The production of the known template requires different plastic processing processes; It is therefore quite expensive. The template is therefore less suitable as a disposable item. Furthermore, can be with Help the known template apply only monochrome pattern on the hair.
In particular, participants of sporting events often have the need to wear multi-colored coats of arms or national flags of their team. However, such a multi-colored ink application is not possible with the known template for transferring patterns to the hair.
Based on this prior art, the invention is based on the object to provide a template for transferring patterns to the hair, which is easier and cheaper, especially as a disposable article to produce and also allows the application of at least two colors.
This object is achieved with a template of the type mentioned above in that the template has a first and at least one further side made of a flexible material, wherein in each case two successive pages an edge are movably connected to each other, each side having at least one recess, wherein the recesses on the successive pages by folding the sides about the edges connecting them are partially overlapped and on one of the sides holding means for fixing the template to the head a person are arranged.
In order to transfer the edges of the pattern perfectly to the hair, the sides of the stencil consist of a flexible material that adapts to the shape of the head. In tests, cardboard with a weight per unit area of between 130 g / m 2 and 600 g / m 2 has proven particularly advantageous. The use of cardboard allows the template to be produced cheaply and easily. The individual sides of the template are preferably rectangular and agree in their size. The movable connection of two successive sides along one edge makes it possible to partially overlap the recesses on the successive sides by means of flaps. First, a first color is applied to the hair only through the recesses of the first page of the template. Subsequently, the second side is folded over the first, wherein the recesses of the second side partially overlap with the recesses of the first side. By spraying a second, different from the first color color, the areas are colored with the second color, which covers the first already applied to the hair color. In the same way, further colors can be applied by recesses in subsequent pages, which in turn partly overlap with the recesses of the preceding page. As a result, complex patterns such as coats of arms or national flags can be multicolored transferred to the hair with the template according to the invention.
The different colors are preferably applied as spray paints. In order to prevent slippage of the template and thus the proper transfer of the pattern on the hair during the application of paint, retaining means for fixing the template to the head of the person are arranged on the first side of the template. The retaining means preferably comprise an elastic band attached near the side edges of the first side of the template, which conforms to different head circumferences. The elastic band may be glued to the first side or fastened with clamping means.
In the simplest form of the invention, the template comprises a sheet of flexible material which is divided by a folded edge into two successive sides. On the first side are the holding means for fixing the template to the head. This template is suitable for transferring a two-tone pattern to the hair. For the purposes of the invention, a folded edge is also used when the edge on which two consecutive sides are movably connected to each other is not produced by a tool but manually by folding.
If at least three-color patterns are to be transferred to the hair, it is provided in one embodiment of the invention that the edges coincide between at least three successive sides. The different sides of the template are tied to the coincident edges like a book. After each spraying, another page is folded down until finally all sides of the template lie on top of each other before the last spraying process.
The production of the template can be further simplified in that parallel folds in a sheet of flexible material, the edges between at least three successive train the following pages. The parallel fold is the simplest type of fold. All folding edges are parallel to each other.
The parallel fold in the sheet of flexible material may for example be formed as a spiral fold, in which two equal-width sides of the sheet are folded around the middle part of the sheet without change of direction. The middle part of the arc forms the second side of the template, which is connected at opposite side edges with the first and third sides. The holding means for fixing the template are arranged in this embodiment on the second side.
If the parallel fold in the sheet of flexible material as Leporellofalz, also referred to as a zigzag fold is formed, the successive sides of the sheet are folded in alternate directions, so that there is a zigzag-like fold. In two parallel folds result from a sheet three sides, with which three-color pattern can be transferred to the hair. In such a template, the holding means for fixing the template to the head are arranged on the first side.
Finally, the at least three consecutive sides of the template can be formed on a single sheet of flexible material by a so-called cross fold. When Kreuzfalz the sheet is folded several times at right angles.
The perfect color application of the first color is ensured by the elastic holding means in conjunction with the flexible material, in particular cardboard. In order to ensure the order of the other colors by recesses in other sides of the template after their flaps, at least one of the surfaces between two on each other foldable pages in some areas an adhesive application. The adhesive coating is located at least on the edge around which the following page is folded, opposite edge.
Suitable adhesives are, in particular, pressure-sensitive adhesives which remain viscous and permanently tacky after application to the sides and can be connected by pressure to the adjacent side. This ensures that the interconnected sides can be solved without leaving any residue again.
Another way to prevent premature and unintentional gluing of two collapsible sides of the template is that at least one of the surfaces has a double-sided adhesive strip, wherein the outwardly facing side of the adhesive strip is covered with a removable protective film.
The folding over of the sides of the stencil already resting on the head is facilitated by the fact that each fold connecting two sides to one another has notches extending from the edges. The two incisions at a fold extend together over a partial length of about 50% of the fold, both incisions preferably have a matching length, the center remaining web, de extends over 50% of the folding length, despite folded fold a simple folding.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a plurality of stencils are preferably bundled as disposable articles with the spray paints required for the pattern to form a hair dyeing set. If only two spray paints are necessary, they can be contained in a combined spray can with two spray nozzles.
