Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif pour former, remplir et fermer des récipients à produits alimentaires (4), comprenant un tube de façonnage (1) sur lequel un film de plastique (3) est enroulé, avec possibilité de glissement, étant apte à être fermé par des pinces de soudage (12) sous l'embouchure de sortie (30) du tube (1) afin de définir une base de repos pour le produit (4) qui chute librement dans le film de plastique (3), étant en outre prévu un manchon déformable (6) qui est fait de caoutchouc, est monté au niveau de l'embouchure de sortie (8) du tube (1) et est apte à être fermé au-dessous par les pinces (12) afin d'amortir l'impact du produit (4) chutant librement contre la base de repos définie par la fermeture des pinces (12),
    caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (6) comprend un anneau supérieur (7) fixé à l'embouchure de sortie (8) du tube (1) et une partie inférieure (9) consistant en une pluralité de bandes verticales adjacentes (11) définies par une pluralité de découpes verticales (10), qui sont déformables au moyen des pinces (12) afin de former une base de repos pour le produit (4) en chute libre.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (12) sont placées de manière que, dans une position fermée, elles serrent l'extrémité inférieure (13) du manchon (6) au-dessus des moyens de soudage et de découpe des pinces (12) qui sont aptes à interagir uniquement avec le film de plastique (3).
