Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brandschutz-Verglasung mit einer Isolierverglasung, die eine Brandschutzscheibe und eine Gegen-Glasscheibe aufweist, wobei die Brandschutzscheibe und die Gegen-Glasscheibe mittels eines Abstandshalters zueinander beabstandet gehalten sind. Zur Verbesserung der Standzeit einer solchen Anordnung im Brandfall ist es erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Brandschutzscheibe einen Ansatz aufweist, der in Richtung der Scheibenebene über den Rand der Gegen-Glasscheibe vorsteht.
