is not necessary that the cable loop is returned to this starting position, it must only be ensured that during transport and during assembly, the cable loop remains in the angled position.

Taking this into account, the device according to the invention is characterized by the features of claim 1. In this case, the cable sections forming the loop have means for holding the cable sections in an angled position, wherein the means for holding the cable loop in an angled position are plastically deformable cuffs which engage the respective cable section of the cable loop, in whose area the angling occurs the cable loop is provided. Furthermore, each sleeve has a bracket, which shows one side each two wings that surround by bending the rope of the rope section of the rope loop, first the bracket, which connects the wing pairs to both ends and which is curved about its longitudinal axis corresponding to the curvature of the cable loop, is bent by about 90 °. In the bent or angled state of the sleeve or the bracket then a notch is introduced in the region of the bend. The notch extends over a substantial portion of the width of the stirrup, leaving on both sides of the notch only one stile strong enough to hold the cord loop in an angled position in the region of the cord portions. As already explained elsewhere, the cuffs cause the cable loop to remain in an angled position during transport. For assembly, it is necessary that the cable loop is aligned horizontally over its entire length. For this purpose, the bend is bent, which causes the webs to break on both sides of the notch in this rebending operation. This means that the rope loop assumes an overall level position due to its elastic property.

From this it is clear that the rope sections forming the loop are held in their angled position by means which are directly in connection with the cable loop or are part of the cable loop. This is in contrast to the prior art, where in each case a separate device is required to hold the cable loop only for transport and assembly in the angled position. Since this separate device is eliminated, such a rope loop is much cheaper to produce. In particular, insofar now also exists the possibility to engage or einzubetonieren the cable loop directly into the face of a precast concrete part, since - as already stated - separate devices to hold the cable loop in an angled position during transport and during assembly, are no longer required ,

According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that the cable loop has an insert body, wherein the insert body has at least one opening for the cable loop. The insert body is U-shaped in profile, in particular, wherein the web, which connects the two legs of the U-shaped insert body having the opening for the cable loop. Through this opening, the cable loop protrudes with its closed end, said end is also poured into the precast concrete part. With its angled loop-shaped end, the cable loop is in the cross-sectionally U-shaped rail a.

The invention also relates to a precast concrete part, in particular a wall element made of ready-mixed concrete, which is characterized by at least one device of the aforementioned type. Specifically, it is provided in this context that the insert body occupies the front side in the precast concrete part such that it terminates flush with the front edge. It is clear from this that, when the insert body is set back in relation to the end face, a toothing with the grouting mortar occurs when the grout is filled. As a result, the compound is able to absorb shear forces. By contrast, the cable loops, which overlap in pairs in such a way that an eyelet results, one or more reinforcing steels are pushed, which can be absorbed by the rope loops in the longitudinal direction of the rope loops acting forces.

The two precast concrete parts 1 and 2 according to FIG. 1 are spaced apart to form a joint 3. On the front side, the precast concrete parts 1 and 2 each have a trapezoidal recess 1a and 2a, wherein in the base of the trapezoidal recess 1a an insert body 10 is provided, which is recognizable in cross-section U-shaped profile. The insert body 10 is flush with the surface in the end face of the respective wall element 1 and 2 respectively. The web 9 of the U-shaped insert body has a passage opening 10b for the total designated 20 rope loop. The ends of the cable loop 20 are connected by a compact 23, this part of the cable loop is poured into the concrete of the precast concrete part, just like the insert body 10. The cable loop 20 overlaps with the adjacent cable loop, wherein the eyelet 30 formed in this case a Reinforcing steel 50 absorbs. Then the shock 3 is filled with grout 40.

Eine Seitendarstellung zweier miteinander verbundener Fertigbetonteile ergibt sich aus der Figur 2.A side view of two interconnected prefabricated concrete parts results from the FIG. 2 ,

According to FIG. 3 the cable loop 20 is shown in the bent state of the loop-shaped end. Here, the two cable sections 21 and 22 can be seen, in the region of the bend (arrow 25) each one Pick up cuff 26. The cuff is made of plastic or metal, for example, and is configured to break in the direction of the arrow 60 when the cable loop 20 is bent.

In the representation according to the FIGS. 6, 6a the cuff is visible in an enlarged view. In the initial state according to the FIG. 6a The sleeve 26 has two wings 28a, 28b at each end. The wings 28a, 28b are connected by the bracket 27, which is formed curved around the longitudinal axis corresponding to the outer contour of the rope of the cable loop. To attach the sleeve 26, the sleeve is bent in the region of the bracket by an angle of approximately 90 °. Then, the notch 30 is introduced into the bend, as shown in the illustration FIG. 6 is recognizable. By the notch 30 of the bracket 27 is divided into two bracket halves 27 a and 27 b, which are in the region of the notch 30 by the two webs 31 on both sides of the notch with each other. In the illustration according to FIG. 6 now are the wings 28a, 28b bent around the rope loop at both ends of the bow. Now, if the cable sections 21, 22 bent in the direction of the arrow 60, then tear the webs 31 on both sides of the notch 30. This means that the cable loop itself assumes a horizontal position, as for example in the FIG. 1 and in the FIG. 2 is shown.

In the presentation according to FIG. 4 the insert body 10 is shown with a cable loop 20 in an angled condition. The insert body 10, which is U-shaped profile, has on its rear side ( FIG. 5 ) has an opening 10b.
