Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Rolle (12) aus einem Mineralwolleband oder einer Mineralwollematte (11), wobei das Mineralwolleband oder die Mineralwollematte in einem Rollraum (R) gerollt wird, den drei Rollelemente (1, 2, 3) zwischen sich definieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle drei Rollelemente (1, 2, 3) Förderbänder sind, von denen eines dasselbe Förderband ist, das verwendet wird, um das Mineralwolleband oder die Mineralwollematte (11) für einen Rollvorgang in den Rollraum (R) zu befördern,
    wobei der Querschnitt des Rollraumes (R) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Rollachse einer Rollbewegung im Wesentlichen eine dreieckige Form aufweist, und dadurch, dass die Dichte der Mineralwollerolle (12) entsprechend einer Änderung der Größe des Rollraumes (R), die durch eine Änderung der Größe der Rolle herbeigeführt wird, solcherart eingestellt wird, dass die Dichte der Mineralwolle in der gesamten Rolle (12) im Wesentlichen konstant bleibt, sodass der Rolldruck, der durch die Förderbänder (1, 2, 3) bewirkt wird, mittels eines Förderbandes (2) gemessen und mit Hilfe erzielter Messwerte auf einen geeigneten Rolldruck eingestellt wird, und dass die zwei anderen Förderbänder (2, 3) entsprechend der Größenzunahme der Rolle (12) neu positioniert werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dreieckige Querschnitt (R) während des gesamten Rollvorgangs in Form eines gleichschenkligen Dreiecks aufrechterhalten wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aufzuwickelnde Mineralwolleband oder die aufzuwickelnde Mineralwollematte (11) aus Rohwolle besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Rollen aus Mineralwollebändern oder -matten, in der ein Mineralwolleband oder eine Mineralwollematte (12) in einem Rollraum (R) gerollt werden kann, den drei Rollelemente (1, 2, 3) zwischen sich definieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle drei Rollelemente (1, 2, 3) Förderbänder sind, von denen eines dasselbe Förderband (1) ist, das eine Mineralwollematte zur Rollseite bringt, wobei der Querschnitt des Rollraumes (R) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Rollachse einer Rollbewegung im Wesentlichen eine dreieckige Form aufweist, und dadurch, dass die Dichte der Mineralwollerolle (12) entsprechend einer Änderung der Größe des Rollraumes (R), die durch eine Änderung der Größe der Rolle (12) herbeigeführt wird, solcherart eingestellt wird, dass die Dichte der Mineralwolle in der gesamten Rolle (12) im Wesentlichen konstant bleibt, sodass der Rolldruck, der durch die Förderbänder (1, 2, 3) bewirkt wird, mittels eines Förderbandes (2) gemessen und mit Hilfe erzielter Messwerte auf einen geeigneten Rolldruck eingestellt wird, wobei die zwei anderen Förderbänder (2, 3) Antriebsseiten (7, 10) aufweisen,
    die mit einer Gelenkanordnung (16, 17) ausgestattet sind, um jedes Förderband entsprechend der Größe der wachsenden Rolle (12) unabhängig neu zu positionieren.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dreieckige Querschnitt (R) derart angepasst ist, dass er während des gesamten Rollvorgangs die Form eines gleichschenkligen Dreiecks bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aufzuwickelnde Mineralwolleband oder die aufzuwickelnde Mineralwollematte (12) aus Rohwolle besteht.
