Description

The invention relates to a cord tensioning device with a base part, which is to be attached to a support member, such as a window frame, to attach a tensioning cord, which serves for example for tensioned guidance of a curtain element, stretched.

Weitere Vorrichtungen sind aus US 5 553 653 A oder aus US 5 168 913 A bekannt.Such a clamping device is approximately from the EP 1 447 516 A2 known, either spring-loaded a free Schnwende is held or a loop formed in the cord profile is guided by 180 ° about a spring-loaded deflecting element, which may have a role. Other devices are out US 5 553 653 A or off US 5 168 913 A known.

However, such a clamping element is unsuitable for placement in the upper or lower end of a curtain system for tensioning the vertical tension cords for space and arrangement reasons. In addition, the Wegreserve the spring is limited and adjustability of the clamping force or line length is not given.

Schnurspannung bietet. The invention has for its object to improve a generic cord tensioning device to the effect that it can be conveniently attached to an upper or lower end of a curtain system and provides easy adjustability of cord length or cord tension.

This object is achieved by a cord tensioning device according to claim 1, that is to say with a base part which is to be fastened to a support member, with a deflecting member which is held on the base part and with a 180 ° extending deflection region for receiving a 180th Is provided in a longitudinally deflected end portion of a string, and with a Schnurendaufnahme for releasably holding a free end of the 180 ° bent end portion, wherein the deflecting part and the Schnurendaufnahme are longitudinally displaceable relative to each other. The deflection region is expediently designed for a slidable (sliding surface) or rotatable (roller), receiving the cord, along the deflection region.

The cord end receiver has means for holding the cord end at different positions arranged along the longitudinal direction.

The deflecting part or the Schnurendaufnahme is held stationary on the base part, and the other part, Schnurendaufnahme or deflection, guided in the longitudinal direction displaceable on the base part. The deflecting part or the Schnurendaufnahme is locked with a locking means at different positions or continuously relative to the base part.

Conveniently, the base part is provided with slots for a positionally adjustable attachment to the support member. The elongated holes can extend in the longitudinal direction and / or transversely thereto. Alternatively or additionally, the base part may have a mounting surface for adhesive attachment.

In another embodiment of the invention can be provided that the deflecting part or the Schnurendaufnahme is resiliently supported relative to the base part.

Appropriately, it is provided that adjacent to the deflection region a slip protection for the cord is arranged.

If space permits, the deflection region can have a rotatable deflection roller in order to reduce friction.

In one embodiment, the invention provides that the deflecting part or the Schnurendaufnahme is resiliently supported against the line tension.

An advantageous embodiment provides that the deflecting part has a hollow cylindrical receptacle for a bearing journal which is held stationary on the base part, or conversely that the deflecting part is provided with a bearing journal which is received by a hollow cylindrical receptacle on the base part. Accordingly, the Schnurendaufnahme have a hollow cylindrical receptacle, which is used to receive a fixed bearing pin serves, or conversely have a bearing pin which is received in a stationary hollow cylindrical receptacle. This embodiment makes it possible to optionally arrange on the bearing journal a compression spring, which in turn is received by the hollow cylindrical receptacle, so that said resilient support is realized.

It may be provided that in a foot region of the bearing journal, a cylindrical seat portion is formed, which is accurately inserted into the hollow cylindrical receptacle of the deflection part or the Schnurendaufnahme. The seat portion may form an interference fit with the receptacle.

The deflector or the Schnurendaufnahme can be infinitely displaced and locked. A first embodiment of the invention is in Fig. 1 to 12 shown. The cord tensioning device according to the invention is particularly suitable for use with tension cords in curtain systems, wherein Fig. 1 an exemplary Ausrührungsform a folding curtain system for shading a window or door opening shows. The curtain system has a Faltenbehang 2, which is held on an upper movable rail 4 and a lower movable rail 6, wherein the rails are held independently of each other on clamping cords 8, 10 slidably. The tensioning cords 8, 10 extend partly vertically, partly horizontally and pass through the pleat shade 2 in a plurality of vertical regions where the pleat hanger has corresponding passage openings, and are in four corner regions of the opening to be shaded on one or per cord on at least one cord tensioning device 20 according to the invention held, which is attached for example to the window frame by gluing or screwing.

Fig. 2 to 8 show the structure of the cord tensioning device 20 in detail. A base part 22, which is provided for adjustable attachment by means of fastening screws with two oblong holes 24, has a slot 28 extending in a longitudinal direction 26. In the slot 28, a deflection member 30 and a locking member 32 connected thereto are held longitudinally displaceable, wherein the locking member 32 can be locked by means of engaging in this locking screw 34 at an arbitrary longitudinal position of the slot 28 together with the deflection member 30.

The base part 22 further comprises a Schnurendaufnahme 36, which is formed in this embodiment by a series of along the longitudinal direction 26 and spaced from the slot 28 projections 38 and opposite pins 40, so that a series of longitudinally arranged hooking holes 41 for a spherical thickening 42 is formed, which is attached to the end of the string to be tensioned 44.

The deflecting member 30 is provided at its end remote from the locking member 32 with a 180 ° extending, semi-circular deflection region 46 which is bounded by a Gleitleitschutz 31 for the cord. The base part 22 has at its two ends in each case an over 90 ° extending deflection 48, 50.

In the state of use, the cord 44 coming from the outside at 90 ° to the longitudinal direction runs first around the deflection 48, being deflected by 90 ° in the longitudinal direction 26, and then over 180 ° around the deflection part 30 into the area of the cord end receptacle 36. There, the end-side thickening 42 of the cord is inserted into a form fitting to the length of the cord and its state of tension already approximately fitting Einhängevertiefung 41 between two pins 40 and projections 38.

The tension of the cord can now be adjusted by displacement of the deflection member 30, wherein the deflection member 30 is locked in the desired position by means of the locking screw 34.

By a mirror-image with respect to the base part 22 arrangement of deflecting, locking element and cord this can be deflected over the deflection 48 opposite deflection 50 and guided to the deflecting 30, so that a simple way of a left / right adjustment of the cord tensioning device 20th results.

In the first embodiment, the cord extends continuously in a plane which is defined by the deflections 46 and 48 and 50, respectively.

An advantageous embodiment of the deflecting part 30 and the locking element 32 is in FIGS. 7 and 8 shown. The deflection member 30 has a hollow cylindrical receptacle 54 with a likewise cylindrical seat receptacle 56, whose diameter is slightly larger than that of the receptacle 54. The locking element 32 is provided with a cylindrical seat portion 58 and a cylindrical bearing journal 60. The seat portion 58 fits with a press fit in the seat receptacle 56, so that the deflecting member 30 is fixedly connected to the locking member 32, as shown in the Fig. 2 to 6 is shown.

Alternatively, this embodiment allows the arrangement of a spring or an elastic element, such as tension or compression spring to elastically support the deflection (in general: also the Schnurendaufnahme) against the line tension. Specifically shown is a compression spring, such as Fig. 9 to 12 explain. A compression spring 62 (coil spring) is received on the bearing pin 60 and is supported at one end against the seat portion 58, wherein the outer diameter of the compression spring 62 is less than or equal to that of the seat portion 58. At the same time, the inner diameter of the hollow cylindrical receptacle 54 of Diverter 30 is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the compression spring 62 so that it can be accommodated in the receptacle 54, such as Fig. 9 shows. Characterized in that the compression spring 62 is received on the bearing pin 60 and laterally supported, there is a relatively large spring portion of the deflecting 30 relative to the fixed locking member 32 without the risk that the compression spring 62 laterally evades.

Due to the action of the compression spring 62 results in a modified clamping action of this embodiment relative to the after Fig. 2 to 6 , and with a certain resilience. If desired, and if space permits, one or more baffles (deflector 30, baffles 48, 50) may be formed with low friction rotatable rollers.

Fig. 13 to 18 illustrate a second embodiment of the invention. Fig. 13 shows a perspective view of a pleated curtain, similar to in Fig. 1 In this example, the vertically extending tensioning cords are each held in a cord tensioning device 80 as shown in FIG FIGS. 14 to 18 is explained in more detail. The cord tensioning device 80 is generally L-shaped and has a base part 82, from which a deflection arm 84 projects vertically. The base part 82 is provided with a slot 86 extending in a longitudinal direction 26, in which a deflecting part 88 is moved longitudinally displaceable. The deflection part 88 has a semicircular or semi-cylindrical deflection region 90, which is delimited by a sliding protection 92.

On both sides of the slot 86, a series of holding openings 94 extending in the longitudinal direction and spaced from each other, in which a Schnurendaufnahme 96 by means of a press pin, a clamping screw o.ä. can be fixed in a selected position. The Schnurendaufnahme 96 is provided with an undercut opening in the an end-side thickening 42 of the string to be tensioned 44 can be easily switched on and off.

At the deflection arm 84, a bearing pin 98 is held for receiving a compression spring 100, wherein the deflection part 88 has a hollow cylindrical receptacle for bearing journal and compression spring, as in FIGS. 7 and 8 shown for the deflecting member 30 and the locking member 32 and described above. Thus, it is possible to use the cord tensioning device 80 without compression spring 100, in which case the deflecting 88 is in its lower end position in contact with the Umlenkarm 84 and the cord tension is determined solely by inserting the Schnurendaufnahme 96 in a specific holding hole 94.

The deflection arm 84 is provided with two parallel, spaced deflections 102, 104. By converting the Schnurendaufnahme 96 in one or the other series of holding openings and by inserting the cord into one or the other of the deflections 102, 104 is also a simple adaptation to a left-side or right-side design possible.

In this embodiment, the line course is arranged so that the cord, starting from the Schnurendaufnahme in a first plane, parallel to the longitudinal direction, runs around the deflecting part and is then deflected by one of the deflections 102, 104 again by 180 ° in a second plane, which is perpendicular to the first plane and also parallel to the longitudinal direction. The outgoing cord extends in the longitudinal direction and at a distance from the base part 82, and also at a distance from the two deflected at the deflecting end portions of the cord.

FIGS. 19 to 25 illustrate a third embodiment of the invention. Fig. 19 shows a folding curtain, the vertical tension cords with four string tensioning devices 120 are kept taut, as shown in Fig. 20 to 25 are shown in detail.

The cord tensioning device 120 has a base portion 122 which is provided at one end with a fixed deflection 124. A bearing axis 126 extends parallel to the longitudinal direction 26 at a distance from the base part 122 and is held on two retaining lugs 128 on the base part 122. A Schnurendaufnahme 130 is rotatably supported on the bearing axis 126 and longitudinally displaceable and is biased by a against a retaining projection 128 supported compression spring 132 in the longitudinal direction and away from the deflection 124.

While FIGS. 20 to 24 show a "right" execution is in Fig. 25 a corresponding "left" execution shown. In comparison of both versions, the advantage of the rotatable mounting of Schnurendaufnahme 130 on the bearing axis 126 is clear. Namely, the cord end receiver 130, unlike the base member 122, need not be formed differently (mirror image) for "left" and "right" embodiments, but an embodiment as shown in FIG Fig. 20 to 25 is shown, wherein the Schnurendaufnahme in the execution of Fig. 25 for easy insertion of the cord end can be rotated by 90 ° or 180 ° about the bearing axis 126, and then back into the in Fig. 25 shown position.

The Schnurendaufnahme 130 has in the illustrated embodiment, three different hooking positions, which are formed by corresponding recesses 134 and a longitudinal slot 136. A thickened end of the cord, in the example illustrated a spherical attachment body 42 at the end of the cord 44, can be hooked into one of the recesses 134.

In this embodiment, the line course is in the region of the cord tensioning device in a plane, wherein only a single deflection is present. The redirection ensures that the cord leaving the cord tensioning device extends longitudinally and at a distance from and outside the base part 122, and also at a distance from the cord end held parallel to the base part.

Fig. 26 shows a variant of in Fig. 2 to 6 illustrated embodiment, wherein instead of a few Einhängeöffnungen and pins a receiving opening 140 is provided for a magnet 142. The magnet is used to interact with a in a movable rail of a curtain system (approximately according to Fig. 1 ) arranged ferromagnetic body to hold the rail in an open or closed position. Of course the magnet can be interchanged with the ferromagnetic element, ie in the cord tensioning device Fig. 26 For example, a suitably sized ferromagnetic element can be seated in the receiving opening 140, and the associated magnet can be accommodated in the movable rail.

Fig. 27 shows a corresponding variant to the in Fig. 13 to 18 illustrated embodiment. In this case, a magnet 142 is accommodated in a receiving opening 140, which is located in an already free area of a leg of the cord tensioning device, so that virtually no changes to the construction are required. In addition to Fig. 13 to 18 shows Fig. 27 two end caps 144, 146, which are pushed onto the cord tensioning device and give it a visually pleasing appearance (top view).

Fig. 28 and 29 schematically show two Schnurverlaufanordnungen in a curtain system accordingly Fig. 1 , wherein a total of four tension cords 8a, b and 10a, b are present. In Fig. 28 extends a first tension cord 8a starting from a top left arranged cord tensioning device 20 vertically down to the upper movable rail 4, then over about 2/3 of the hanging width horizontally or parallel to the rail 4 (and usually in the rail) and then perpendicular thereto to the lower movable rail 6, where it is again deflected by 90 ° and parallel to or in the rail over the remaining Behangbreite to the opposite edge of the curtain system, where it is again deflected by 90 ° and to a lower right arranged cord tensioning device 20 runs. A second tensioning cord 8b runs initially parallel to the first tensioning cord 8a, within the upper rail, however, up to its opposite end, from there to 90 ° deflection to the second rail and after renewed 90 ° deflection all the way back to its opposite end, where it is again deflected by 90 ° down and extends to a lower left cord tensioning device 20.

The line course of the third and fourth tensioning cords 10a, b is mirror-inverted to that of the first and second tensioning line with respect to a longitudinal center plane 11 of the curtain system.

The in Fig. 29 shown line course is different from that Fig. 28 in that the second tensioning cord 8b and the fourth tensioning cord 10b do not completely run back again in the lower rail 6, but end directly in the respectively closest cord tensioning device 20.

Fig. 30 shows a variant with a total of six tension cords, whose arrangement is similar to the after Fig. 29 is. A first tensioning cord 8a is deflected vertically in the hanging center between the first and second rails, while a second hanging cord 8b is deflected approximately centrally between the drapery center and a right-hand hanging edge perpendicularly between the rails. A third tension cord 8c is similar to the second tension cord 8b after Fig. 29 in the region of the right treatment edge or in the region of the right ends of the rails 4, 6 deflected. Fourth to sixth tensioning cords 10 a, b, c are arranged in mirror image with respect to the longitudinal center plane 11.

In all cases, it is expedient if in each case all ending on a cord tensioning tensioning cords, ie approximately in Fig. 28 the pairs 8a, 8b (top left), 10a, 10b (top right), 10a, 8b (bottom left) and 8a, 10b (bottom right) are connected at their ends and inserted as a unitary strand in the respective cord tensioning device, so that a single fastening and clamping operation is sufficient and not every string must be stretched individually. It then forms a strand consisting of several simultaneously exciting string ends a string end in the sense of the invention.
