Claims (2)
- Procédé de réglage de conditions d'insertion de trame dans un métier à tisser à insertion de trame multicolore comprenant un dispositif d'insertion de trame (11), un dispositif de réglage (46) et une unité de commande d'insertion de trame (43), le dispositif d'insertion de trame (11) comprenant deux systèmes d'insertion de trame ou plus qui comprennent chacun une pluralité de dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) qui fonctionnent dans une opération d'insertion de trame, le dispositif de réglage (46) réglant des valeurs de commande pour commander des opérations des dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) appartenant aux systèmes d'insertion de trame respectifs, les valeurs de commande étant réglées à l'avance dans l'unité de commande d'insertion de trame (43) en tant que conditions d'insertion de trame en association avec des numéros de sélection attribués aux systèmes d'insertion de trame respectifs, l'unité de commande d'insertion de trame (43) commandant, en fonction des valeurs de commande, les opérations des dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) appartenant aux systèmes d'insertion de trame respectifs, amenant ainsi les dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) à effectuer l'opération d'insertion de trame,
caractérisé en ce que
un dispositif de stockage (52) stocke des valeurs de commande utilisées dans des opérations de tissage précédentes en tant que conditions d'insertion de trame en association avec des numéros de sélection, le dispositif de réglage (46) effectuant les étapes de :lecture des valeurs de commande pour des dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) qui sont des cibles de réglage à partir de valeurs de commande incluses dans des conditions d'insertion de trame stockées dans le dispositif de stockage (52) et correspondant à un nombre de sélection sélectionné ;
eten réponse à une génération d'un signal de commande de réglage, réglage des valeurs de commande lues dans l'étape de lecture dans l'unité de commande d'insertion de trame (43) en tant que valeurs de commande pour les dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) qui sont les cibles de réglage dans un système d'insertion de trame correspondant à un numéro de sélection désigné. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, où, parmi les dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) appartenant aux systèmes d'insertion de trame respectifs, les dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) qui sont les cibles de réglage pour lesquelles les valeurs de commande doivent être réglées sont sélectionnés individuellement ou simultanément par l'opérateur avant l'étape de lecture des valeurs de commande des dispositifs associés à une insertion de trame (15, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32) qui sont les cibles de réglage.
