As a result, fluid circulation pumps of different hydraulic characteristics may be obtained merely by changing the capsule 12.

  • the ring-shaped rib 40 changes the shape of the impeller chamber 13 and, therefore, the hydraulic characteristics of the fluid circulation pump 1.

Claims (12)

  1. Flüssigkeitsumwälzpumpe, passend für ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere eine Waschmaschine oder einen Geschirrspüler, umfassend einen Motorkörper (15), einen an dem Motorkörper (15) angebrachten Motor (2), einen an dem Motorkörper (15) befestigten Hydraulikkörper (10), bestehend aus einem Wassereintrittsrohr (11b) und einem Wasseraustrittsrohr (11c), ein zumindest teilweise im Inneren des Hydraulikkörpers (10) angeordnetes, durch den Motor (2) angetriebenes Laufrad (6), eine im Inneren des Hydraulikkörpers (10) eingefügt angeordnete Heizvorrichtung (8) für das in die Flüssigkeitsumwälzpumpe (1) eintretende Wasser, wobei die genannte Heizvorrichtung (8) mindestens ein Heizelement (22) umfasst, und eine an dem Motorkörper (15) befestigte Hülle (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizvorrichtung (8) auf dem unteren Teil (10a) des Hydraulikkörpers (10) aufliegend angeordnet und zwischen einer Außenwand (10b) und einem ringförmigen Ansatz (10c) im Inneren des genannten Hydraulikkörpers (10) eingefügt ist, und dass die Flüssigkeitsumwälzpumpe Mittel zur dichten Befestigung der Heizvorrichtung (8) an dem Hydraulikkörper (10) aufweist, wobei die Heizvorrichtung (8) ferner ein Leiterelement (23) in thermischem Kontakt mit dem Heizelement (22) aufweist, wobei das Heizelement (22) dem unteren Teil (10a) des Hydraulikkörpers (10) zugewandt angeordnet ist, wobei die Hülle (12) zusammen mit der Heizvorrichtung (8) eine Laufradkammer (13) begrenzt, wobei das Laufrad (6) zumindest teilweise in der Laufradkammer (13) untergebracht ist.
  2. Umwälzpumpe nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Hülle (12) austauschbar ist.
  3. Umwälzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Heizvorrichtung (8) eine Scheibenform hat und im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum Laufrad (6) angeordnet ist.
  4. Flüssigkeitsumwälzpumpe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dichtbefestigungsmittel einen äußeren Isolierring (18), der die Heizvorrichtung (8) dicht an der Außenwand (10b) befestigt, und einen inneren Isolierring (17), der die Heizvorrichtung (8) dicht an dem ringförmigen Ansatz (10c) befestigt, umfassen.
  5. Umwälzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Hülle (12) mindestens einen sich zur Innenseite der Laufradkammer (13) erstreckenden Steg (40) aufweist.
  6. Umwälzpumpe nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Steg (40) ein im Wesentlichen konzentrisch zur Hülle (12) verlaufender ringförmiger Steg ist.
  7. Umwälzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Hülle (12) mindestens ein im Inneren der genannten Hülle (12) befestigtes Hilfsleiterelement (31) aufweist.
  8. Umwälzpumpe nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das Hilfsleiterelement (31) in Kontakt mit dem Leiterelement (23) der Heizvorrichtung (8) angeordnet ist.
  9. Umwälzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, wobei das Hilfsleiterelement (31) ein Metallring ist.
  10. Umwälzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Heizelement (22) mindestens einen auf dem Leiterelement (23) aufgebrachten Dickschichtwiderstand aufweist.
  11. Umwälzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Heizelement (22) mindestens einen röhrenförmigen Widerstand aufweist.
  12. Umwälzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hydraulikkörper (10) und die Hülle (12) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial bestehen.
