Claims (19)

  1. Elément absorbeur pour l'isolation thermique et/ou acoustique, constitué par un matériau isolant fibreux (3) et un matériau d'enveloppe (2, 4) configuré plat avec lequel le matériau isolant fibreux est enveloppé, caractérisé en ce que le matériau isolant fibreux présente une masse surfacique de 0,1 à 6,0 kg/m2 et le matériau d'enveloppe configuré plat présente une masse surfacique de 0,01 à 0,17 kg/m2 pour un pouvoir calorifique par masse de 0 à 48 MJ/kg et un pouvoir calorifique par surface de 0 à 4,0 MJ/m2 et que l'élément absorbeur présente un pouvoir calorifique total PCS ≤ 3,0 MJ/kg, en particulier de ≤ 3,0 MJ/kg formé à partir des pouvoirs calorifiques du matériau isolant fibreux et du matériau d'enveloppe configuré plat.
  2. Elément absorbeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau d'enveloppe présente un matériau polymère.
  3. Elément absorbeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau polymère est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par le polyéthylène, le polypropylène, le polyuréthane, le polychlorure de vinyle ou des copolymères de ceux-ci.
  4. Elément absorbeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau d'enveloppe est configuré à partir d'un matériau de support (2) configuré plat et d'un matériau de recouvrement (4) configuré plat, que le matériau isolant fibreux (3) est appliqué sur le matériau de support (2) et le matériau de recouvrement (4) recouvre le matériau isolant fibreux (3), que le matériau de support (2) et le matériau de recouvrement (4) sont reliés l'un à l'autre au moins le long de toutes les surfaces de contact et forment ainsi une poche qui reçoit le matériau isolant fibreux (3) et que le matériau de support (2) et le matériau de recouvrement (4) présentent différentes propriétés.
  5. Elément absorbeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de support et/ou le matériau de recouvrement (4) sont une feuille en matière plastique, un non-tissé, une feuille de métal et/ou un tissu.
  6. Elément absorbeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau isolant (3) présente des fibres de laine minérale.
  7. Elément absorbeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau isolant (3) présente un liant.
  8. Elément absorbeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le matériau d'enveloppe est configuré au moins partiellement transmettant le son.
  9. Elément absorbeur selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de recouvrement (4) et le matériau de support (2) sont collés, cousus, soudés ou agrafés l'un à l'autre aux points de contact.
  10. Elément absorbeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la densité du matériau isolant est située entre 9 et 100 kg/m3, de préférence entre 12 et 60 kg/m3.
  11. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un élément absorbeur qui présente les étapes de procédé :
    - mise à disposition d'un matériau de support (2) ;
    - application d'un matériau isolant fibreux (3) sur le matériau de support (2) ;
    - recouvrement du matériau isolant appliqué sur le matériau de support (2) avec un matériau de recouvrement (4) ;
    - jonction du matériau de recouvrement (4) au matériau de support (2) pour former une poche qui contient le matériau isolant (3), un matériau de support (2) avec des propriétés différentes du matériau de recouvrement (4) étant utilisé,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le le matériau isolant fibreux avec une masse surfacique de 0,1 à 6,0 kg/m2 est appliqué et que le matériau de recouvrement et le matériau de support forment ensemble un matériau d'enveloppe et sont sélectionnés avec la condition que le matériau d'enveloppe présente une masse surfacique de 0,01 à 0,17 kg/m2 pour un pouvoir calorifique par masse de 0 à 48 MJ/kg et un pouvoir calorifique par surface de 0 à 4,0 MJ/m2 et que l'élément absorbeur est configuré avec un pouvoir calorifique total PCS ≤ 3,0 MJ/kg, en particulier de ≤ 2,0 MJ/kg formé à partir des pouvoirs calorifiques du matériau isolant fibreux et du matériau d'enveloppe configuré plat.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé un matériau de support configuré plat (2) et un matériau de recouvrement (4).
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une feuille en matière plastique, un non-tissé, une feuille de métal et/ou un tissu est utilisé comme matériau de support (2) et/ou matériau de recouvrement (4).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de recouvrement (4) est relié au matériau de support (2) le long de toutes les surfaces de contact.
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la jonction du matériau de recouvrement (4) et du matériau de support (2) se fait par agrafage, couture, collage et/ou soudure.
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau isolant présentant des fibres minérales est appliqué sur le matériau de support (2).
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les fibres de laine minérale sont liées avec un liant.
  18. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de support (2) est aspiré au moyen de dépression sur un dispositif de transport.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de support (2) est configuré perméable au gaz et que le matériau isolant fibreux (3) est fixé sur le matériau de support au moyen de la dépression appliquée.
